US taxpayers to foot $700M bill for Israel "defense" - despite Israel already aiming 200 nukes at a disarmed Iran

The newest draft of next year's National Defense Authorization Act will give Israel hundreds of millions of dollars to develop missile defense systems against the non-existent nuclear threat of Iran while Israel points over 200 nukes at the Islamic Republic. Israel currently stands as the largest recipient of U.S. military and economic aid, receiving nearly $10 million daily.

In what can only be described as yet another massive giveaway of military aid, the Senate Armed Services Committee's latest draft of the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) would give $705 million to Israeli missile defense programs. The sizable sum is a remarkable $588 million increase from the request made by President Donald Trump and a $105 million increase from last year's NDAA.

The committee's draft of the NDAA, which would fund the Pentagon over the next fiscal year, would grant $268.5 million for the research, development, testing and evaluation of "multi-tiered missile defense systems" along with $290 million more for their purchase.

Amid a deepening federal investigation of Jane Sanders, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders' wife, Judicial Watch has obtained records that paint a rather disturbing personal portrait of a heartless spouse—and longtime political advisor—of the Democratic Socialist candidate for president of the United States. During the Obama administration, the FBI began investigating Jane for falsifying documents to obtain a $10 million loan to expand a now-defunct liberal arts college in a town where her husband once served as mayor while she was the school's president.

The school, Burlington College, was in a small city with the same name in northwestern Vermont. It's a quaint town of about 42,000 that sits on the eastern shoreline of Lake Champlain and prides itself on having "diverse, forward-thinking citizens" that are "steeped in arts and culture." Jane was president of the troubled college from 2004 to 2011 and in 2010, she had an ambitious plan to expand the campus by 33 acres, despite low enrollment and financial difficulties. The then-president of Burlington College drastically overstated donation amounts in loan applications, according to the Vermont news website that broke the story, to obtain a $10 million loan. Jane indicated there was $2.6 million in pledged donations but the school only got $676,000 in four years.

CNN's (aka #FraudNewsNetwork) TV viewership numbers are tanking.

CNN incurred a significant decrease in TV viewers in June as the month progressed thanks in large part to President Trump pointing out their media bias and false reporting,

For the month of May, CNN averaged 821,000 viewers per hour throughout the entire day and 1.12 million total viewers during the prime time hours. Comparably, FOX News averaged 1.42 million viewers per hour throughout the entire day and 2.24 million viewers during prime time, or twice as many viewers during prime time hours as CNN.

Saudi Arabia tops the list for foreign financial support of Wahhabi British terrorists, Theresa May is keeping a lid on it

Britain's major trade and security partner in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, is the main source of funding for Islamist extremism in the UK, a damning new report by the neo-conservative Henry Jackson Society (HJS) claims.

According to the HJS, money donated to terrorist organizations operating in Britain can be traced back to the Gulf states.

It says the Saudis' 60-year commitment to the diffusion of Wahhabism, a hardline version of Islam, has led to the funding of British mosques and institutions linked to the wave of attacks in Europe over the last few years.

"There is a clear and growing link between foreign funding of Islamist extremism and the violent terrorism we have witnessed across the UK and Europe," said the report's author, Tom Wilson.

Russian strategic bombers have conducted strikes on ISIS targets in Syria, using modern X-101 strategic cruise missiles. Several weapon stockpiles and a terrorist command center were destroyed in the strike. Russian Air Force Tu-95MS strategic bombers have conducted strikes on Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) positions near the border of Syrian Hama and Homs provinces on Wednesday, the Russian military said in a statement. "Three large weapon and ammunition stockpiles alongside with a command center near the town of Akerbat were destroyed in the strike, which was confirmed by objective control measures," the statement reads.

The newest Russian X-101 airborne strategic missiles were used in the strike. While the effective range of the missiles is up to 4,500km, the strikes were conducted from a range of around 1,000km. The Tu-95MS bombers took off from an airbase near the southern Russian city of Engels and made their way to Syria after airborne refueling. Su-30SM fighter aircrafts, based at the Khmeimim Air Base in Syria, provided support and cover to the strategic bombers. All aircraft have returned to their bases after successfully completing the mission, according to the Russian military. Missiles of this type can be fitted with nuclear warheads, after which they receive the X-102 designation.

Comment: Since Israel now insists that it can bomb Syria whenever it wants with impunity and the US is amassing military vehicles in Jordan, just 43km away from the Syrian border, perhaps a friendly "reminder" was in order. See also:

The world's largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) exporter Qatar plans to increase production by 30 percent over the next few years despite the country's diplomatic spat with the Gulf Arab nations, said the CEO of Qatar Petroleum Saad Sherida al-Kaabi.

He told reporters Qatar intends to raise production to 100 million tons of natural gas a year by 2024.

"Last April, we announced our intention to develop a new gas project in the southern sector of the North Field that can be targeted for export," al-Kaabi said, adding that once completed within 5-7 years, the project "will raise the production of Qatar to about six million barrels of oil equivalent per day."

The American and South Korean militaries have conducted live fire exercises, launching surface-to-surface tactical missiles into neutral waters as a show of force against the latest North Korean ballistic test that coincided with American Independence Day.
"Eighth US Army and Republic of Korea (ROK) military personnel conducted a combined event exercising assets countering North Korea's destabilizing and unlawful actions on July 4," United States Forces in Korea said in a statement.

"This exercise utilized the Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) and the Republic of Korea Hyunmoo Missile II, which fired missiles into territorial waters of South Korea along the East Coast," the military statement added.

Theresa May wants to remain PM until 2022 but desperately seeking Lib Dem help

Although Tory rebels reportedly want her gone by the summer of 2019, Prime Minister Theresa May says she wants to see out her full five-year term. However, she will have to court the favor of rival parties if her minority government is to survive.

Having already bought the support of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) by pledging an additional £1 billion in funding for Northern Ireland, May is now reportedly trying to win over the Liberal Democrats to get her legislation through the House of Commons.

Although the Lib Dems are vaguely to the left of May's Tories, the two parties did manage to forge a coalition partnership between 2010 and 2015.

Theresa May allegedly 'sitting' on UK terrorism funding report to protect Saudi allies

Prime Minister Theresa May is withholding a Home Office report on foreign funding of British terrorist organizations because exposing the truth could sour relations with the UK's major trading and security partner, Saudi Arabia.

The report, commissioned to investigate foreign states funding extremist groups in the UK, has yet to be made public despite being completed six months ago. The government's reluctance to share it has left many concerned about how ethical is Britain's ongoing diplomatic relationship with the Gulf kingdom.
Green Party co-leader Caroline Lucas branded the delay "astonishing."

"The government is sitting on this report but refusing to publish it or give any reason for their continued secrecy," the Brighton Pavilion MP said in a statement.

"To defeat terror it's vital that politicians have full view of the facts, even if they are inconvenient for the government."

Question

Is America's best reporter being run off to the east?

Map of world
Where is this going?
The way things are going soon Seymour Hersh will only be able to publish from China...or Russia.

This is where we are at lads. Seymour Hersh - the guy who broke My Lai, Noriega drug trade, and Abu Graib torture and many, many other scandals - can no longer be published in the US. But we knew that. His second-to-last historic bombshell - the expose on the 2013 sarin false-flag attack in Syria - was published only in the London Review of Books.

But now he can't publish there either. Regarding his latest bombshell on Trump's handling of the 2017 false-flag sarin, Hersh has said himself he had "a hell of a time getting it published".
