British establishment's blind panic

The Trump administration may be gunning for a total takedown of the pathogenic British establishment. UK's color revolution playbook may be coming home to roost.

As I discussed it in last week's TrendCompass report, the recent release of Epstein files caused quite a panic in the ranks of UK's political establishment, prompting the Prince of Darkness, Lord Peter Mandelson to resign from the Labour Party and from the House of Lords.

Lies on top lies and sign language

Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer faced the public and offered a profuse apology to Epstein's victims:
I am sorry. Sorry for what was done to you. Sorry that so many people with power failed you. Sorry for having believed Mandelson's lies and appointing him. ... It had been publicly known for some time that Mandelson knew Epstein. But none of us knew the depth, and the darkness of that relationship.
It was awkward and painful to hear. Interestingly, BBC's footage of Starmer's speech featured a sign language interpreter - a throwback to the bad old days of the Covid19 pandemic when sign language interpreters were included without fail, as a visual distraction whenever and wherever public officials had to lie through their teeth and mislead the public.

Of course, Starmer too, was lying. His pretence that he appointed the Prince of Darkness as Ambassador to the U.S. because he believed his lies is simply inconceivable.

The Epstein Files, however redacted, selective, and incomplete they are, are sufficiently damning for all 'with eyes to see' to understand - properly, and, really, for the first time - that we are indeed lorded over by corrupt, knuckle-dragging, deranged 'elites'. As online sleuths connect dots, solve cold cases, and shine a light on the worst crimes committed by Epstein and company, the glaring 'elephant in the room' remains the near-total inactivity by Western governments to actually do any of this investigative legwork themselves.

Why don't they? Well, because Epstein "belongs to intelligence," which means he did what he did FOR a strategic, long-term purpose. This week on NewsReal we lay out the case for 'the Epstein scandal' being deliberately 'exposed' - or, at minimum, once it 'organically came to light' in 2007, being instrumentalized - in order to inculcate mass complicity just through mere association with Epstein. And why would anyone go to such trouble? To 'buy' silence while genocide and a 'reordering of the Middle East' takes place...

Why America's two-party system will never threaten the true political elites

Repub Elephant

Whenever a new US president is sworn in, media pundits and court historians gush about the supposed "peaceful transfer of power" that is taking place. This has become a key tenet of the mythology and ideology surrounding democracy — that governing elites willfully abandon their control over the machinery of the state in response to election outcomes.

Indeed, this narrative about democracy is absolutely foundational to the perceived legitimacy of democracy. The contention that elections lead to a "peaceful transfer of power" reinforces the idea that the governing elites are determined by elections, and therefore by the "will of the people." If "we the people" vote for a new group of rulers, then the old leaders will step aside a new group will take over.

At least, that's how the story goes.

The first problem with this myth is that there is no "will of the people." This is a fantasy that not even mainstream political scientists believe. The notion of the "general will" is simply a doctrine of a civic religion that is employed to claim that elections grant government officials a "mandate" to rule.

The absurdities of political "representation" and "the will of the people" are problematic, for sure, but in this column I want to address the central claim of the myth of the "peaceful transfer of power." Namely, that power is meaningfully transferred from one group of governing elites to another.

Comment: Excellent clarification as to why the rigged US election system never really changes.

Trump is not threatening war on Iran over its nuclear program, but because it challenges U.S. dominance

The U.S. is once again threatening a war on Iran that could devastate the region. Trump knows Iran is not pursuing nuclear weapons, but that has never been the point. It is about removing Iran as the only actor in the region beyond U.S. control.

American and Iranian negotiators are meeting in Muscat to see if they can come to an agreement and avoid an American attack on Iran. The chances don't look good.

There was some initial hope because Donald Trump agreed to hold talks at all. The buildup of American forces in the region and the frequent planning meetings with Israeli political and military officials gave the appearance of an unstoppable buildup to war.

But American allies Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman have been working hard to convince Trump not to attack Iran. They fear the potential backlash of an American attack on the Islamic Republic, believing that Iran is not likely to respond to an attack with the restraint they have shown in the past.

Israel is urging Trump to attack, as the government of Benjamin Netanyahu is the one entity that stands to benefit from the chaos that an attack on Iran could bring.

Indeed, Iran has warned that an attack this time will be met with a very different response than previous ones. Yet, paradoxically, it is the very fact that Iran is capable of a more damaging response than it has taken in the past that creates the impasse that is likely to derail negotiations.

Trump and present

Relationships in the Middle East are hard to define and even when they work are often ephemeral and seldom last the course. Recently we have seen the smoke and mirrors of how the west operates in Syria with the downfall of Assad followed swiftly by the installation of the most brutal terrorist to emerge from Iraq or Syria since Baghdad fell to U.S. forces in 2003: Ahmed Al-Sharaa, whose ISIS splinter group Al Nusra was marked by its unique level of depravity and brutality against western hostages, some of whom were burned alive - all filmed and placed on social media for maximum impact. His support by Trump and Israel shocked many as it confirmed our worst suspicions for years, highlighted by an email sent by Hillary Clinton which stated that Sunni-based terrorists, no matter how medieval and barbaric their methods - even against westerners - were to be used for two purposes: one, to fight Iran and its proxies in the region; and two, for PR fodder to give to gullible journalists who were told about the "war against terrorism" and obliged to be the dutiful agents to keep the illusion alive.

Bad Guys

The ruinous "successes" of Bill Clinton

While the right — both old and new — keeps hammering Barack Obama (largely out of racism and Islamophobia), Bill Clinton harmed the people of this country (and others) far more gravely than Obama ever did

This post was motivated by an email blast sent out by Mikki Willis late last year, arguing that Barack Obama was "was our most dangerous leader", and "the most destructive president this nation has ever experienced." Willis based this judgement on a range of measures taken by Obama — extending the "war on terror" (adding five new wars to Bush/Cheney's two), increasing surveillance and spy programs, bolstering the financial position of the top 10%, blaming voters for failure of the democratic process, and more.

I found this to be a superficial analysis, since all those steps were merely caretaker actions, perfectly in line with the warlike and repressive program that had been overtaking us since JFK's assassination. Willis' specious email jogged my memory of Thomas Frank's book Listen, Liberal (2016). Here I take Frank's salient points and flesh them out a bit, to show that Obama was, in fact, a "punter" compared to the catastrophic "Democrat" Bill Clinton.

Comment: As an aside, Bill is also a Rhodes Scholar, albeit the Rhodes track record has not been particularly good for humanity. However, by and large the Clinton's came as a pair, as in a 'double, double, toil and trouble' pair. The Clinton's, as suggested above, would certainly weigh heavy on the scales, while Obama added his own weight to the other side.

At the end of the day, both Bill and Barack answered to others, without conscience, in a long procession spanning a millennium and more.

Comment: The author states that NATO could be "made into all-Europe alliance." No, probably not a good idea, as it is fair to say that NATO is a completely useless organization.

France and the United Kingdom are reportedly involved in the assassination of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, the prominent son of former Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi, as he was seen as the man who could reunite Libya after the NATO-backed uprising.

Saif al-Islam was killed by unknown gunmen who stormed his home in the town of Zintan on Tuesday.

Gaddafi's political team said in a statement that "four masked men" killed him in a "cowardly and treacherous assassination," adding that he tried to fight off the assailants, who shut off the security cameras at the house "in a desperate attempt to conceal traces of their heinous crimes."

Why is the Deep State targeting DNI Tulsi Gabbard with such ferocity?

Each day more and more people are starting to realize/notice there are elements of the United States intelligence apparatus that are targeting Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. The need for control is a reaction to fear, and Tulsi Gabbard has the DC Intelligence Community very worried.

What you will read below is something that was written back in 2024 about the potential for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), if President Trump were to win the election. Subsequently, he did win; and while we are not saying this is the exact ODNI script that is being followed, we are certainly not disputing that either.

Read the roadmap below -Written in 2024- compare it to current events and decide for yourself if this is something that rings a bell and may explain the IC apoplexy.

Even in the deep-frozen fastness of midwinter, events and tensions surge, and America awaits . . . Bad Bunny! You perceive that there is some message in the genderfluid Puerto Rican songster's upcoming Superbowl halftime gig, but what is the message? A 180-degree counterpoint to the earnest bashing and mashing of giants on the field? The official annunciation of Reconquista? A thumb in the eye of President Donald Trump and the white supremacist horse he rode in on?

This bread and circuses routine is looking pretty played out. The bread, of course, is pizza, the Soylent Green of these seeming end-times, underwriting the nation's romance with morbid obesity (and perhaps with degenerate sex). The circuses — last week's Grammy Awards, the Winter Olympics tonight, Sunday's looming Superbowl — give off an odor of utter cultural exhaustion. What will it finally take for Western Civ, and its avatar, the USA, to stop embarrassing itself before God and history, and find better things to do?
