Mary McCord: Key criminal in the Russiagate operation and beyond

Mary McCord
Lawyer Mary McCord, one of the key players in the Russia Hoax
I have been asked to recap some of my research into cited formats of what I believe to be criminal conduct, with specific statutes against them. This is the fourth.

DNI Tulsi Gabbard is not a lawyer. While I may be wrong, I find Tulsi Gabbard to be a patriot. Mrs. Gabbard is focused on providing evidence to the DOJ that essentially forces action. I support Tulsi Gabbard's efforts.

If there is one corrupt DC player who has escaped scrutiny for her corrupt endeavors, it would be Mary McCord.

More than any other Lawfare operative within Main Justice, Mary McCord sits at the center of every table in the manufacturing of cases against Donald Trump. {GO DEEP} Mary McCord's husband is Sheldon Snook; he was the right hand to the legal counsel of Chief Justice John Roberts.

Comment: The Xitterati have a lot to say about Ms. McCord.

Full text:

Mary McCord worked with Norm Eisen for four years to put J6ers in prison. She is now giving advice to protestors for the upcoming summer of love activities. She also mentions that there will be attorneys on standby.

Imagine the nerve it takes after she spent four years destroying the lives of over 1600 J6ers who were there for 1A protected protests.

Mary McCord belongs in prison just as much as Norm Eisen. These people must be held accountable as they obviously feel invincible

It seems she is being protected in a serious way. Guess you can expect that when you know where ALL the bodies are buried:

What really happened in Alaska

The Putin-Trump meeting dropped some important veils. It revealed that Washington views Russia as a peer power, and that Europe is little more than a useful American tool.
Alaska Summit
© The Cradle
Alaska was not only about Ukraine. Alaska was mostly about the world's top two nuclear powers attempting to rebuild trust and apply the brakes on an out-of-control train in a mad high-speed rail dash towards nuclear confrontation.

There were no assurances, given the volatile character of US President Donald Trump, who conceived the high-visibility meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. But a new paradigm may be in the works nonetheless. Russia has essentially been de facto recognized by the US as a peer power. That implies, at the very least, the return of high-level diplomacy where it is most needed.

Meanwhile, Europe is dispatching a line-up of impotent leaders to Washington to kowtow in front of the Emperor. The EU's destiny is sealed: into the dustbin of geopolitical irrelevance.

What has been jointly decided by Trump, personally, and Putin, even before Moscow proposed charged-with-meaning Alaska as the summit venue, remains secret. There will be no leaks about the full content.

Yet it's quite significant that Trump himself rated Alaska as a 10 out of 10.

The key takeaways, relayed by sources in Moscow with direct access to the Russian delegation, all the way to the 3-3 format (it was initially designed to be a 5-5, but other key members, such as Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, did provide their input), emphasize that:
"It was firmly put [by Putin] to stop all direct US weapon deliveries to Ukraine as a vital step towards the solution. Americans accepted the fact that it is necessary to dramatically decrease lethal shipments."
After that happens, the ball swings to Europe's court. The sources specify, in detail:
"Out of the $80 billion Ukrainian budget, Ukraine itself provides less than around $20 billion. The National Bank of Ukraine says that they collect $62 billion in taxes alone, which is a hoax; with a population around 20 million, much more than one million of irreversible battlefield losses, a decimated industry and less than 70 percent of pre-Maidan territory under control that is simply impossible."
So Europe - as in the NATO/EU combo - has a serious dilemma: 'Either support Ukraine financially, or militarily. But not both at the same time. Otherwise, the EU itself will collapse even faster.'

Now compare all of the above with arguably the key passage in one of Trump's Truth Social posts: "It was determined by all that the best way to end the horrific war between Russia and Ukraine is to go directly to a Peace Agreement, which would end the war, and not a mere Ceasefire Agreement, which often times do not hold up."

Add to it the essential sauce provided by former Russian president Dmitri Medvedev:
"The President of Russia personally and in detail presented to the US President our conditions for ending the conflict in Ukraine (...) Most importantly: both sides directly placed responsibility for achieving future results in negotiations on ending hostilities on Kiev and Europe."
Talk about superpower convergence. The devil, of course, will be in the details.

An offer he can't refuse

"This is not our war. The US is not in a war. Ukraine is in a war. . ." — Sec'y of State Marco Rubio
Clown and Liar

Volodymyr Zelenskyy is dropping in at the White House today so that Mr. Trump can read him the riot act. It's that simple. Somewhere to or from Alaska, Mr. Trump concluded that a ceasefire would not work, for the excellent reason that seven previous ceasefires in Ukraine failed, and only reinforced distrust and disappointment between the warring parties. Instead, the goal is a peace settlement, an end to the war.

The USA and Russia cannot make peace in Ukraine because the war is between Ukraine and Russia. The USA can only mediate and propose terms. Ukraine needs help formulating terms that are not preposterous. Russia's terms have been clear and precise for years, most particularly: no NATO for Ukraine. What part of that is hard to understand? The EU wants missile bases on Russia's border. It wants to draw Ukraine into its sphere of influence. Ukraine has been in Russia's sphere of influence since. . . forever.

The US helped start this conflict in 2014, when Mr. Obama was in charge. It was always a cynical operation, in concert with the cynics of the EU. To put it as plainly as possible, Mr. Trump has called it off, recognizing the foolish futility of the scheme. But the EU players persist maniacally, even though they don't have the money or the armaments to keep it up, and are otherwise jointly committing slow suicide of their own societies.

Anyway, Ukraine is exhausted. Ukraine has lost. Sheer intransigence could keep it going a while longer, but then Russia will sweep west with more pointless bloodshed. The argument is over. Territorial realities must be faced. Agreements must be made.

On Friday, 15 August 2025 the summit between President Trump and President Putin took place, leaving the world guessing about what was really achieved there. By all appearances, it wasn't a lot but it's certain that much of what was discussed was done in secret and is not yet for public consumption. At any rate, both leaders appeared very satisfied with the encounter which Trump rated a ten out of ten. Vladimir Putin affirmed his belief that if Donald Trump were President in 2020, the war in Ukraine would not have happened.

The very fact that the meeting took place at all must not be underestimated. Contrary to the pronouncements of some observers that the two leaders met without a clear agenda, unsure what could be achieved during their meeting, we know that the foundation of the meeting was a proposal made to the Russians by the Trump government, which "we find acceptable," in the words of Putin's longtime aide Yuri Ushakov.

The Russian position on Ukraine has been consistent and very firm. They have demanded that all of Russian security concerns must be addressed and that any talk of peace must be based on removing the causal factors that led to the war. They also categorically rejected the unconditional ceasefire that the Ukrainians and European leaders have insisted upon. The fact that the two Presidents met in person suggests that the Trump administration expressed readiness to talk peace on those terms.

US President Donald Trump is seeking a trilateral summit with Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin as early as next week, Axios and CNN have reported. The meeting could take place if Trump's Oval Office talks with Zelensky on Monday are successful, according to the outlets.

On Friday, Trump met Putin in Anchorage, Alaska, in their first face‑to‑face encounter since the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in 2022. Trump described the talks as "warm," while the Russian president called them "frank" and "substantive."

After the Alaska summit, Trump and Zelensky held a phone call described by the media as "not easy." European leaders also joined the conversation, during which the US president told them "he wants to arrange a trilateral summit with Putin and Zelensky as soon as next Friday," according to Axios. CNN later confirmed this, adding that at least one European leader is expected to take part in the Washington talks with Zelensky, although it is not yet clear who.

Later on Saturday, Trump confirmed Zelensky's Oval Office meeting on his Truth Social network, touting a follow‑up meeting with Putin that could potentially take place afterwards. He added that the goal should be a peace agreement rather than a temporary ceasefire, "which often times do not hold up."

Comment: In the driver's seat, Trump must navigate an uphill obstacle course, should these talks commence.

His comment came ahead of Monday's White House meeting between Trump, Ukraine's Vladimir Zelensky, and several European leaders.

Trump has described the upcoming talks as a "big day," saying he has "never had so many European leaders at one time." European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, and the heads of the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, and other EU institutions are expected to join Zelensky in Washington.

On X, Dmitriev praised Trump for "pushing for the real solution" to the conflict and voiced hope that "problem solving and peace prevail during the Big Day."

Trump plans White House meeting with Zelensky and European leaders

The gathering, which is planned for Monday, comes on the heels of the Alaska summit.

US President Donald Trump has invited European leaders to join Ukraine's Vladimir Zelensky at a meeting at the White House on Monday, the New York Times has claimed, citing anonymous European officials.

On Friday, Trump met with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, in Anchorage, Alaska, in what marked the first face-to-face talks between Russian and American leaders since the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in February 2022. The US president described the encounter as "warm," while Putin characterized it as "frank" and "substantive."

Both men expressed tentative hopes that the summit could bring a resolution of the Ukraine conflict closer.

On Saturday, the NYT quoted its sources as saying that Trump would receive Zelensky and that "European leaders are invited to come along" as well. Earlier in the day, the Ukrainian leader announced in a post on X that he would travel to the US capital on Monday. Trump later confirmed the visit.

Comment: Trump thwarted their plans...EU leaders and Z to Washington:
Ukraine's Vladimir Zelensky will arrive in Washington on Monday for talks with US President Donald Trump, accompanied by EU top brass, German outlet Bild has reported.

Following the Alaska summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Trump signaled that he now favors a full peace settlement over a ceasefire, and that he may be open to a recognition of Russia's new territories, consistent with Moscow's position.

Trump's shift has "thwarted" the EU's plans for Ukraine, Bild stated on Sunday. EU leaders have insisted that a ceasefire come first, and have rejected territorial concessions, as has Zelensky.

Joining Zelensky in Washington will be European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and the leaders of France, Germany, and Finland, the tabloid wrote on Sunday.

Following the summit, French President Emmanuel Macron said the goal of the talks in Washington was to "present a united front" between Ukraine and the EU, and warned against showing "weakness" towards Russia.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said the EU would continue to support Kiev, and that any negotiations needed to begin with a ceasefire. Von der Leyen rejected any notion that Ukraine should cede territory to Russia and threatened more sanctions on Moscow.

Finnish President Alexander Stubb is going to Washington to "help prevent any flare-ups between Trump and Zelensky and convince the US president to include Europe in any further talks," Politico reported.

Ukraine's backers in the EU are "in a panic" following the Alaska summit, Russian economic envoy Kirill Dmitriev, who was part of Moscow's delegation, has said.

Putin reiterated on Saturday that any settlement of the Ukraine conflict should eliminate its root causes. Moscow insists that for lasting peace to be achieved, Ukraine should renounce its NATO ambitions, demilitarize, and recognize the current realities on the ground.

Thoughts on the BRICS and gold versus the US and the dollar

collision economy

In a previous article, I suggested that the BRICS — led by China and Russia — might offer an alternative international trade settlement system that would be independent of the US and the dollar. The BRICS have consistently stated that the world needs to move on from the dollar-centric hegemony that has existed since the Bretton Woods Agreement in 1944 and toward a multipolar world. I pointed out that China plans to establish gold vaults/banks outside its borders for the first time. The significance of this plan cannot be overstated. There are at least two goals.

Why China Seeks to Establish Gold Vaults/Banks Outside of China

The most likely goal is to establish an international trade settlement system based on gold. Trade among nations would be tallied in gold and periodically settled for the net amount. Since it's only the net amount that would change hands, very little actual specie would need to be maintained in foreign vaults/banks.

Rubio issues thinly veiled warning to Ukraine

The conflict "is going to get worse" if Kiev does not agree to a peace deal with Moscow, the US Secretary of State has said.

The US does not intend to force Ukraine into a peace agreement with Russia, but Kiev needs to realize that the conflict "is going to get worse" if it is not resolved now, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said.

US President Donald Trump said the warring parties were "pretty close to the end" following a summit with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Anchorage, Alaska on Friday. He noted though, that "Ukraine has to agree" to any peace deal.

Rubio told CBS on Sunday that "there's no conditions that can be imposed on Ukraine... ultimately, it's up to the Ukrainians" to decide on whether to accept an agreement with Russia. However, it is clear that "after three and a half years, this war is getting worse. It's not getting better... It's going to get worse," the secretary stated.

Comment: Rubio is blunt but accurate.

European leaders will join Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy when he travels to Washington, D.C., on Monday for a high-stakes meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.

On Sunday, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Finnish President Alexander Stubb all confirmed their attendance. Their joint presence underscores Europe's determination to present a united front in support of Ukraine as Russia's war drags on.
