When the U.S. dollar suddenly becomes less worth while than toilet paper, those city workers will be scouring the dump looking for all that food. Hopefully Di Blasio will be in there with them.

And how is that going to happen? that would collapse the world economy (which is not in any nations best interest) and then replace it with what? The catalyst that would make the US dollar worth less than toilet paper would mean said city workers would have much more to fear than just finding something to eat.
