Comment: Whether this is a reflection of the fire on the camera lens or lens flare, it's an astonishing and remarkable phenomenon.

This reminds me of that creepy snake-like thing that was in the video of the two crazy women running in front of trucks in UK some time ago - there was a TV special about it. Only this is way more blatant. I do believe the veil is thinning. It could be CGI, but taken with all the other weird things going on, it's as likely to be a real phenomenon.

I am reminded of a comment I read about the Second World War (but can't remember the source). At a time when there was massive violence and killings the author noted "Satan sat behind a rock and laughed"
Could be reflections/lens movement but as Laura points out wih everything happening at the moment it very well could be something a bit more sinister

Reflection of burning car
Someone commented at YouTube on this video with the following:
"In reality it's just a reflection of a burning car, and because the reflection is upside down, the flames are seen going downwards. u can also see at the end of the apparition, two spots of light on the left side of the image, moving the same way the "knight" is, those are street lights."
I have to say, after looking at the video again, that this seems to be the most plausible explanation, especially given the fact that the strange image moves at a speed proportional to the speed that the camera pans at.

Well, I can see the same shape of the knight in the flaming object on the mid-Left of the screen, and the image tracks in time with the camera pan, so it looks pretty clearly to be a lens effect of some sort. But that's not the point.
Our physical universe is, as I understand things, a consciousness projection, a living hologram, thus anything which we perceive is in some manner a creation of a mind to which we are all linked. All reality is like one giant Rorschach test and we're living in the middle of it. So if we see a spectral horseman on a battle ground in Egypt, it would pay to take note even if it has a 'mundane' explanation. (That regular flames and regular lenses and a regular camera-person's chosen position and decision to pan in that moment all lined up perfectly to create such an effect on such a program, perhaps one of the only voices in the Christian West where a tiny bit of truth has a chance of sneaking out through the megaphone of Big Media. . . That says something.)

Tough one...
The "orbs" do move at the same rate and at same proportion to the "horseman" - so likely it IS a camera lens reflection of something...however, whenever you have intensity of spirit as in these skirmishes, the veil DOES become thin. I don't think anyone can say for sure...

Horse in the Gulf
If you go to Google Earth, look at the Gulf of Mexico. It appears there is a horse's head, in the underwater terrain, which I found a bit disconcerting, as well, esp considering the magnitude of that event.
Even if the video of the Egyptian apparition is a camera reflection, it is still a very strange anomaly. Thank you for posting.

Confirmed as a 'sign'

Most definately a Sign
Even if it was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that it was a camera anomaly, the Universe works in mysterious ways. No matter what technology it decides to use, it is the message that counts. I have watched it over and over again, this apparition is a knight on horseback. After the clue from the C's of Saladin, and a Wikipedia search, and knowledge of the protests, who can doubt that this anomaly symbolizes the Sultan of Egypt who exemplified the principles of chivalry and the righteousness of faith.
It amazes me that the reflection of light on a camera lens, or whatever caused this can manifest itself in a vision that represents the plight of the protesters. It can only be Sign. A message to be strong and keep the faith. To stand against tyranny and oppression. I get goosebumps every time I watch it.

I know strange, but....
It really would not surprise me if one day someone does catch a glimpse of such an iconic force at work such as a horseman.
However, at night I noticed while driving about in my car that if you are looking out a window and something illuminated passes behind you , you get glowing images cast upon the glass through which you are actually viewing, layered on top of the scene you are actually facing.
This unfortunately appears to be something mundane rather than an ancient legend such as a horseman. Would've been exciting otherwise. "n_n"

What with the upcomning twin conjunction of Mars on 7th Feb, and the recent spike in 'Days of Rage', if I had to pick one of the four horsemen, it would be War. Maybe what were witnessing now, is an escalation towards this? This will also work handily in the favour of any Religulous Fundies baying at the moon for signs of the end of days and will allow them to start spouting..."well I told you so, I was right, cos I'm God's exhaulated avatarius/messenger, bow before my knowledge" lol.
