This guy crossed the border illegally in 2012 by his own admission. He never gained legal status. He was finally detained in 2019, and found removable. He came up with a sob story to delay his deportation. Even if he were telling the truth, he should have had his withholding of removal removed as early as 2022, once Bukele had crushed the Eighteenth Street Gang. He has no right to be in this country, he crossed our border illegally, and he has been residing in this country illegally for almost twelve years. Totally independently of whether or not he is a member of MS-13 (which he likely is), he needed to go home!

While searching for seven people who disappeared after massive explosions at a fireworks warehouse in the Esparto area, the Yolo County Sheriff's Office confirmed on Friday that it had found human remains at the site.

This comes after crews began entering the property Thursday afternoon to search for the people. LiveCopter 3 was overhead during their search. What appeared to be human remains were seen on stretchers.

Details were not released as to how many people crews believe they have recovered.

Crews are expected to continue their recovery mission throughout the weekend, the sheriff's office said. The personnel at the site include investigators, fire crews and members of the Yolo County Coroner's Office.

The sheriff's office said it has no positive identifications at this time for the remains, and the coroner's office is in contact with the families of the missing people.

The facility at County roads 23 and 86A caught fire around 5:50 p.m. Tuesday. As LiveCopter 3 was headed to the fire, its cameras could already see a massive plume of black smoke from miles away.

Home Office to bar group under anti-terrorism laws, with officials said to be investigating possible Tehran funding.

A Palestine Action spokesperson's response:

"This is a baseless investigation and ridiculous investigation. We are funded by ordinary people who support us.

"They are doing it because they don't believe that banning an organisation causing damage to weapons factories and companies who enable the production of weapons sits well with a lot of the public, and therefore they're trying to create a smear campaign in order to justify the proscription.

"You would think that politicians would want to vote based on hard facts."

The anonymous Home Office briefing about Iran came two days after the advocacy group We Believe in Israel tweeted:

"Behind Palestine Action's theatre of resistance stands a darker puppeteer: the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps ... Palestine Action is the mask. The IRGC is the face."

The only evidence it provided was saying that the IRGC's vocabulary "echoes in Palestine Action's slogans".

The ban would place the group alongside the likes of al-Qaida, Islamic State and National Action, and make it a criminal offence to be a member of the group or show support for it.
