History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people.
The real stone of destiny is held by the knights Templar.

P&T:
1: I've bever seen it save in pictures, but at over 400 feet tall (I just cheated - it's 403.xxx feet tall) it's amazing! Thats like a >32 story building.
2. I guess this picture was placed here because of the flap (pun intended) about a Russian Flag placed on it just three? days ago. See:
Supreme Trolling: One year on from Skripal false-flag chemical attack, enormous Russia flag mounted on Salisbury cathedral
The English city synonymous with the poisoning of a Russian double-agent woke to a peculiar sight this morning - an enormous Russian flag waving down from Salisbury's cathedral, famed for its...3. I have repeatedlly requested that we be able to comment on the BEAUTIFUL, WITTY, THOUGHT PROVOKING PHOTOGRAPHY found daily under 'Quantum Quirks.' I forget if I read it or assumed it, but given the title and Ark J's occupation, I've long presumed that many of the pictures were taken by him; although, as I type this, I'd not be surprised if LKJ's brilliant mind was likewise involved.
All of my requests have been ignored, although sometime after request #10, SOTT started allowing comments here.
THEREFORE, BE IT ANNOUNCED, SOTTITES: IF YE WISH TO COMMENT ON QUANTUM QUIRKS PHOTOGRAPHY, DO IT HERE!

Yes, I too really appreciate the QQ images...maybe the teacher created the picture, fell asleep, woke up to her students arriving and had to act quick? Maybe
Perhaps she felt like Kafka, who, in his will, ordered his friend, Max Broad,* to acquire all copies he could obtain and to destroy them, above and beyond the manuscripts.
Broad did not, (thank God) and we now have a term to describe the actions of modern governments and the MIC, et al. ('Kafkaesque'); to wit: inanely evil and unreasonable actions (even from the perspective of the government agents!), as wrongfully destructive. Examples are legion, so I'll only provide one: cops destroying 200 year old antique firearms worth >$1000s, likely stolen, useless as firearms for modern purposes, in exchange for a $50 coupon at Walmart to buy a $90 pair of shoes made in China that fall apart in a year.

*I'm sure modern textbooks, to the extent that students get to the level that they can understand the meaning and the fear behind the term, 'Kafkaesque', would likely describe their relationship as ' secretly gay' or such, with is typical with our standardized (re)construction of history, which itself is merely a lie, agreed upon. (Voltaire, Napolean, et al.)
**I've never researched that, but well know 'the PREDilictions' of modern academia, to cast their "light of IGNORANCE' into places where no light of wisdom could ever go.

It showed a beyond-phenomenal student's? mural covering the right side of a blackboard, drawn with chalk/pastels, of a youth's eyes, with a teacher slicing an eraser across it.
Presuming the picture is legit - it seemed so - I predict that the artist will become famous.

Now their ecological niche has been taken over by 'love bugs' which splat into your car while driving in May and September.
They also ruin paint jobs on cars if you aren't quick to wash them off; to wit: every trip on a divided highway.
A new study* was done about what to do about this and they first had to I.D. the bastard things. It turns out that the acid in their guts was a weak derivative of that found in this film: [Link]
Then, as they got them under the microscope they could see that they had telescoping metal teeth! [Link]
Yep! They are the precursors of the critter in Alien. (1979).

Notice that you can see the reflection of a house second floor with windows in the unexploded part of the bursting bubble.
That also looks like a jellyfish.
Finally, re Aliens: last reference. A true classic Far Side: "Alien Family Dinners": [Link]
You'll love it.

The pink surrounds the eyebrows, both sides of the face, the left eye is bigger than the right, the nose is pink, the chin is blue and pink and perhaps it has its hair piled up or one of those bound skulls.
If that's the case, I'd guess the brightest star there is the Pineal Gland.
