This dialog was terrific: very hopeful but also terrifying, even though Ms. Silverman states we should see that the situation is founded in 'ignorance,' not 'evil.' It was certainly thought-provoking and motivating. As noted in the video, the question " Why are these things doing this?" is usually answered with vague speculations, but Kerner's ideas provide more substance. He guides us to reconsider how to live our lives right now, and what we (individually) need to do to tilt the scales in a direction that is Human and Spiritual, vs mechanical and physical.

It is my theory that there are no aliens who would come to Planet Earth with harmful intent - so I think some of the discourse - which I did start listening to is off-base. There is an underlying bias to it that stems from the uncertainty of life and the effort to explain the inexplicable.

We can all have our own theories made up out of thin air, but unless they have substance, they waste everyone's time. I am sorry this has offended you, but this was not my intention. My point was that there is already so much extremely well respected UFO/abduction literature out there, that it makes zero sense to make up your own theories unless you have done extensive research yourself that you'd like to share.

Buffalo_Ken The experts are philosophizing, and there are so many holes, but I must admit I find it offensive that anyone would think the aliens are not hostile, with the only evidence being Kropotkin.

Buffalo_Ken - Nada - for the sake of discussing this philosophically, I further conjecture that it is only when a "species" (consider it a species with consciousness - sentience maybe) is approaching the ability to "get off its planet" that is when it comes to the awareness and attention of "aliens" out there - who no doubt would be more advanced than humans currently are - and who perhaps over the eons have learned - best to keep them contained on their planet till they are "ready" to join the community of the universe of species that have learned to work together.......
Now - it is a big universe, but just like Kropotkin realized - the species that works together - internally and with others - is the one that is most fit. I think that would hold true beyond planet earth.

As far as going extinct, my belief is that it all comes down to will. The universe rewards action not virtue signaling. History tells a story of evil deeds winning this battle of will.
There are many good people with good intentions, unfortunately they don't organize and activate.
People must also stop confusing elevation of consciousness with the "pussification of humanity". So many I encounter think non violence is synonymous with spiritual elevation. Righteous self defense is must when it's needed. You need teeth to go with your bark.
With that said, If the bully has the biggest weapon and is willing to use it, your "righteousness" means nothing. Your actions to defend yourself against the bully is what ultimately matters.

I'll tell this - yesterday I was in the midst of the "2nd Annual Gaming Convention", but I have some pullets - you know some young chickens and I heard the call of a "hawk" - I kid you not and I've not seen much if any "hawk action" round these hearn parts, but the pullets matter to me so I decided to check on their status - and that is when I saw the mockingbird acting like a hawk!
