Figuratively if not literally, France and all other countries in the EU and elsewhere should arrest the climax criminals - the banksters, con men and financial scammers who have conspired to loot the public estate for private profit, and strip them of their assets and all of their power.
The wealth of every nation belongs to its people, not an unelected elite of financial schemers, for the simple reason that the people generate that wealth through their hard work, and paying taxes on incomes and property. All private central banks like the US Federal Reserve and its vile clones, the BIS and ECB, must be abolished.
Honest governments that truly serve their own people will arrest all those usurers, extract their ill-gotten gains and throw them onto the ash-heap of history. Figuratively will be enough, but literally if that's needed. That's simplistic, of course, but the alternative is looking a lot worse.
How long did it take Europe to recover from the Fall of Rome? Just about 1,000 years? With a rather nasty interim period for a long time - the Dark Ages, the rise of feudalism, the Crusades, the Inquisition, and so on. Better to take out the banksters now than redo that again.
