Also some time ago I had taken a really bad fall , discussed it with a physician, no ribs were broken, but some internal muscles were pretty badly damaged. He told to me that this had happened to him too (there's a special term in medicine for this) and there's nothing that can be done about it. Every winter with the cold and the humidity it hurts like hell , but I've learned to live with the pain. If I start getting opioid painkillers, I'll become a junkie eventually and that's the last thing I want happening to me.
