The comment "a similar announcement every week for eight years to match Obama's record." Is true! Trump would need a success like Carrier's every week to undue all the job loses over the last 8 years due to globalization. Only those so far to the left that they attend and/or believe in the same "Hall of Doom" meetings (Bilderberg, Global Economy Meeting, Paris Agreement, etc. etc.) as those on the far right (the billionaires okay with the status quo of globalization) would perceive Obama's "record" as being a success. If Trump can lure the "right" billionaires to reject globalization due its failures of state hegemony (and in this case US hegemony) it might contribute to the needed world wide system reset.
