SOTT Exclusive: What is Applied Kinesiology and what can it do for you?

I've seen a lot of different healers thus far in my lifetime. Obviously, being from western culture, I've been to conventional doctors (also known as biomedical doctors, western doctors, 'evidence-based' doctors [yeah, right!], etc) and like most people who've seen conventional doctors for any kind of chronic, non-acute condition, I found their ability to heal the body to be severely lacking, as they seem to primarily see the symptoms of the body as a deficiency of pharmaceuticals. I was shocked many years ago by hearing from a friend who was in medical school that they spent a total of three days studying nutrition; I wondered, how can they solve health issues for people when they don't understand how the body actually works? It greatly saddens me to think of how many people are told by doctors that their health issue, whatever it is, is either incurable or are prescribed pharmaceutical drugs to simply mask symptoms and that end up making their condition worse (even to the point of death!) and end up suffering due to the rather gross ignorance of the modern western medical system.

After having worked directly with a lot of different healers, done a lot of research both on my own and with a group also researching health and the human organism, the most powerful healing system that I've encountered so far is Applied Kinesiology. Through working with practitioners in the field, I've managed to solve a myriad of underlying health issues, understand more about my own body than previously before, uncover issues and fixes that I've never read about before, and possibly even pioneer new discoveries that no one else has yet uncovered. So what is Applied Kinesiology, and what can it do for you? Well, first some background information on some of the limitations of other medical systems that I've encountered and why I've come to think that Applied Kinesiology is one of the most powerful systems (and potentially the most powerful) of healing that's currently on the planet.

Notes on herd immunity

Herd Immunity is a term that is bandied around in defense of mass and mandatory vaccination. What is it and why is it important?
Vaxxed
Let's set out a working definition of what Herd Immunity is at a functional level in the population: Herd Immunity is the presence of adequate immunity within a population against a specific infection that operates to protect those at high risk of serious infection and consequently, reduce morbidity and mortality from that infection.

Now let's separate out Herd Immunity, comparing what it meant in the pre-vaccine era compared with what it means in the vaccine era, using specific infections as examples.

Comment: It seems that mankind's immune system is more susceptible than ever. Food for thought:

New Light on the Black Death: The Viral and Cosmic Connection
The Black Death moved relentlessly northwards through Europe like a giant wave. Its progress was very rapid in the early stages, from December 1347 to June 1348, when it spread through Italy and France, Spain and the Balkans. Crossing the Alps and Pyrenees, it eventually reached Sweden, Norway, and the Baltic by December 1350. Many villages were completely depopulated and disappeared, but the progression of the disease included zones of total avoidance as well. The Black Death stayed in Europe for the next three centuries, disappearing finally in the seventeenth century in 1670 when it was apparently at the peak of its power.

Image
Why did it appear, spread, and disappear as it did? A new and unique virus formed under conditions facilitated by cosmic impacts could be lethal to a population that is not previously immunized (here, natural immunity is intended) against it. But as immunization is acquired within a population, the course of the disease or the disease itself can change.

There is compelling evidence that the Black Death was not an outbreak of bubonic plague, but was in fact caused by a hemorrhagic virus. This case is synthesized in the book Return of the Black Death [8], in which Susan Scott and Christopher Duncan from Liverpool University carefully put all the available clues together, tracking the plague from its first appearance out of nowhere and chronicling its unprecedented catastrophic effects on European civilization - death on a scale that is unimaginable, but could very well happen again, at any time.

A national embarrassment: Why is the U.S. infant mortality rate so high?

infant mortality
© tribune.com.pk
Infant mortality, defined as death within the first year of life,1 is commonly accepted as one of the key gauges of a nation's socioeconomic development. So how is it possible that the United States, which spends more on health care per capita—$8,713 per person annually2—than any country, has one of the highest levels of infant mortality among the world's developed countries? According to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, "This rate is often used as an indicator of the level of health in a country."

In 2015, the CIA ranked the U.S. 167th out of 224 countries monitored for number of infant deaths per 1,000 live births, which measures a country's infant mortality rate, or IMR.3 Afghanistan (#1) came in with the highest IMR, at 115.08 deaths per 1,000 live births, and Monaco had the lowest IMR at 1.82. The U.S. IMR of 5.87—sandwiched in between Slovakia (6.05) and Croatia (5.77)— has been called "a national embarrassment."4

Comment: The United States spends more on health care per capita than any other country and still has one of the highest levels of infant mortality among the world's developed countries? The question is what is going on! This could be why many parents are considering home births safer than hospital births:
The United States has a 32.2 percent C-section rate, a maternal mortality rate of approximately 16 per 100,000 (which means more than 600 women die from childbirth-related causes in America each year), and an infant mortality rate of six deaths for every 1000 live births, a rate so high compared to other developed countries that the Washington Post has called it a "national embarrassment." We also have the highest maternal mortality rate of any country in the industrialized world. Though Flowers tells me they are still compiling the most recent statistics, out of over 2,800 births, The Farm has never lost a mother and have had a single-digit number of infant mortalities.

The harm of cell phone use... on your spine

Spine
Technology continues to prove both incredibly amazing and outrageously scary. Research shows how bad sitting all day is for your health, yet with the boom of the Internet, many jobs rely on doing just that. Then there are phones. While cellphones used to be as straightforward as making a call on-the-go, they have since been transformed into smartphones, or mini computers that provide us with instant access to seemingly anything we might desire.

People's heads are no longer "in the clouds," so to speak, but staring straight down at their computers, laptops, and yes, these convenient smartphones. This technology is undoubtedly affecting our habits and our health. Many people are losing the ability to hold a conversation, and to pay attention for extended periods of time. They are constantly dialed in to these small screens as a means of escaping boredom, human interaction, and more.

Genetically modified humans might seem like a far-out idea that has a place only in science fiction but is actually what some scientists have in store for humanity in the very near future.

After receiving the go-ahead from the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) earlier this year, British scientist Dr. Kathy Niakan, of the Francis Crick Institute, will now be able to genetically modify human embryos.

Dr. Niakan will use a gene editing technique on embryos that have been donated by consenting patients undergoing fertility treatment.

Flashback The hospitals that overcharge patients by 1,000 percent

Try to avoid breaking any limbs in Crestview, Florida. You might wind up in North Okaloosa Medical Center, which charges 12.6 times, or 1,260 percent, more than what it costs the hospital to treat patients.

North Okaloosa, along with New Jersey's Carepoint Health-Bayonne Hospital, tops the list of the U.S. hospitals with the highest markups for their services, according to a new study in Health Affairs. The study found that, on average, the 50 hospitals with the highest markups charged people 10 times more than what it cost them to provide the treatments in 2012.

More horrifying facts about the HPV vaccine

HPV vaccine
© www.sciencebasedmedicine.org
Public Health Minister Jane Ellison announced this week that gay men in England will be able to receive the HPV vaccine. The announcement follows an advisory by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunization which states that the vaccine should be offered through HIV clinics to gay men who are at high risk of contracting the virus.

What??

The HPV vaccine 'protects' against just two strains of over a hundred different varieties of the human papilloma virus, which can lead to the development of cervical cancer. According to TruthWiki, "There are at least 120 known human papilloma viruses, so, worse than the flu shot, the HPV vaccine is a complete shot in the dark."

Comment: Gardasil is the greatest medical scandal of all time! The evidence is adding up and it is horrifying:
"This is a real danger zone, " says Dr. Diane Harper.

Why might you care about what she says? Dr. Harper is one of the world's top experts on the Human Papilloma virus, HPV, which can lead to cervical cancer. In fact, she's one of the leading scientists the pharmaceutical industries turned to for help to conduct clinical trials - including those that led to approval by the US Food and Drug Administration of Gardasil - and the recommendations that followed.

According to Dr. Harper, "the vaccine has not been out long enough for us to have post marketing surveillance to really understand what all the potential side effects are going to be. We feel it is very safe." However, she adds, "We don't know yet what's going to happen when millions of doses of the vaccine have been given and to put in process a place that says you must have this vaccine, it means you must be part of a big public experiment. So we can't do that until we have more data."

Hang up! Major U.S. study finds link between cancer and cellphone radiation

With the majority of humans having access to a mobile phone the debate whether their use can cause cancer has been a heated one. Now a US government study has found a link between cellphone radiation and cancer in rats.

The unsettling findings are the result of a US$25 million study by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) - a division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) - which has been underway for the past 2.5 years.

Although a full report on the study is not yet finished, the NTP has released its partial results early.

Why you shouldn't trust food labels

farm pig
You cannot rely on food producers to put food labels on products in a sufficient enough manner to describe what you're actually buying, and — in the case of meat and animal products — what you're allowing to continue through your purchase.

1. "Progressive Farming. Family Style," pig 'producer,' The Maschhoffs, slogan boasts — but if the Hormel supplier truly believes what the pigs it raises go through is family-oriented, the company could easily qualify for psychological assistance. Disturbingly, though, The Maschhoffs are far from alone.

Newly-released undercover footage from an investigation by the Animal Legal Defense Fund, which as EcoWatch noted, is "the nation's leading legal animal protection organization," proves The Maschhoffs slogan cannot be described as anything short of grossly deceptive. EcoWatch described the footage, though the details are no less disturbing in print than on video:

Comment: Food labels are deceptive on purpose. The most ideal way around this is to have your own garden and raise your own food. However, this is not entirely practical for everyone. At the very least pay a visit to your local farmer and see how the animals are raised for yourself.
