WikiLeaks has gone full troll with a Twitter poll sarcastically asking social media users to choose which way the presidential candidate truly leans.

"Hillary Clinton has surrounded herself with (neo) "conservative" Iraq war hawks from Kissinger to Kagan," the poll reads.

The northern city of Aleppo has been one of the most grossly misreported-on cities in the Syrian Arab Republic, with Western and Gulf media and NGOs continuously ignoring the realities of life in this city of over 1.5 million civilians, instead launching coordinated propaganda campaigns against the Syrian government and army (SAA), and in favour of terrorists labelled as "rebels", and ignoring their firing of an array of missiles, rockets, Hell Cannon-fired gas canister bombs, explosive bullets, and more onto the civilians of greater Aleppo.

Terrorist factions occupying areas of Aleppo include Jabhat al-Nusra, Ahrar al-Sham, the so-called "Free Syrian Army", and child-beheading Nour el din Zinki mercenaries.

In July and in August, 2016, I traveled by car to Aleppo, to meet with doctors and ordinary civilians, and to hear their testimonies of life in a city which has many times been under terrorists' siege and is always under terrorists' bombings and snipings.

I was also able to visit Nubl, adjacent to Zahra'a, two villages just north of Aleppo which were under a devastating 3.5 year siege by terrorist factions until the SAA and allies lifted it in February 2016. Residents endured prolonged periods of hunger, were targeted by terrorists' bombings, and for want of medicines, medical treatment, and sanitary conditions suffered diseases that could otherwise have been treated.

It took President Bush an extraordinary 441 days after 9/11 to establish a commission to investigate the events of September 11, 2001. And it was not just the case that Bush was slow in acting; he actively resisted any investigation for as long as he could, taking the extraordinary and unprecedented step of personally asking Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle to limit Congress' investigation into those events.

In the end, the commission was severely underfunded, severely rushed, and, as commission chairman, Thomas Kean, later admitted:

THOMAS KEAN: "We think the (9/11) Commission in many ways was set up to fail."

But the most unmistakable sign that Bush was only interested in appointing a cover up commission to "investigate" the largest attack on US soil in modern history was his initial choice for commission chairman.

U.S. President Barack Obama's administration has offered Saudi Arabia more than $115 billion in weapons, other military equipment and training, the most of any U.S. administration in the 71-year U.S.-Saudi alliance, a report seen by Reuters has found.

The report, authored by William Hartung of the U.S.-based Center for International Policy, said the offers were made in 42 separate deals, and the majority of the equipment has yet to be delivered. Hartung told Reuters the report would be made available publicly on Sept. 8.

The report said U.S. arms offers to Saudi Arabia since Obama took office in January 2009 have included everything from small arms and ammunition to tanks, attack helicopters, air-to-ground missiles, missile defense ships, and warships. Washington also provides maintenance and training to Saudi security forces.

The Center's report is based on data from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, a Department of Defense body that provides figures on arms sales offers and Foreign Military Sales agreements. Most of the offers, which are reported to Congress, become formal agreements though some are abandoned or amended. The report did not disclose how many of the offers to Saudi Arabia were agreed.

Washington's arms sales to Riyadh recently have come under fire from rights groups and some members of Congress are disturbed by the rising number of civilian casualties in the war in Yemen, where a coalition led by Saudi Arabia is fighting Iran-allied Houthi rebels.

The conflict has killed at least 10,000 people. Last month the United Nations human rights office said that 3,799 civilians have died in the conflict, with coalition air strikes responsible for an estimated 60 percent of the deaths.

Donald Trump is looking to end defense spending cuts and allocate even more funds in the more than $600 billion US military budget, his campaign says. The tycoon wants to bolster the Army with new ships, planes and submarines.

The Republican presidential hopeful is going to announce his military plan in a speech on Wednesday, according to a campaign senior official, who briefed the media on the eve of the event.

Trump would be proposing a "major investment" in the US military, which he has repeatedly referred as a "disaster" in his statements.

"I will ask Congress to eliminate the sequester and immediately re-invest in our military," Trump said in a speech at a rally in Greenville, North Carolina earlier on Tuesday.

However, his campaign would not say how Trump plans to bypass what is known as the Budget Control Act of 2011, Bloomberg reported. The provision, adopted over five year ago, set limits on defense spending up until the fiscal year for 2021. It also imposed major sequestration cuts for the Department of Defense, which according to the Center of Strategies and International Studies (CSIS), would total roughly $1 billion over 10 years.

The black boxes from the planes that crashed into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, were found and retrieved in the weeks after the 9/11 attacks, a significant amount of evidence indicates. And yet government officials and the official investigation into the attacks have asserted that these devices were never recovered.

A plane's two black boxes record important information about a flight. The black boxes from American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175--the planes that hit the World Trade Center--could therefore have helped investigators determine what happened on these aircraft before they crashed on September 11.

A number of people who were involved in the recovery effort in the weeks after 9/11 have said they saw or helped recover objects at the World Trade Center site that appeared to be black boxes from a plane. One worker unearthed an object that looked like a black box at Pier 25 on the Hudson River. FBI agents who inspected the object initially said enthusiastically that it appeared to be a black box, but subsequently said they didn't think it was one of these devices. A firefighter has described helping FBI agents retrieve three black boxes at Ground Zero and a colleague of his recalled seeing one of these being recovered.

Additionally, investigators reportedly detected a signal that was being emitted by one of the black boxes from Flight 11 or Flight 175 and recovery workers were sent to search in the location where the signal was coming from.

One government official actually said off the record that all four black boxes from Flight 11 and Flight 175 were recovered. This was certainly a reasonable assertion. It would in fact have been unusual if the devices were never found, since a plane's black boxes are made to survive extreme conditions, and so the black boxes on Flights 11 and 175 should have withstood the conditions they endured on September 11.

Furthermore, experts have said they knew of no plane crashes, other than those at the World Trade Center, after which the black boxes weren't recovered. Indeed, the black boxes from the two other planes that were hijacked on September 11--American Airlines Flight 77 and United Airlines Flight 93--were recovered within a few days of the 9/11 attacks.

Israeli war planes have bombed Syrian army positions in Syria's Golan Heights for the second time in less than a week.

The Israeli military said in a statement that the attack was carried out against Syrian army mortar launchers in the early hours of Thursday morning shortly after a stray mortar shell hit an area in the Israeli-occupied side of the Golan Heights.

No casualties were reported as a result of the shelling.

Of course the globalist agencies WHO/CDC (World Health Organization/Center for Disease Control) are Johnny-on-the-spot proposing the Hegelian solution and savior to this latest mysterious, scary pathogen to be the Big Pharma, ever-at-the-ready, would-be vaccines as part of the elite's carefully planned agenda of forced mandatory vaccinations and ultimate population (or more apt depopulation) control.

With the WHO and the CDC spearheading the propaganda blitz spreading panic through disinformation lies around the globe, this dreaded fear of deformed babies follows on the heels of the West Nile Virus. And it's no accident that medical authorities are now warning women globally to defer from getting pregnant, especially in Latin American countries like Brazil containing large Roman Catholic populations where abortion is either restricted or banned altogether.

The G20 summit kicks off in the Chinese city of Hangzhou Sunday. The meeting has, since the 2008 economic crisis, replaced the G7 and G8 to be the most significant platform for global economic governance and the most authoritative economic forum. Amid the global economic downturn, the G20 meeting has attracted a great deal of attention from the international community.

Top leaders from China, Russia and the US all gathered in Hangzhou for the meeting. The trilateral relationship among the three nations has long been a topic of global attention. As China, the US and Russia are not only official members of the G20, but also representatives of certain kinds of economies, the future orientation of their trilateral relationship can be speculated on from the G20. All three nations are permanent members of the UN Security Council and also nuclear powers. The top leaders from the three countries will explore global political and economic issues with other G20 leaders.

In recent years, Russia and the US have seen tense conflicts on the issues of Ukraine, Syria and Turkey, and are economically and militarily confrontational.

Although their relationship has eased recently, their structural conflicts cannot be fundamentally solved. Meanwhile, Washington's strategy of rebalancing to the Asia-Pacific region means China and the US are confronting against each other on the issues of the East China Sea, the South China Sea and the deployment of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) anti-missile defense system in South Korea. Beijing and Washington, on the other hand, have seen frequent economic and cultural exchanges, and the former is a major creditor nation to the latter.

The German Minister of Economy and Vice-Chancellor, Mr. Sigmar Gabriel, a few days ago has declared that the European Union should not submit to the demands of the United States, referring to the negotiations on the TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investments Partnership). He said the negotiations failed. By saying so, he joined French Prime Minister, Manuel Valls, as well as French Secretary of State for External Trade, Mr. Matthias Fekl.

Negotiations started in 2013. After 14 'rounds' of talks dealing with 27 points, no agreement has been reached, none whatsoever, leading to the conclusion that the deal is dead. Even though Mme. Merkel defended the treaty with all her heart up to the end of July 2016, both Germany and France now request a definite end to the negotiations.

The collapse of the TTIP is one of the best news for Europe - and I mean the people of Europe - in recent times; an initiative of the two major players in the EU. This decision has several meanings:

1. European countries are gradually taking back their sovereignty from Brussels and decide for themselves what is good for them and for Europe;

2. With a failed TTIP Europe escapes, or avoids, being enslaved by US corporatism, financial institutions - and US legislation;

3. Europe may now continue making its proper policies on socioeconomy, environment, food safety, agriculture — and

4. Europe is now freer to pursue its own monetary policy. Under the grip of the TTIP, it would have been difficult, say impossible, to adopt a monetary policy outside of the Euro which many countries would like, openly or covertly - some without making a lot of noise for fear of being 'reprimanded' by Brussels.
