Lets just blame all the medical professionals and scientists. While we completely forget about the black marketeers and criminals and war lord in the world who market, sell and supply dodgy or substandard medical treatment to those most vulnerable in the third world.
Big pharma is powerless to stop them. Just as well they'll never asked to, even though they have a moral duty to do something. They do nothing about the black market products being flogged around the world which use their brands.
