As previously reported here at Bodhi Thunder, residents in Utah have been shocked by UFOs over their skies. It is believed by some of them that UFOs over the Army facility, Dugway Proving Grounds, caused the shut down of that base recently.
The Army, however, reported it was the loss bio-weapon that caused the closing of the facility for 12 hours. But the news report below may cast doubt about the Army's explanation for the mysterious closure of the facility in Utah.
It seems that a UFO above the area was indeed dropping plasma looking balls of light. Watch the amazing video below.
