Italy and Germany on the war front

Neti interview

Now that Israel has "preemptively" attacked Iran, in violation of international law, Mario Dinucci reminds us of Italy's and Germany's agreements with NATO and Israel. These two European states are, just after the United States, the main arms suppliers to the Hebrew state.

Italy and Germany are at war not only with Russia in support of Ukraine, but also with Iran in support of Israel. This is demonstrated by documented facts ignored by the mainstream, exposed in this episode of Grandangolo. The program, recorded on June 12, pre-announced the imminent attack on Iran, which Israel launched a few hours later, on the night of June 12-13.

Comment: The war between Israel and Iran is much more complex than we have been led to believe...and - via Italy, Germany, UK, Canada and the US - war with Russia is in the crosshairs.

The Russian president condemned the Israeli attack and extended his condolences to Iran, according to the Kremlin press service.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has held phone conversations with his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the escalation in the Middle East following the Israeli strike against Iran.

Israel launched a major attack on Iran overnight targeting nuclear facilities and various military installations. The strikes continued into the day, inflicting considerable material damage and casualties on Iran's top military leadership and, reportedly, high-profile nuclear scientists.

"The Russian president expressed his condolences to the leadership and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran in connection with the numerous human casualties, including civilians, resulting from the Israeli strikes," the Kremlin press service said in a statement on Friday.

Russia "condemns Israel's actions, which violate the UN Charter and international law," Putin stressed, according to the statement. At the same time, the Russian leader expressed a readiness to mediate and to "continue to contribute to the de-escalation of the conflict between Iran and Israel."

Comment: Even President Putin has no sway.

Netanyahu tells Iranians to revolt

The Israeli prime minister called for regime change in Tehran on Friday after launching a massive airstrike on the Islamic Republic.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has urged Iranians to overthrow their government. Unprecedented hostilities erupted between the two countries on Friday.

Netanyahu made his appeal just hours after Israeli jets bombed nuclear and military sites across Iran, targeting a uranium enrichment facility in Natanz and killing several senior commanders and nuclear scientists. Tehran responded with a barrage of kamikaze drones and ballistic missiles, several of which struck Tel Aviv.

"The time has come for you to unite around your flag and your historic legacy by standing up for your freedom from an evil and oppressive regime. It has never been weaker," Netanyahu said in a video address.

"This is your opportunity to stand up and let your voices be heard," he added.

Zelensky's Latest Tweetstorm Is Full Of Panic

Zelensky
Even if only some of what Zelensky is worried about comes to pass, especially reduced US aid and forthcoming American pressure upon Ukraine to comply with Russia's demands, then the conflict might end sooner than expected.

Zelensky fired off over a dozen paragraphs in his latest tweetstorm on Saturday afternoon that can be read in full here. He demanded the imposition of more sanctions against Russia's banking and energy sectors, complained about the "warm" tone of the US-Russian dialogue, expressed worries about reduced aid, fearmongered about Russia's military-industrial complex, and pushed back against claims that he's oppressing Russians, Russian speakers, and Russian Orthodox Christians. He's clearly panicking.

In the order that he made his points, the first one about sanctions alludes to the proposed bill to impose 500% tariffs on Russia's energy clients, which would likely be applied towards China and India if passes with waivers for EU countries (and probably only those that meet Trump's defense spending demands). Politico warned that this could backfire against the US, however, while the Treasury Secretary warned that it could undermine diplomatic efforts. It's thus little wonder that Zelensky is panicking about this.

Comment: The Israeli initiated war with Iran is also not helping the prospects of continued military aid to Ukraine as aid to Israel has always been the key priority. Slowly Zelensky and Co are realising that they were never really that important despite the rhetoric over the last 3 years. They were being used as a disposable battering ram against Russia, which now has passed its use by date.

US-Israeli deception gave Iran false security amid Washington green light

Trump and Netanyahu
Fresh reporting as well as new Friday statements by President Trump reveal that the US and Israel practiced deceptive diplomacy, as Israeli and American officials worked together to convince Iran that nuclear negotiations were progressing.

Yet all the while an elaborate Israel attack on Iranian nuclear sites was being planned, and Tehran was given a false sense of security, and ill-prepared for its defense.

Axios has reported that Tel Aviv was given "a clear US green light" to start bombing, according to two unnamed Israeli officials. The previously widely reported 'split' and spat between Trump and Netanyahu was a public ruse.

SOTT Focus: NewsReal: Israel Attacks Iran, Seeks Regime Change. Will Trump Take US Into War?

Israel's brazen attack against Iran on June 13th could result in the culmination of the NeoCons' plan for the 'New American Century': the toppling of the last regime resisting them in the Middle East. The US and Israel would thus fully control the world's primary 'energy spigot' and cement their joint role as global hegemon(s) for decades to come.

Israel intends for this 'short war' to last a couple of weeks, after which Iran will be ruled by a new government with a new ideology, having submitted to US-raeli domination.

Wishful thinking?

Well, it depends on what capabilities Iran has to withstand Israel's onslaught, whether its population is psychologically committed to resisting, and whether the US will have to directly intervene to fully realize Netanyahu's dream of deposing the Ayatollah and defeating Iran's military.

If the latter comes about, Trump will have shot MAGA - and his devoted followers, who are extremely hostile about the US engaging in another major Middle East war - through the heart. He isn't so psychopathic and stupid, is he?

Israel publicly confirms its military involvement in Ukraine

In the end, the Zionist entity and the Kiev regime are instruments of the same Western hegemony project.

While global attention remains focused on the rising tensions between Israel and Iran, a significant development has been largely ignored by Western media in recent days: the revelation of Israel's involvement in the arming campaign for Ukraine.

Despite publicly maintaining an appearance of military neutrality in the conflict between Moscow and Kiev, the State of Israel has quietly deepened its collaboration with Western military interests in Ukraine. Recent statements from Israeli diplomatic representatives make it clear that Tel Aviv not only politically supports Kiev but also directly participates in the military effort against Russia.

In an interview with Ukrainian media, the Israeli ambassador in Kiev confirmed that air defense systems originally supplied by the United States to Israel were transferred to Ukraine. According to him, the delivery was deliberately kept secret and away from international headlines, demonstrating Israel's attempt to participate in the conflict without attracting negative consequences.

Comment: Israel is exposed. Iran has not, so far, been foolish. Allies may be the sacrifice.

If you seek a general theme in this moment's tempestuous events, try No submission. It's behind events in the Middle East and in the USA — and across Western Civ ultimately. No submission to what, you ask? To willful evil. Of course, the willfully evil will not see it that way, and great quarrels will arise over who-and-what represents the evil abroad in the world.

Iran advertised countless times its resolve to wipe Israel off the map, in so many words. Israel was not inclined to submit to that outcome and it closely monitored Iran's practical steps to acquire deliverable nuclear bombs. Israel, in turn, advertised that Iran's nuclear program would not be allowed to succeed. The world stood by waiting to see who's advertising jibed with reality.

Now you know. Never Again is not an empty slogan. The Shiite jihad has been put down, and the effort will continue until the answer is beyond dispute, days, maybe a week or more. Iran's civil leadership was willing to talk, or at least pretend to talk down to the last hour, but the mullahs above them obdurately pushed ahead toward nuclear jihad. Not going happen, Israel assured them. And so, here we are.

Comment: Jihad used to mean a spiritual and moral struggle, armed resistance, self-defense or in response to aggression. For Iran it mostly still does. For morally-empty Israel it is unbridled terrorism: the infliction of maximum death and total destruction. And then there is the new and improved American versions quite adequately explained above.

'Perverted logic' to call Israeli attack on Iran self-defense - Russian diplomat

firefighters

West Jerusalem has carried out "a very dangerous provocation." Framing Israel's attack on Iran as self-defense is a form of "perverted logic," Russia's deputy envoy to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky, has told RT, accusing West Jerusalem of flagrantly breaching the global body's charter.

On Friday, Israel struck Iranian uranium enrichment sites, while also killing several senior military commanders and scientists in targeted assassination operations, describing its acts as preemptive steps aimed at stopping Tehran from acquiring a nuclear bomb. Iran, which denies pursuing a military nuclear program, responded by launching multiple volleys of ballistic missiles at targets in Israel, including in the country's largest city, Tel Aviv.

In his interview on Saturday, Polyansky accused Western politicians claiming that Israel's attack on Iran was "self-defense" of having "very perverted logic."
"Of course, every country has the right to defend itself. But in this case, Israel launched an aggression - an attack against Iran - totally violating and breaching the UN Charter and international law... I cannot imagine how it can be framed as legitimate self-defense."

Comment: Many to blame? Finger pointing is only meaningful if pointed at one's self.

After carrying out its ongoing, mass-sadistic genocide of the Palestinians for almost two years, wrecking Lebanon and Syria, repeatedly assaulting Iran and Yemen, and using its deep, corrupting subversion of Western political, economic, intellectual, and media elites to stifle its opponents wherever they speak up, the apartheid rogue state of Israel has now launched its most serious effort yet to either cripple or destroy Iran, its last remaining opponent with the potential to do it serious harm.

As Russia for one has stated, Israel's massive attack on Iran is unambiguously criminal. It violates the UN Charter and international law in general. In particular, it does not fulfill the narrow - and rightly so - legal criteria for a justifiable defensive preemptive strike. Israel's shameless attempt to deploy this phrase to shield its actions are pure information warfare. They are insultingly brazen - propaganda that can "work" only on the willingly obtuse - and as absurd as the repulsive Israeli habit of trying to pass off genocide, including by starvation, and ethnic cleansing as self-defense.

Incidentally, against this background, it comes as no real surprise that, Israeli tactics against Iran have included the same perfidious - as in literally, technically criminal under the law of armed conflict - method recently deployed by Ukraine's Zelensky regime (and its Western helpers): Israel as well used sneak drone attacks from inside its opponent's territory.
