On November 19, 2020, Dr. McCullough testified in the US Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and throughout 2021 in the Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services, Colorado General Assembly, and New Hampshire Senate concerning many aspects of the pandemic response.

I sure wish I felt I could trust him. He says the right things, is effective at communicating, and God knows we need everybody on our side we can get, especially medical professionals. But I never put blinders on, not for anybody.

We all make mistakes, if his basic position was he just didn't know until March 2021 wtf was going on, it may be a stretch but it would at least be possible he was busy and not paying attention until then and finally woke up. And that would be a hell of a stretch. But it can't wash because his entire presentation makes it clear how obvious it's been practically from the beginning the vax's can't be trusted. Hell, we all knew it way before December 2020, and he must have too if the rest of his spiel is on the level. So 70% of his patients got jabbed in Dec, Jan, Feb, then none. As if he woke up after Feb when VAERS and other data became clear. A really great video enters the twilight zone at the 14:20 mark. I'm extremely disappointed I can't take this guy seriously.
Nor does it make sense ALL the other doctors in play decided at the same time to discourage the vax. We're left with one conclusion - he recommended it, then he didn't. Which his words intimated was the case too, btw.
I had already thought of that and discounted it for the above reasons. Believe me, I didn't jump to the conclusion there is no reasonable explanation for what he says at the 14:20 mark. I've tried hard to think of a good excuse. So far nada. Let me know if you come up with something else please.
From the 15:40 mark to the end he brags about putting his patients first, no matter what. Which is at odds with his position the vaccine has been extremely suspect from very early on, but then recommended it for the first 2-3 months. As aj54 speculated, he may have felt more comfortable backing away from the vaccines later. But that's NOT how he painted his observation of the evidence and his impecable loyalty to patient welfare above all else he claims.
Just past 15:40 he said: What price, exactly? When you make a statement like that you need to give verifiable specifics, since such speech usually comes from people who are totally full of crap.
I personally THINK the vaccines are a mistake. Think, don't know. If you feel fine with 90% coverage of your older patients, I sure as hell don't have a crystal ball or hard evidence to say that's a problem. You sound very thoughtful and not one to make such decisions lightly, which is all we can hope for.
I express opinions and guidance regarding my area of expertise only at work. I'd get in some serious hot water if I did otherwise. We are all in handcuffs to some extent. I'm not sure some of my colleagues realize this, but most around my age are very aware of it. Everyone I know wants to quit, if only they could...
Since there is no way to return to "pay as you go" augmented by charity, the sooner we get "socialized medicine" the better. That's coming from someone who knows government can't be trusted and is hopelessly inefficient. But what we have is far worse.
The U.S. medical system is a magnet for psychopaths. That's why it's become unbearable for decent people to tolerate.
The system we have in USA brings every possible incentive (for every game piece) for the situation to progress to a nasty crash.
Not everyone is a greedy monster.
What would your auto policy cost if you used it to get out the horrific damage of micro-scratches on the paint job and coffee spills in the upholstery every week?
What would your homeowner policy cost if you filed a claim every time you bent a lamp shade frame?
Moreover, what might those minor repairs cost if you had to go through insurance red tape to get them paid?
I'd say about 80% of my time/resource is spent in (some way shape or form) feeding the federal compliance monster at work. None of it helps me or the patient. I'm willing to bet it is similar for other entities, including hospitals. Takes a lot of staff to deal with that stuff.
There are many other reasons the psychopaths see it as easy pickings. Customers are often desperate. They're often compromised physically and/or mentally and easily coerced. It's a segment that needs to be protected from predators, not designed to attract them. Ever think most things basically suck?
People are already chipped and tracked through their smartphones, this argument falls short.
The allopathic brainwashing is still strong, he cannot bring himself to draw the logical conclusion. What that worldwide EGT campain is actually aiming for.
Albeit he said a lot of other things that gets him at least banned from social media platforms, and might even cost him his position or license.
And saying he is pro-vaccine shows he has just shallow knowledge of this field. He still does not see the "healthcare" system for what it really is.
And I think he belongs to the majority of people who cannot fathom that their own government wants to see them dead.
I hope it's not too late. I didn't get it if he took the shot himself.
And I think he will realize (or has already ?) that with recommending and giving those shots, he was complicit in the crime, and has to face his responsibility.
I'm of the opinion the polio, tetanus, rabies, and smallpox vaccinations have a positive risk/benefit ratio which may track with your thoughts. No thinking person should ever get a flu shot, let alone COVID, in my opinion.
And yes there is a process to awakening. This guy is duplicitous though, as I've explained in other comments. Why he'd put himself in harms way and not be totally honest is impossible to know, people don't make sense most of the time.
Allopathic medicine continues to make good strides. There are some wonderful developments of late. We are all very fortunate to live in these times. But I think in 100 years, things will be so much better.

I think doctors are good if you get in a car accident or something like that, but otherwise, the business model is perpetual sickness for perpetual profits.
As a matter of fact, virologists failed to come up with proper proof viri exist all. They are unable to isolate them for more then 50 years (in the proper sense of the word, meaning extracting them from other biological cell medium).
You might want to check out Stefan Lanka, who publicly did the control experiments the official virology should have done from the beginning. He executed the exact same "isolation" steps with the exact same ingredients, only without infected material from a sick patient. The results are the same, which means the so-called "viri" they show us are a result of the procedure, and originate from normal cells under high environmental stress.
He did so for the so-called measle virus (even with a court ruling in his favour), and for Sars-Cov 2.
Their regimes are still in power (more or less), and they cover up and deny the genocide.
BTW, I am not wearing glasses. Not that I think that protects me now ...
there are many such, most are liberals, well intentioned, well educated, I have many in my family. They are not immune to the propaganda, and sometimes I wonder what led the rest of us to be so immune to it.

Do you think the Russian "Sputnik" vaccine is different in this regard, and does not make you produce the spike proteine yourself ?
Just asking, there seems not much information available about it here.
The AstraZeneca and Janssen shots are not mRNA based (Adenovirus instead), but have the same effect. The have different methods to achieve the same result - modify your body's cell DNA to produce the dangerous spike proteine.

I had read that more than 40 % of Russians outright refusing to take it.
The Western counterparts (Pfizer, Moderna, etc.) have patented their genetic spike proteine code, and thus patented their method of maiming and killing the human guinea pig who takes it.
The Sputnik spike proteine might be different, although I will definitely not risk it and entrust my life to the Russian government ...
