What is truth anyway? The truth is the essence of something, its natural state, something as it really is. It is really a quest for love, because to truly love something we must know it for what it really is. Perhaps we can sense in an unconscious way that there is a deeper truth to everything and everyone, and we are led to search for the truth about it, so that we can truly love it for what it really is.

What people do outside of the work place is NOBODYS business. This place is setting a precedence of whats to come. It doesn't matter if you are a hard worker, never call in sick and do a good job. Its what you do on your own time that might affect the company? INSANE! How about the alcohol drinkers or the people that do drugs on their free time? Guess those don't matter. What a joke.
I myself being a smoker very rarely call in sick (and I am not saying smoking is good) maybe once year when I get that dreaded flu. However many of my co-workers (and mostly non smokers) call in sick frequently. As far as I am concerned that is discrimination. Would you refuse to hire an overweight/obese person? Probably not, they would be slapped with a nice lawsuit.
