Diet advice as it pertains to weight gain has been simple - take in more than you can burn off and you'll gain weight. The calorie in, calorie out approach to weight loss is not only outdated, it's also ineffective in some cases. While no one is arguing the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise regime for maintaining a healthy weight, there is more that goes into weight gain than meets the eye. Obesogens are one of the main factors, and public health officials are calling them one of the greatest health threats of our time.

What Are Obesogens?

Obesogens, as reported by US News, is another term for endocrine disruptors, environmental compounds that trigger an unfavorable response in hormone equilibrium.[1] Your hormones control practically every function you can think of, from maintaining mood to regulating proper energy levels. It turns out that when your hormones are disrupted by a foreign compound, like bisphenol-A (BPA), you're more likely to see fluctuations in your weight. [2] Exposure to obesogens can come from any place imaginable, and some are so well hidden that it's practically impossible to avoid 100% of the time.

Big Pharma-Big Agra mergers consolidate the chemical industries and further the NWO synthetic agenda. The Bayer-Monsanto deal is just the latest.
Big Pharma-Big Agra mergers have accelerated recently, with Syngenta being bought by ChemChina (China National Chemical Corporation), Dow Chemical merging with DuPont, and Monsanto agreeing to be acquired by Bayer on Sept. 14th 2016 for $66 billion. Bayer and Monsanto have signed off on the deal. Syngenta had previously rejected a $47 billion takeover bid by Monsanto last year in 2015. Now US and EU regulators will examine the Bayer-Monsanto deal. If the deal is approved, this new corporate behemoth would be the largest agribusiness on Earth, selling 29% of the world's seeds and 24% of the world's pesticides. This would constitute a massive consolidation of power into the hands of a few, a power which would determine who gets seeds to grow food to eat, and who doesn't. Big Pharma and Big Biotech are in the same kind of industries - using synthetic, artificial and chemical techniques to "hack" life and duplicate products which are of inferior quality to the original - and more harmful. Big Pharma-Big Agra mergers are therefore to be expected, although that doesn't make them any less dangerous. The centralization of chemical production is indicative of the greater New World Order plan of centralization of power - as well as the synthetic agenda which underlines all its machinations.

Glimmer of truth: Canadian Medical Association republishes paper proving efficacy of Pauling's Vitamin C cancer fighting protocol

The Canada Medical Association Journal has recently re-published a startling scientific paper that deserves a great deal of attention that patients, doctors, and the general public need to be aware of.

Previously recorded in Riordan et al J Orthomol Med 1998: 13: 7203 and Riordan et al PR Health Sci J 2004: 23:115-8, the article, "Intravenously Administered Vitamin C As Cancer Therapy: Three Cases," was recently re-published in the Canada Medical Association Journal (CMAJ) 2006 174:937-42.

This article may very well be a striking a blow to the pharmaceutical industry.

The article confirms that the Mayo clinic, in dismissing Cameron-Pauling's work, used oral rather than IV vitamin C, never coming near the plasma concentrations of vitamin C that Cameron-Pauling work had. The Mayo Clinic then used the "results" of their inadequate amount of vitamin C in their non-Cameron-Pauling protocol to undermine the use of vitamin C for treating cancer and put off this cheap, non-toxic effective treatment for cancer for decades.

Comment: There is a wealth of evidence proving that Vitamin C in large enough doses is effective against cancer and many other diseases, but because 'treating disease' is such a lucrative business for the medical / pharmaceutical cartel, such studies have been systematically buried or discredited for years.

Through case-law, as well as by the 4th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, it is well established as a legal precedent in the United States that an individual has the right to informed consent of any invasive medical procedure.
"No right is more sacred, or is more carefully guarded by the common law, than the right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person, free from all restraint or interference of others, unless by clear and unquestionable authority of law...To compel any one, and especially a woman, to lay bare the body, or to submit it to the touch of a stranger, without lawful authority, is an indignity, an assault, and a trespass..." ~Union Pacific Railway Co. v. This is quite common sensical, yet now we find a pressing need to extend this to include the right to not be poisoned without our consent, as state and corporate powers are granting themselves the authority to spray people with dangerous and toxic chemical insecticides... for public health, of course.

A controversial article questioning the science behind the U.S. Dietary Guidelines that appeared in the British Medical Journal a year ago today won't be retracted, its author, Nina Teicholz, tells MA. "The BMJ has informed me, in writing, that they have made the decision not to retract the article," Teicholz said in an email.

Teicholz said she was notified of the publication's decision after it conducted a months-long review, which came in response to 180 scientists asking the journal for a retraction. In recent days, health advocates had been pressing BMJ about the status of its review.

Comment: The proof is in the pudding, there seems to have been a concerted effort to suppress information about the benefits of high-fat diets.

Do you live with chronic stress?

Ongoing stress has become something many of us live with as we try to find a balance between work, relationships, rest, and recreation. As we look to improve our health and happiness, it is no wonder that a key focus is to take a look at this balance, and see where we can reduce our stress. We might try prioritising our demands and saying "no" more often, bringing a meditation practice into our everyday life, or establishing a good sleep routine.

Despite our best efforts though, sometimes we experience events that are out of our control and result in trauma or heightened stress over a long period of time.

In February 2011 a major earthquake struck in Christchurch, NZ, and 185 people lost their lives. Hundreds of people were displaced, some unable to rebuild their homes, as the land had become unstable. Residents suffered a multitude of aftershocks in the months following.

A former Michigan doctor who ran a pill mill for 16 months, distributing tens of thousands of narcotics and controlled substances to people who didn't need them for medical purposes, has agreed to pay $200,000 to settle a federal lawsuit that accused him of, among other things, falsifying records to charge dead patients, subjecting patients to unnecessary tests and billing for office visits that never happened.

The settlement was announced Wednesday, amid National Heroin and Opioid Awareness Week, and came nearly four years after Hussein Awada, 46, was accused of defrauding Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield of about $2.3 million. He was charged in December 2012 of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and conspiring to commit health care fraud. Awada pleaded guilty and was sentenced last November to seven years in federal prison.

In 2013, a separate civil lawsuit accused him of defrauding government programs — a violation of the False Claims Act. The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Michigan.

Investigation into Awada began in 2011, after his former receptionist alerted the Drug Enforcement Administration about his medical practice.
