What is truth anyway? The truth is the essence of something, its natural state, something as it really is. It is really a quest for love, because to truly love something we must know it for what it really is. Perhaps we can sense in an unconscious way that there is a deeper truth to everything and everyone, and we are led to search for the truth about it, so that we can truly love it for what it really is.

I've been reading here some time and also on the forum [Link]as can be linked from the top of the page. Anyhow, there are various topics, one particular is the diet an health section [Link]which has some great info on diet and health related issues. Over the last (nearing) 2 months I've followed the information there. My energy levels are way up. There is a fountain of info on the forum.
Thanks to the people who participate I feel mentally and physically better than I have in roughly 10-15 years -due to their interactions! I'm very glad I had the discipline to get through the early rough stages, it is/has been well worth the effort. Two months ago I was drinking about a gallon of Mountain Dew a day and two (what might as well be) double shot espresso's. I could go on and on, I just want to say that it's been worth the time to check out! I'm now at about 95% sugar free vs. just back in January.
