NATO can deploy wherever it wants, new chief claims, violating its own pledge

In yet another move that violates NATO's historic pledge not to extend the military bloc "one inch further to the east," NATO's new secretary-general apparently sees no limitations for the 28-member organization.

In an apparent attempt to take advantage of the ongoing Ukrainian crisis, where a civil war in the east threatens to tear the country apart, new NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg paid a visit to NATO member Poland, where he reiterated calls for a rapid reaction "spearhead" force that could launch a military offensive within days.

"Next year, at the ministerial meeting, we will take decisions regarding the so-called spearhead but, even before it is established, NATO has a strong army after all," Stoltenberg told state-owned Polish broadcaster TVP Info.

"These capabilities already exist. We have them, and we can deploy them in individual regions. And this is only an add-on to what the alliance already has."

Comment: Another proof that the Ukraine crisis, sponsored and continued by the U.S. and NATO, was part of the long and ongoing agenda to provoke a war with Russia.

Biden: EU was opposed to sanctions against Russia, we had to embarrass them to accept, and now they have to suffer for it!

America's leadership had to embarrass Europe to impose economic hits on Russia over the crisis in Ukraine - even though the EU was opposed to such a motion, US Vice President Joe Biden revealed during a speech at Harvard.

"We've given Putin a simple choice: Respect Ukraine's sovereignty or face increasing consequences," Biden told a gathering at the John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum at Harvard University's Institute of Politics on Thursday.

The consequences were the sanctions which the EU imposed on Russia, first targeting individual politicians and businessmen deemed responsible for the crisis in Ukraine, then switching to the energy, defense, and economic sectors.

"It is true they did not want to do that," Biden admitted.

"It was America's leadership and the president of the United States insisting, oft times almost having to embarrass Europe to stand up and take economic hits to impose costs," the US vice president declared.

US-sponsored terrorism and subversion in China, 'The battle for Chinese sovereignty'

With Hong Kong's "Occupy Central" fully exposed as US-backed protest movement, readers should be aware that this latest turmoil is but one part of a greater ongoing campaign by the United States to contain and co-opt the nation of China.

As early as the Vietnam War, with the so-called "Pentagon Papers" released in 1969, it was revealed that the conflict was simply one part of a greater strategy aimed at containing and controlling China.

Comment: While the US continues to thrash and cling to its fast fading "unipolar moment," the future looks more and more multi-polar:

From Al Qaeda to ISIL, "The Terrorists R US"

Under the auspices of the United Nations Security Council, with president Obama chairing the Council session, the United States has called upon the international community to adopt strong measures, at national and international levels, to curtail the recruitment of Islamic State fighters.

What is not mentioned in the media reports is that the heads of State and heads of government who have endorsed America's campaign against the Islamic State, advised by their respective secret services, are fully aware that US intelligence is the unspoken architect of the Islamic State, which is part of a vast network of US supported "jihadist" terrorist entities. Countries are either coerced into supporting the US sponsored resolution or they are complicit in the US terror agenda.

Comment: The West continues to use proxies to murder innocent people so that when they go in to murder, steal, and otherwise advance their agenda it looks like they're doing the world a favor:

Barack Obama's 'looser policy': Syrian, Iraqi women and children are a subhuman species not worthy of protection from drone strikes

While one can't help but snicker when the administration of a Nobel Peace Prize winner has launched at least 7 offensive wars, mostly against Muslim countries with virtually none obtaining prior approval from Congress, until now Obama at least showed the sense to realize that maintaining proper "made for propaganda media" optics matters, even if his underlying actions were the very definition of hypocrisy. And then something snapped. As reported by Yahoo News, the White House has acknowledged for the first time that strict standards President Obama imposed last year to prevent civilian deaths from U.S. drone strikes will not apply to U.S. military operations in Syria and Iraq. It has a "looser policy standards" when it comes to preventing civilian deaths from U.S. drone strikes in U.S. military operations in Syria and Iraq.

Now, we showed last weekend that Syrian "rebels", those people the US is supposedly helping, are furious at US bombing of their own people, but we wonder just how they will feel when they realize that according to the most powerful representative of the "free world" they are actually, well, subhuman and not worthy of the same civil rights as people in every other part of the globe (bombed by US drones).

According to Yahoo News, a White House statement confirmed the looser policy came in response to questions about reports that as many as a dozen civilians, including women and young children, were killed when a Tomahawk missile struck the village of Kafr Daryan in Syria's Idlib province on the morning of Sept. 23.

And if being equated with monkeys wasn't enough of an insult, the US also used its masterpiece fabrication, the "Khorasans" as the justification to do to Syrians what last year's false flag war campaign accused Syria's Assad of doing.

Comment: It may feel good to rail against Obama (what's a figure-head for), but it misses the mark. Obama is only following orders, as every president has done since JFK.

UK anti-war protests: Hundreds rally in London against British airstrikes

Hundreds of activists rallied against Britain's involvement in airstrikes against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria on Saturday. Protesters marched through central London holding banners and chanting anti-war slogans.

Demonstrators chanted "Hands off the Middle East, No justice, No peace," which marching toward Prime Minister David Cameron's Downing Street office, where the rally was planned to end.

They held banners which read: "Stop bombing Iraq" and "Iraq III No!"

Comment: Why do these Western psychopathic elite clowns need another war? As if there are no other problems at home. They need distraction from impending earth changes and the spreading Ebola virus, while enriching themselves and their war lords of the Military Industrial Complex.

Best of the Web: HK 'Occupy Central' movement was thoroughly scripted by U.S. State Department

Protest co-organizer Martin Lee sets stage, introduces "Occupy Central" characters in April 2014 talk before US State Department's National Endowment for Democracy.

The slogans, leaders, and agenda of the "Occupy Central" movement are supposedly the manifestations of Hong Kong's desire for "total democracy," "universal suffrage," and "freedom." In reality, the leaders of "Occupy Central" are verified to be directly backed, funded, and directed by the US State Department , its National Endowment for Democracy (NED), and its subsidiary, the National Democratic Institute (NDI).

Despite admitting this overwhelming evidence, many "Occupy Central" supporters still insist the protests are genuine and now some propose that the "Occupy Central" leadership does not truly represent the people of Hong Kong. While the leadership of "Occupy Central" indeed in no way represent the people of Hong Kong, the fact still remains that the protest itself was prearranged at least as early as April 2014, revealed by "Occupy Central" co-organizers Martin Lee and Anson Chan before NED in Washington DC.

Netanyahu presents his 'experts' on Palestine, one of whom advocates rape as a tool of war

Shujaiya Gaza
© Ali Jadallah / APA imagesIsrael promotes apologists for the kind of violence that leveled Gaza City’s Shujaiya neighborhood as “experts,” including one advocating rape.
As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived in the United States for the UN General Assembly on Sunday, the Israeli government press office emailed journalists a list of supposed experts to contact on various issues related to his visit.

All those listed hail from the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Israel's Bar-Ilan University, a hotbed of right wing nationalism in Israeli academia.

Appearing twice on the Israeli government-approved list is Mordechai Kedar, a professor of Arabic literature at Bar-Ilan University who recently advocated for the Israeli army to use rape as a tool of war.

Comment: Since the psychopathic government of Israel obviously does not want peace, it is only fitting that their so-called experts on the Palestinian issue advocate the usual: rape, slaughter and complete ethnic cleansing.

History repeats itself: Germans set to send first troops to Ukraine since WW2

* Move to send 200 peacekeepers including paratroopers under consideration

* Chancellor Angela Merkel has led European plans to secure peace in Ukraine

* More than 3,600 people have died in the conflict in 2014, according to the UN

Germany is poised for its first deployment of troops in Ukraine since the Nazi invasion of then Soviet territory in 1941 which led to millions of deaths.

An historic move to send 200 peacekeepers - including 50 paratroopers - was under active consideration last night.

It comes as the crumbling ceasefire between pro-Russian rebels and the Ukrainian government was under its strongest pressure since coming into effect a month ago.

Can China and Russia Squeeze Washington out of Eurasia?

There could soon be a trade alliance between Beijing, Moscow and Berlin - but you wouldn't know it from the triumphal tone in Washington.

A specter haunts the fast-aging "New American Century": the possibility of a future Beijing-Moscow-Berlin strategic trade and commercial alliance. Let's call it the BMB.

Its likelihood is being seriously discussed at the highest levels in Beijing and Moscow, and viewed with interest in Berlin, New Delhi, and Tehran. But don't mention it inside Washington's Beltway or at NATO headquarters in Brussels. There, the star of the show today and tomorrow is the new Osama bin Laden: Caliph Ibrahim, aka Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the elusive, self-appointed beheading prophet of a new mini-state and movement that has provided an acronym feast -- ISIS/ISIL/IS -- for hysterics in Washington and elsewhere.

No matter how often Washington remixes its Global War on Terror, however, the tectonic plates of Eurasian geopolitics continue to shift, and they're not going to stop just because American elites refuse to accept that their historically brief "unipolar moment" is on the wane. For them, the closing of the era of "full spectrum dominance," as the Pentagon likes to call it, is inconceivable. After all, the necessity for the indispensable nation to control all space -- military, economic, cultural, cyber, and outer -- is little short of a religious doctrine. Exceptionalist missionaries don't do equality. At best, they do "coalitions of the willing" like the one crammed with "over 40 countries" assembled to fight ISIS/ISIL/IS and either applauding (and plotting) from the sidelines or sending the odd plane or two toward Iraq or Syria.
