Two Alberta teenagers were apprehended after they accidentally crossed the U.S. border into Montana while playing the game Pokemon Go, U.S. Border Patrol officials say.

"Both juveniles were so captivated by their Pokemon Go games that they lost track of where they were," the service said in a release on Friday.

Border Patrol Agent John South says the teens wandered into the United States near Sweet Grass, Montana, which borders the town of Coutts in Alberta.

South says agents briefly detained them while contacting their mother, who was nearby on the Canadian side. The agents then released the children to their mother.

South declined to release the teenagers' names, ages or describe what sort of terrain they crossed.

South Dakota cops using forced catheterization to extract urine from suspects

South Dakota police officers are strapping people to beds and having catheters forcibly inserted into their urethras in order to extract urine from them, attorneys say.

According to attorneys for a Pierre man charged with felony drug ingestion who is asking a judge to throw out evidence in his case from an involuntary urine sample, the policy is not new. State prosecutors say the practice is legal but many disagree.

Dirk Landon Sparks said his constitutional rights were violated on March 14 following a report of a domestic disturbance. After being taken into custody, a judge signed off on a search warrant for Pierre police to obtain blood or urine after officers claimed Sparks had become fidgety.

When Sparks refused to comply voluntarily, attorneys say the cops transported him to Avera St. Mary's Hospital where he was strapped to a bed while a catheter was forced into his penis so that a urine sample could be extracted.

Sparks was charged with obstruction, two counts of felony drug ingestion, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after his urine tested positive for THC and methamphetamine.

In a motion filed May 16 in Hughes County, attorneys for Sparks argued that forced catheterization was not explicitly authorized by the judge in the warrant for blood or urine, meaning that Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures were violated.

Best of the Web: Ominous threats of civil war now being issued from cops across the U.S.

a war is coming
With increasing frequency, law enforcement personnel - including prominent sheriffs, police chiefs, and other command-level officers - are overtly stating that they are at war with the public they supposedly serve. Few have been as candid as a self-identified police officer and combat veteran named Brandon Obie.
ominous
"A lot [sic] of these thugs don't realize that a lot [sic] of us officers have spent a lot [sic] of our time downrange stepping in the sandbox and are ready for a righteous fight if they want to bring one," snarled Obie, his spelling reflecting the undemanding intellectual standards of his profession, in a comment posted on a law enforcement-oriented Facebook page. Identical sentiments were expressed by Major Travis Yates of the Tulsa, Oklahoma Police Department, who lectures nation-wide on officer safety issues and editor-in-chief of the publication Law Officer.

Syrian commandos hunt down, kill 'moderate rebels' who beheaded 12-yo Palestinian boy last week

aleppo
It's called karma, psycho, otherwise known as the Syrian special forces.
The terrorist, who beheaded a 12-year-old Palestinian boy on charges of assisting Syrian government forces in Northern Aleppo on Wednesday, was killed in the Syrian Special Forces' raid in the Northern farms of Aleppo city, informed sources confirmed Saturday.

"The Syrian Army troops, tipped off by intelligence agents, found out the hideout of a group of Nouralddeen al-Zinki movement in al-Malaah region and stormed their position, killing several terrorists, including the man who decapitated the Palestinian boy," the sources said.

A video showed on Wednesday that Nouralddeen al-Zinki Movement, named by the US as a moderate group, arrested, tortured and severely executed a very young boy on charges of cooperating with the Syrian government forces.

A video released by militants near Handarat refugee camp showed that the terrorists of Nouralddeen al-Zinki tortured a kid on charges of assisting Syrian soldiers and beheaded him in front of the people over a truck.

Nouralddeen al-Zinki is affiliated to the Free Syrian Army which receives US financial supports as a moderate group.

The Takfiri group has been using US-made TOW anti-tank missiles in Aleppo battlefields.

License to kill? After train attack in Germany cop leader says politicians have no right to question police violence

Rainer Wendt
Head of the German police union and fascistic creature Rainer Wendt
Immediately after Monday's bloody attack on train passengers in southern Germany by a 17-year-old Afghan refugee, Green Party politician Renate Künast spoke out. In a Twitter message, she queried why the attacker had been shot to death rather than incapacitated.

Her Twitter account was subsequently bombarded with ugly denunciations and aggressive hate mail. Any critique of the actions of the police, who killed the attacker with a shot to the head, is to be suppressed.

Particularly aggressive was the response of the head of the German police union, Rainer Wendt. He said the police were very well trained and knew exactly what had to be done in such dangerous situations. "We don't need any parliamentary smart asses," he said in a discussion with television channel N24. "Perhaps one should recommend in principle that in such situations, politicians should not tweet for 24 hours," he suggested to Künast in the Saarbrücker Zeitung .

That a parliamentary deputy had dared to question the activities of the security forces threw Wendt into a rage. He repeated in several interviews, "It is an extremely stupid question, one must say. From clueless politicians. And it is actually really annoying as well" (N24 interview).

Comment: It is becoming ever clearer that, one by one, the so-called civilized countries of the West are falling prey to the ponerizing effects of militarism and a police state mentality, ie. pathological thinking. We're seeing and experiencing it in France, the U.S., Great Britain - and now Germany. Watch it spread and intensify with many of the voices of sanity getting shouted down and beaten down - unless many more join the chorus and correctly identify the problem.

Michigan State Police will use mouth swabs to test drivers for cannabis

mouthswab
Michigan State Police plan to implement one of the most invasive methods of drug testing in the country in a pilot program: saliva tests.

Five counties will force their residents into becoming guinea pigs for what must be the worst thwarting of constitutional and privacy rights in recent years. Saliva-based tests will check drivers for cannabis, heroin, cocaine, and more — thanks to perhaps the most despised governor in the U.S., Rick Snyder.

"The five-county pilot program will be used to help determine accuracy and reliability of the tests," Snyder explained in June after signing the bill into law, as MLive reported.

In other words, whoever happens to be unfortunate enough to have their saliva tested will literally be a guinea pig of the state — and there doesn't appear to be any further information concerning recourse for those tested should the tests prove inaccurate.

Pokemon Go plague blinds the media while 9/11 conspiracists are vindicated

pokemon end
Death by Pokémon is coming
...

These were the ominous words written by Professor Gerry Beyer of the Texas Tech University School of Law shortly after Pokémon Go swept America, infecting citizens with a mysterious, zombie-like condition that causes players to stray into major highways, drive into trees, and walk off cliffs. For the Americans who have not yet had their $600 smart phones surgically attached to their faces, this rapid invasion of beady-eyed, and suspiciously cute anime characters, has come as a shock; while loved-ones-turned-zombie gather to presumably collect digital pixels on a screen, the mainstream media is almost silent on the infamous "28-pages" showing the government knew the 9/11 hijackers were supported by the Saudi Arabian government, and that the CIA knew of al-Qaeda's existence in the US before the 9/11 plot.

Ah, the CIA... that loveable group of scamps who brought us such coups and false-flag attempts as the botched "Bay of Pigs" fiasco, the 1953 Iranian Coup which overthrew a democratically elected president in order to reinstate an oil-friendly dictator, and who assisted in Project Northwoods, a planned operation to kill innocent civilians in the US by conducting fake terror attacks using hijacked planes. While the CIA has yet again been caught with its pants down, the mainstream media—and an embarrassingly large population of adult US citizens—would apparently rather chase cartoon characters adored by 9-year-olds and emo-teens around the world, even if that means possibly getting stabbed in the process (seriously, do a search on "Pokémon Go stabbing" and you'll be amazed at all the various reports that pop up).

Philadelphia prostitutes unite to fight mysterious predator

Five years after police nabbed the infamous 'Kensington Strangler,' someone is stabbing sex workers in the city's most notorious neighborhood.

It's afternoon rush hour on Kensington Avenue and business is about to pick up for the half dozen or so prostitutes who are loitering across the street from the Huntingdon train station eyeing passing cars for potential clients. Traffic has been light today and a few of the girls are already feeling the pangs of heroin withdrawal.

"I've been out here since morning and only had one trick so far," a frail 30-year-old who would only give her initials, D.C., told The Daily Beast. "I barely made enough to get well." D.C. doesn't work nights."Too dangerous," she said.

So she's counting on the drive-time crowd—mostly older married men looking for 10 minutes of escape—to bring in enough cash to keep the withdrawal at bay until morning. If she's lucky she'll see one of her repeat customers. A vetted regular would offer a welcome respite from the terror that has gripped the avenue since Saturday when a prostitute the girls knew as "Layla" was murdered around the corner from here after leaving with a client.

On Tuesday, police released a surveillance camera image of the suspect, who they believe is also responsible for two other vicious assaults on prostitutes in the area. Earlier in the month an assailant slashed a woman in the neck, severing her vocal cords. And on July 12, a 24-year-old woman was choked unconscious just a few blocks north of here. When she came to, she was naked and had wounds on her head and face. Police say she had been raped. On Thursday officials released a second video showing the man they now suspect of committing all three crimes.
