Bogota - Residents of a community northeast of Colombia claim that 2000 fish have turned up dead since last week, following last week's appearance of a strange, flashing object seen briefly over a local swamp.

The incident occurred at the village of El Llanito in the jurisdiction of the city of Barrancabermeja. Residents saw a flying object in the skies last Friday, according to local media.

Shortly afterward, dead fish were found floating in the swamp, but unlike other similar cases ascribed to the lack of oxygen, residents of El Llanito are startled by the fact that fish display burn marks on their scales.

According to Magaly Gutiérrez, director of a community organization, the phenomenon lasted some 20 seconds and was seen by many.

The RCN radio network pointed out that residents of the neighboring village of Puente Sogamoso, in the jurisdiction of Puerto Wilches, claimed seeing a round object flying "sideways" on the same day that the fish deaths at El Llanito occurred.

In the industrialized West, there evolved the prevailing Pseudo-religious dogma that human beings are at the centre of 'G-d's creation in the universe'. This dogma is the ideological motivation behind the on-going de-legitimization of the verifiable contact that people have had with Extraterrestrials (ETs). This apparent dogma has become the modern equivalent of the corresponding dogma, that "the world is flat", which Church and other elites centuries ago used to champion. In contrast, free of Western pseudo-religious based dogma, the Buddhist milieu of China, has freed their scientific community, with the support of government, and of community participation, to seek to explore UFO incidences and evidence of human contact with Extraterrestrials.

What is dogma?

'Dogma' is a system of obfuscations, propaganda and related ideology, which elites present as "truth", with the aim to maintain social control, and to expand their own hold on power. Other examples of current operating dogma include schemes of socialization that aim to convince people that "capitalism promotes freedom and democracy", that "privatization is a good thing", and that "economic protectionism is a bad thing".

A notable example of dogma, in the context of the so-called 'War on Terrorism', is that "the U.S. and its coalition partners are waging war in Iraq and Afghanistan not substantively for oil, but to promote human rights;" meanwhile well-documented human destruction, suffering and oppression worsen.

Swimming is supposed to give you a healthy glow, but these swimmers weren't quite sure what was going on when they took a late-night dip and turned a fluorescent shade of blue.

'It was like we were playing with radioactive paint,' said photographer Phil Hart who snapped the bizarre sight as his friends emerged from a lake in the dark of night.

The light is created by a chemical reaction called bioluminescence, which happens when a naturally-occuring micro-organism in the water is disturbed.

Phil, 34, put his camera on a very slow shutter speed and threw sand and stones into the water to cause the reaction and capture as much of the blue haze as possible.

These images are particularly stunning because the concentration of the micro-organism Noctiluca Scintillans was abnormally high when he took the photos at Gippsland Lakes in Victoria, Australia.

Phil said: 'To be there watching this bioluminescence is spellbinding and to see it like this is very rare.

'I am a program director with an organisation that has been running canoeing camps on the Gippsland Lakes for 50 years. Nobody can remember the bioluminescence ever being as bright as this.

Point Pleasant, West Virginia - American Distribution company, Virgil Films, is set to release a new documentary film on Feb. 22 that will feature the controversial and legendary Mothman.

According to a news release from Red Line Studios, Inc., Eyes of the Mothman is the first comprehensive feature documentary on the mysterious events that surrounded the area in 1966. During this time, hundreds of people reported seeing a flying angelic man that was later dubbed by local press as "The Mothman." The unusual occurrences have been the inspiration for a best selling book in 1975, The Mothman Prophecies, by John Keel and a Hollywood narrative starring Richard Gere of the same title in 2002.

Now, the subject matter has become the focus of an extensive documentary that contains never before seen footage, exclusive eye witness testimonies and interviews, new evidence and alternative theories that may finally put the daunting mystery to rest. Although Virgil Films is no stranger to acquiring contentious subject matter, such as their distribution of the 2004 film Super Size Me, this time they may be getting more than they bargained for.

Begin wildly conspiring: Australian ABC's Karen Barlow, who is traveling to Antarctica on the Aurora Australis to study glacial ice, has spotted this rectangular block of wood perched prominently atop an iceberg within the no compass region around the magnetic south pole.

According to Barlow, "Wildlife watchers near Aurora Australis' bridge first thought it was a relaxing seal but it was soon apparent it was rectangular in shape." And, some say, startlingly similar to the monolith in 2001 A Space Odyssey...

Naturally, theories from serious to sarcastic have been bursting through the blogosphere.

A large circle and geometric pattern local residents say were created by a UFO have been found in a rice field in Krasakan hamlet in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

The pattern includes a triangle and two smaller circles in the middle of the large circle, which has a diameter of between 25 and 30 meters, Tempointeraktif.com reported Monday.

"The circles were there since yesterday morning. I think they were left by an alien space ship, like one I saw in TV," Krasakan resident Cahyo Utomo said Monday.

"It is impossible that this was were made by the wind or any animal," he added.

The circles and triangle in the rice paddy next to a residential area look resemble a geometric artwork, while the other parts of the field remain intact.

The crop circles were first reported by a farmer, Tukiman, on Sunday at 6 a.m.

Sleman Police chief Adj.Sr.Com. Iwan Ramaini said he was not sure if the circles were created by a UFO or if it was a natural phenomenon. A police investigation is underway.

Where are the debris and bodies in the 21st century? The corpses and craft parts - the physical evidence - are still here with us today. And there are people living today that have - in a scientific capacity - been exposed to these ET elements. We must operate as detectives in real time rather than simply as historians of the event- to uncover the whole truth. With applied effort, we can find out what happened to the material after the crash and where it is now. The organizations and the individuals that have been involved over the years in the scientific study of the otherworldly have names. We must identify them, invite them to come forward- or call them out.
