The husband of former "Squad" member and Missouri Congresswoman Cori Bush has been charged with defrauding the US government out of $20,000 in payments under the Covid-era Paycheck Protection (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) programs.

In an indictment filed in DC federal court, 46-year-old Cortney Merritts is accused of filing fraudulent applications for Covid-relief money and using the proceeds for his "personal benefit and enjoyment." Prosecutors say that, on April 3, 2020, Merritts filed an application with the Small Business Administration for an EIDL in the name of a sole proprietorship, Vetted Courier and Logistics. He claimed the business had six employees and gross revenues of $32,000 in the year leading up to the Covid disaster declaration.

Comment: Naahh, that's amateur level fraud. Now on the other hand, the Pelosis are pros: Unfortunately, there's not likely to be a perp walk for Vodka Nan.

Home Office met with Elbit Systems amid crackdown on Palestine Action, documents reveal.

Keir Starmer's government held a private meeting with Elbit Systems, Israel's largest weapons company, Declassified has found.

The meeting occurred in December 2024 and was attended by three representatives from Elbit Systems and three officials from Yvette Cooper's Home Office.

It took place months after Israeli forces used an Elbit drone to kill three British military veterans in Gaza who were protecting a humanitarian aid convoy.

The revelation comes in documents obtained by Declassified through a Freedom of Information (FOI) request to the Home Office, who refused to detail which officials were present or what was discussed.

At long last, 'all remaining JFK Files' are being released, but IS it all of them, what do they reveal, and do they tell us who killed JFK, and why? The assassinations of both Kennedys have long since been thoroughly investigated and analyzed, to the point that it is no longer contentious to state that they were killed by a clique of operators from within 'the intelligence community'.

The only remaining contention is whether operators from the Israeli regime were a.) involved, b.) central to the murders, and c.) perhaps even the key players. Meanwhile, the very 'system of government' which replaced popular democracy following those assassinations is being fundamentally challenged by 'MAGA' and other nationalist movements across the West...

...except in one important respect: more than ever before, Israel gets everything it wants! But for how much longer? Is perpetual genocide, censorship, and blackmail sustainable forever?

Riyadh: What's on the table for US-Russia talks on Ukraine war in Saudi Arabia?

Russia and the US hold talks in the Saudi capital as they aim to make progress towards peace in Ukraine, a day after US-Ukraine talks.

Negotiators from the United States and Russia have started talks in Saudi Arabia as they aim to make progress towards a broad ceasefire in Ukraine, with the resumption of the Black Sea grain deal and a continued pause in attacks against energy and civilian infrastructure high on the agenda.

The peace talks are being held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, a day after negotiations between the US and Ukrainian delegations as part of President Donald Trump's push to end the more than three years of war between Ukraine and Russia.

Russia's team is headed by Sergei Beseda, a veteran of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB), and diplomat Grigory Karasin who has previously been deputy foreign minister and ambassador to the UK.

Report says Kash Patel to cut 'as many as 1,000 ATF agents'

FBI Director Kash Patel, who also serves as acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, has outlined plans to move as many as 1,000 ATF agents to the FBI, cutting ATF's agents by more than a third, three people briefed on the plan told CNN.

The move represents a major cutback of the ATF, an agency that long has been in the crosshairs of gun rights groups that believe its work infringes on Second Amendment rights. The ATF has about 2,600 agents and more than 5,000 employees, a number that has remained largely unchanged for years.

The move is expected to begin with the reassignment of a couple hundred ATF agents to border-related criminal enforcement duty as FBI agents, one person briefed on the matter said.

The FBI has launched a task force to track down and arrest the terrorists involved in the Tesla attacks, according to the New York Post.

The FBI will be deploying personnel from the FBI's Counterterrorism Division to carry out the operation.

"Director Patel has been unequivocally clear: The FBI will be relentless in its mission to protect the American people," an FBI rep said to The New York Post.

"Acts of violence, vandalism, and domestic terrorism — like the recent Tesla attacks — will be pursued with the full force of the law."

"The agency's newly formed 10-person task force will deploy ATF personnel... and personnel from the FBI's Counterterrorism Division, including its Domestic Terrorism Operations Section and Weapons of Mass Destruction," the Post reported.

The FBI is currently working on 48 reports of Tesla-related incidents.

Trump's peace in Ukraine versus Putin's 'world peace' (with China), from Gaza to Iran

3 Presidents
© UnknownUS President Donald Trump • China President Xi Jinping • Russian President Vladimir Putin
Westerners are mistaken when they think that Donald Trump only wants peace in Ukraine. The US president is playing several cards at once. He wants to disengage his country from armed conflicts, including in the Middle East, while his partners Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping want universal peace. They don't have the same motivation, but they are working toward the same goal.

The acrobat and future German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, a former official of the globalist multinational Black-Rock [ 1 ] - headed by the Khazar Larry Fink - obtained a worrying budget of one million billion (trillion in English) euros for his war economy against Russia [ 2 ], with the support of the green Pharisees who pocketed 100,000 euros of the package, while Trump and Putin are implementing the New World Order.

After 2 hours and 28 minutes of telephone negotiations with Putin (historically the longest between leaders of Russia and the United States), Trump commented on his Truth Social network:
"My telephone conversation today with President Putin of Russia was very good and productive. We agreed to an immediate ceasefire in all areas of energy and infrastructure, with the understanding that we will work quickly to achieve a comprehensive ceasefire (...) Many elements of a peace compact" [ 3 ].
As the markets closed today, the Anglo-Saxon press did not seem very enthusiastic about this, while the Russian media were more forthcoming:

Hungary's Orban continues blocking EU's 'pro-war' stance on Ukraine in key vote

Orban +
© UnknownHungary PM Victor Orban (seated) with French President Emmanuel Macron looking on
Hungary continued this past week being a lone EU voice blocking the European Union's collective efforts to ramp up more financial and military aid to Ukraine, at a moment Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has a powerful backer in Washington - the Trump administration.

Hungary in a Thursday European Council summit vote refused to endorse a statement reaffirming the bloc's commitment to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The Orbán government slammed the 'pro-war' stance of the EU, despite 26 out of 27 EU nations signing off on it.

While the statement had only largely symbolic significance, saying Europe backs the "continued and unwavering support for Ukraine's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity" - Orban described that this only prolongs the war and brings the conflict no closer to peaceful resolution.

Comment: The sure way to curtail NATO is for the US to quit its membership. Financially that would be beneficial to Americans currently subsidizing more than their share for operational costs. NATO is a front, a threat - not a solution.

Question

Why has Trump finally pulled the plug on deep state propaganda?

RFE/RL building

Cutting off funding for Voice of America, RFE/RL, et al doesn't make the US president a 'good guy', but it's a step in the right direction.

He's done it again. Or rather, they have. As part of their curious slash-and-burn crusade to dismantle - for better or worse - large swathes of the American state from the top, President Donald Trump and his bestie-in-chief Elon Musk with his gang of enforcers at DOGE have put the axe to yet another seven government agencies. Carried out by presidential executive order, this particular blitz is aimed at offices busy with things as diverse as labor dispute mediation and the mitigation of homelessness.

The method of Trumpist attack is simple and already familiar: The targeted agencies are not literally shut down, which Trump cannot legally do by decree. Instead, their budgets and staff are pruned so aggressively that they have to cease operations.

Yet, tellingly, there is only one kind of cut that has really made centrists, liberals, and the mainstream media furious. Nope, not the hit on the homeless; and not the one on labor relations either. What caused a ruckus instead is that Trump and Musk have gone after state propaganda. To be precise, state propaganda for the rest of the world.

Russia '100%' doesn't want to invade 'Europe'

Witkoff

The idea that Moscow would attack NATO is "preposterous," Steve Witkoff has said.

Russia has no desire to invade other European countries, US special envoy for the Middle East Steve Witkoff has said, dismissing such fears as "preposterous." He made the remarks in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson on Friday.

Asked to comment on the UK's declaration that it is ready to send troops to Ukraine to help guarantee a potential peace deal between Moscow and Kiev, Witkoff suggested that British policymakers want to be "like Winston Churchill," who warned that "the Russians are going to march across Europe."

Comment: Mr. Witkoff: The EU has a growing hive mentality, exception: Hungary. Churchill is arguably overrated, and a true refresher on Israel's unending Gaza atrocities would realign your assessment by 180.

"What is the alternative to presidential oversight and management of the agencies listed in this branch of government? They run themselves? That claim means nothing in practice."
— Jeffrey Tucker
Surely you know the old joke: "What do you call a thousand lawyers at the bottom of the sea?" (Answer: "a good start!"). There's a reason why lawyers are so broadly despised. Law is humanity's instrument for creating order out of the terror and chaos of nature, where anything goes. The result of law theoretically, is a civil society, where only the good, true, and right things can go.

These days, lawyers are hard at work to replace civilized order with the terror and chaos of nature — which is to say, the seeking of raw power: this is what I can do to you! That primal despotism is the motivating engine of the Democratic Party in its terminal phase, a feral, power-seeking monster. It was why, in case you hadn't noticed, the essential drive of Woke politics was the sadistic pleasure it took in exacting its endless punishments — cancellation, personal ruin, censorship — not correcting alleged injustices against marginalized minorities. And that tells you, by the way, exactly why the J-6 defendants were treated so harshly by the likes of Judge James Boasberg, Tanya Chutkan, and their colleagues of the DC federal district.
