Results of ceasefire monitoring
In the course of last 24 hours, 9 ceasefire violations have been registered (Aleppo - 6, Damascus - 1, Daraa - 1, Latakia - 1).
Most violations took place in Aleppo.
Jabhat Ansar al-Din armed groups carried out mortar attacks on Sheikh Maqsood, Sheikh Akil, al-Kastello and al-Murge (Aleppo).
Liwa al-Tawhid militants attacked progovernment formations in Daraa with multiple launch system.
Territory of Syria was attacked from the territory of Turkey once again.
Turkish tanks attacked Dikmetash (Idlib province) from Akcha Baglar at 4 p.m. on March 4, 2016.
Comment: New revelations on Turkey's attack on Tal Abyad on the first day of the cessation of hostilities: It was allegedly carried out by fighters culled from the refugee population in Turkey:
Ankara has most likely hired fighters, who attacked the Syrian border town of Tal Abyad last week, from refugee camps, Mehmet Yuksel, a representative of the Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party to the United States, told Sputnik.
"Turkey claimed that the fighters came from some village. But there is no village there, there is only a Turkish military base, checkpoints. Turkey was also claiming they came from the south - in this case, they would have to make 40 kilometers to reach that part to attack from the Turkish side... We received information that most probably Turkey got these people from refugee camps, giving them weapons and making them attack," Yuksel said.
He added that neither any Kurdish, nor any opposition party has ever been allowed to visit any of the refugee camps in Turkey, despite numerous requests.
"It means something else is going on in those refugee camps... Not only the Kurds, but also the Turks, opposition parties couldn't visit the camps," Yuksel said.
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Forces did not made strikes on armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Russian Centre for reconciliation of opposing sides in the Syrian Arab Republic has transported 3.5 tons of humanitarian aid in al-Syria (Latakia province).
The citizens have received food products and bottled drinking water. They also were provided medical treatment.

Comment: Opposition, Religious, Militia Reps Meet at Russian Center in Syria:
"Finally there is peace in our land with Russian support. Finally we made the first steps toward a cessation of hostilities. Conditions for the Syrian population began improving since February 27. And now I would like to tell you one thing: maybe we should stop fighting? I believe that now is the time to start a political dialogue," National Conference party general secretary Ilhan Mansad said.Meanwhile, the Saudi-based HNC has still not decided whether it will participate in the upcoming Geneva negotiations, scheduled for March 9:
Other participants included For Democratic Syria civil society member Muazzin Bilal, as well as sheikhs Salikh Harib and Anas Tawal who represent opposition militias that forced militants out of their regions.
"We have not yet decided to participate in the Geneva talks. The HNC is examining the position. There are attempts by the international community to consolidate the ceasefire and carry out other solutions," [HNC spokesman Riad Naasan] Agha told RIA Novosti. He said the group planned to decide on its participation "as a result of these efforts."How predictable!

Comment: The U.S. coalition has announced its mission to Mosul. Daesh's supply lines have already been cut. It looks unlikely at this point, but there's the chance that the U.S. and its allies (e.g., Saudi Arabia) could use Mosul as a launching base for a mission to retake Raqqa in Syria. With Mosul and Raqqa under Sunni control, Raqqa could be used as a "Plan B" bargaining chip to create a Sunni State, fracturing Syria and Iraq. Luckily, the SAA have already started their offensive on Raqqa.
