Scotland: More UFOs spotted over Paisley

Another eagle-eyed Paisley Daily Express reader has come forward to tell of a strange sighting of UFOs flying high in the sky above town.

Yesterday, we revealed how a 45-year-old Buddie was left mystified when he spotted two unidentified flying objects as they soared over Paisley on Saturday night.

He was standing at the back door of his home in the Brodie Park area when he saw two orange-coloured shapes glowing in the sky.

Now another Express reader, who has asked not to be named, has been in touch to say he saw the same UFOs from the window of his flat in South Campbell Street, Paisley.

Streatham in South London is hardly a much of a tourist destination, unless of course you got there from another galaxy in a UFO. In such case there would be little difference between Streatham and Venice, after all both are Planet Earth anyway.

It appears ETs might have dropped in for a visit to muggy, traffic-congested Streatham. Last night James Whale's Drivetime radio show on LBC 97.3 was inundated with phone calls from locals claiming they saw a UFO above Streatham. Internet chat sites and twitter were also abuzz with the news.

A disc shaped UFO was described as appearing above the area. Other callers claimed bright white flashes were seen along with unusual silvery shapes. Scenes of hundreds of shocked people looking at the sky were described.

England: UFOs spotted in sky above Bury St Edmunds

Yellowy-orange orbs were spotted in the sky above Bury St Edmunds on Saturday evening by a resident, who called the Bury Free Press to report the UFOs.

Frank Ayling, of Sherborne Road, on the Horringer Court estate, said he and his wife saw the objects in a south-easterly direction at about 10.50pm.

"There were three together, then two together, then another two single orbs," he said.

"They went in the general direction of the Abbey Gardens. There was no sound at all and they were moving at quite a fair speed.

Namibia: Mysterious Beasts Torment Villagers

Ongwediva - Unknown creatures that reportedly devour and suck blood from livestock are haunting villagers at Onheleiwa, Oidiva and Oikango of Ongwediva constituency.

Over 20 goats have been killed at Onheleiwa and Oidiva villages and an unknown number at Oikango, where the situation is said to be worse.

Villagers are convinced that the creatures have something to do with witchcraft. They are now accusing an elderly man who has a house at Onheleiwa village and his sister who has a house at Oikango village of being the owners of these strange, blood-sucking beasts.

Oshana Police spokesperson, Christina Fonsech, said the police were called at Onheleiwa last week where they followed the creatures' footprints.

Massive UFO event in France: We are not alone

A massive UFO event occurred in France two months ago and has been completely blacked out by the media.

On the 18th of April local Police were called by scared residents living in the town of Sarthe. The callers claimed to have seen a huge glowing sphere move through nearby forest and fields.

A police patrol arrived at the scene to see something they will undoubtedly never forget. A huge glowing Sphere hovering over the ground at a height of less than one meter. The sphere was larger than a car and moved towards the police vehicles. The police drew their guns and were afraid that the UFO might impact their cars. In retrospect they noted there was no evidence of any hostile intent at all.

Ball lightning hits 100 homes

At least 100 homes in one district of the town of Soesterberg were hit by ball lightning on Sunday morning, the AD reports.

The lightning, a rare atmospheric phenomenon, wrecked hundreds of televisions, computers, telephones and central heating systems, the paper says. In some households, flames came out of electronic equipment. In others, electric sockets sprang off the wall.

Canada: New Ogopogo Sighting

Wendy Sanderson and Gordon Krug say they had a sighting on July 9, 2009, of a "snake-like creature" in Okanagan Lake, British Columbia, which some are relating to Ogopogo.
Sanderson, 41, who has lived in Kelowna since she was four, and Krug, an Edmonton welding teacher, were both at the Okanagan Centre boat dock at 10:30 a.m. Thursday because family members were taking a scuba diving course. "There wasn't a single boat on the lake. It was completely calm, absolutely perfect, just the most pristine conditions for this viewing we had," said Sanderson.

"I'm not saying I saw Ogopogo. I'm saying that I saw a big-ass snake-like creature in the lake. It scared the bejeezus out of me. It is creeping me out."

Now, she's concerned about allowing her 13-year-old son, Kurtis, to scuba dive as deep as 30 metres near the Bennett Bridge in a couple of weeks.

Motorist Has Near Collision With Bigfoot In Pennsylvania
July 20, 2009

A report of a possible Bigfoot encounter in Pennsylvania was received by the Sasquatch Watch of Virginia and was then referred to Eric Altman, the Director of the (PBS) Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society to investigate. The incident occurred on July 10, 2009, outside of Uniontown, in Fayette County.

On July 15, 2009, a team from the PBS traveled to the location where the reported Bigfoot encounter occurred to interview the witness and to look over the area for any possible physical evidence. The team was comprised of Eric Altman and PBS members Dave Dragosin and his wife Cindy. Eric also invited me to go along to participate in the investigation.

The witness left a voice-mail message to report his sighting a few minutes after it occurred. He stated that he was laying in bed and heard a sound described as a "low hum horn." The sound was continuous. He said that he looked outside and saw a huge dark triangular object directly over his house. The object had two red lights on the back and was moving slowly northward. He observed the object for about 30 seconds. He said that the stars were blotted out by the object. The object vanished in mid-air after about 30 seconds. He stated that some thunderstorm activity was in the area at the time. He went to awaken his mother to look at the object, but the object never returned.

Location of Sighting: Plains of Abraham Near Mt. St. Helens, Washington

Description: My friend C. and I planned an overnight backpacking trip to Mt. St. Helens on 7/15/2009 - 7/16/2009. We made camp at a base of a hill on the "Plains of Abraham". the temperature was around 75 degrees. The sky was perfect blue. A slight breeze of about 5-10 MPH was noted. After we had dinner around 7 PM we decided to go out onto the plain and explore some huge boulders near the base of St. Helens that were ejected out of the mountain during the 1980 eruption.

As we explored the fascinating flanks of the Volcano and the geology, we became aware that it was getting dark and started to head back to camp about 6 tenths of a mile away. As we approached camp, C. noticed a twinkling reddish orange light to the south that was low in the sky from our vantage point. C's first comment was that he thought it was a planet. I disputed this because there were no other stars in the sky at this point. The time was noted at 9:36 PM.
