The cardiotoxic effects of chemotherapy

paciente de cáncer
The evidence against the use of chemotherapy continues to mount, especially if you're diabetic. Heart damage caused by chemotherapy is worse in cancer patients with metabolic diseases, according to a study presented EuroEcho-Imaging 2016.

The overall contribution of cytotoxic chemotherapy to 5-year survival in adults is well below 3 percent. Oncologists are now being advised that the toxic treatment has dire consequences for those with metabolic diseases such as diabetes and insulin resistance.

Heart damage is most often related to the total (cumulative) dose of chemotherapy drug given. "We've always known chemotherapy is damaging to the heart but the level of damage to those with metabolic disease is extensive and the risks may outweigh the benefits," stated oncologist Dr. Maven Rowland commenting on the study.

Cardiac damage can occur even with lower doses of drugs if the person has had previous radiation and specific types of drug therapy. "Whether it be in the EU, U.S, Russia, Canada, India, Australia among other countries, the treatment is still not advanced enough to spare cardiac muscle cells from damage," concluded Dr. Rowland.

Comment: The heart isn't the only organ at risk for chemotherapy damage. The brain is at risk as well. Bottom line: Chemotherapy is poison and is best avoided.
Landmark study shows high death rates from chemotherapy treatment, not the cancer itself

The vagus nerve's role in chronic fatigue, depression, obesity, and other common diseases

vagus nerve
Many common diseases and disorders that plague us today have their roots in a nerve that the average person doesn't know exists. It's called the vagus nerve, and it plays a role in everything from obesity to heart health to kidney disease and depression. In fact, new research is emerging that infections in this nerve are involved in chronic fatigue syndrome.

Vagus is the Latin word for "wandering," because this nerve extends throughout much of the body. The largest nerve in the autonomic nervous system, the vagus nerve begins in the medulla oblongata of the brainstem and then extends into every chest and abdominal organ from the neck to the transverse colon with the exception of the adrenal glands. This nerve also regulates some skeletal muscles. The vagus nerve involves both afferent neurons (sensory neurons) and efferent neurons (motor neurons), although the majority of its neurons (65% to 80%) are afferent neurons, which send sensory information about the status of our organs to the central nervous system.1 Efferent vagus nerve fibers supply the pharynx and back of the throat with nerves and initiate the gag reflex.

It was once thought that the vagus nerve affected only the stomach and heart, but now we know that it casts a much wider net in the body and that it has a considerable number of functions far beyond what was initially thought. In this article, we will discuss the many ways that the vagus nerve affects your health.

Comment: Éiriú Eolas is a breathing and meditation program that is scientifically proven to help reduce stress while also helping to heal emotional wounds via stimulation of the vagus nerve. The program is a powerful framework which aids the processing and releasing of "negative" emotions, and helps people to face the reality of themselves and the world without falling into despair. By 2030 women's cancer deaths expected to climb 60%

women's cancer rates
The population of Denmark is roughly 5.5 million people, and that's how many women are expected to die worldwide from cancer by 2030 - a 60% increase from 3.5 million deaths in 2012.

The sobering projection comes from a new report by the American Cancer Society (ACS) that was presented at the World Cancer Congress in Paris on November 1.

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there were about 6.7 million new cancer cases in women worldwide in 2012. That number will likely rise to about 9.9 million new cases by 2030, according to the report.

The Shaken Baby Martyr: Top brain doctor who was struck off for controversial claims speaks out on how jailed parents could be innocent

Dr Waney Squier
Dr Waney Squier is back to work at last - but cannot give evidence at court cases for three years
  • Dr Waney Squier is back to work after being branded a 'liar' over her views
  • She questioned the validity of many cases of Shaken Baby Disorder
  • After giving evidence against Lorraine Harris in 2000 for the death of her child, she spoke in her defence at a 2005 appeal
  • She was struck off in March for 'deliberately misleading' judges in SBS case
Dr Waney Squier is back to work at last. A world expert on babies' brains, she relished her return this week to the hospital where she first thought the unthinkable: that hundreds of British parents over four decades have been wrongly accused of killing their children by shaking them.

After going public with this controversial view, she was considered a thorn in the side of the child protection and medical establishment, and was even accused of being an apologist for real abusers.

Early in 2010, the mild-mannered neuro-pathologist, now 68, was reported to the General Medical Council by police for 'deliberately misleading' judges and juries in Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) cases.

This led to a long-winded disciplinary inquiry and, in March this year, she was struck off the medical register.

It was only after a successful appeal to the High Court last month that she was reinstated as a doctor, although the judge barred her from giving evidence in SBS cases for the next three years.

Today, recovering from her long ordeal, she is battered but unbowed.

Most of all, she is worried that many of the convictions of parents and carers accused of killing babies by shaking them have been wrong. She believes it could be half of the cases or considerably more.

In a quiet yet steely voice as she sits on the sofa at her Oxford home sipping a mug of coffee, she insists: 'We need a public inquiry into how this syndrome is still being used to condemn people in the family and criminal courts. They are being accused on the basis of it, yet it is only an hypothesis with no scientific evidence to support it.'

Dr Squier's opinion has just gained credence from the most important piece of research on SBS to have been published for 40 years.

Top health and ethics investigators in Sweden have concluded there is no science to prove, incontrovertibly, that the syndrome actually exists.

Yet another study vindicates saturated fat

saturated fat
© BBC
Current dietary advice says foods containing high levels of saturated fats such as cream, butter, red meat, eggs and cheese should be avoided because they increase the risk of heart disease, Type 2 diabetes and cancer.

But a study published in a leading medical journal has found the opposite is true, with a diet full of natural fats improving the health of people taking part.

Professor Sherif Sultan, a heart specialist from the University of Ireland, said: "We urgently need to overturn current dietary guidelines.

"People should not be eating high carbohydrate diets as they have been told over the past decade.

Comment: Slowly, but surely, word is getting out on the benefits of saturated fat.

Spying from the inside: Nano-Robotics & the invasion of privacy

nano bots

The National Health Federation was the first to alert the public and the health-freedom community about "the need for a Constitution for the Race of Mankind," because of the invasion of privacy and increased vulnerability to outside control of internal bodily processes via monitoring by healthcare professionals.
"Science is a double-edged sword; it creates as many problems as it solves, but always on a higher level."
In November of 2012, the National Health Federation published a book review on the Physics of the Future by Machio Kaku. NHF was the first to alert the public and the health-freedom community in particular about "the need for a Constitution for the Race of Mankind" as we understood we were about to be violated. The excellent, albeit lengthy, book's major flaw was not carrying the technological innovations in regards to nano-robots through to the ultimate conclusion and NHF noted it: the invasion of privacy and increased vulnerability to outside control of internal bodily processes via monitoring by healthcare professionals. Quoting from that book review:
"There are so many issues to decide, many which invade privacy while delivering greater information and scope of services...We have some major decisions to make as a race in the present- the future is now. Taking a proactive approach to sensitive considerations will ensure the preservation of all you hold dear now."
"Science is a double-edged sword; it creates as many problems as it solves, but always on a higher level.' How can we shape our minds to embrace the constant of change and have the discernment ready to sort the profitable and helpful from the controlling, damaging, and destructive? What will health freedom look like in the future? How much transparency is too much? Where do we let God be God/Nature determine, etc. and where do we intervene? If ever there was a need for a Constitution for the Race of Mankind, it is now."

The medical community shouldn't be confounded by the surge in inflammatory bowel disease in children but they are

Canadian doctors have noted that the rates of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in children have grown exponentially. Generally, the disease would show around age 20. Recently, though, prevalence in children under 5 has been increasing.

The highest Crohn's disease incidence is reported in Canada while highest ulcerative colitis rates are reported for Denmark, Iceland, and the United States. Researchers suspect that a combination of factors could be to blame, including diet, genetics, environment, impaired immune response, and low vitamin D. Dr. Eric Benchimol, a pediatric gastroenterologist at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, commented, "You speak to some of the older doctors who have been practicing for 20 or 30 years, they almost never saw children under five (diagnosed). Now it's almost a regular occurrence."

The medical community seems stymied over the cause of IBD and fail to connect the dots right before their eyes. Clearly, they are quoting that the older practicing doctors for 20 to 30 years as never having seen such a crisis, and the question that begs to be answered is this: what have we done as a society that is different and common practice today that did not exist 20 to 30 years ago? For one, we never had glyphosate sprayed on most of our GMO food crops and such highly processed food additives. And while we did have heavy amounts of antibiotics in the food and by prescriptions, it was not in conjunction with these new death eaters.

NIH scientist - Dr. Mahin Khatami exposes corruption in cancer and vaccine industries

HPV vaccine
How many more lives of young women will be destroyed by the HPV vaccine?
Dr. Mahin Khatami has written a scathing commentary on the HPV vaccine that was published this month (December 2016) in the journal Clinical and Translational Medicine. The title is: "Safety concerns and hidden agenda behind HPV vaccines: another generation of drug-dependent society?"

Dr. Khatami's bio is quite extensive, and as a retired professor and former program director at both the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Cancer Institute (NCI), her criticisms of both the cancer and vaccine industries cannot easily be written off as the work of a "quack," which is the standard response from the medical industry who seeks to discredit anyone who does not tow the party line.

Glow Kids: The growing issue of childhood screen addiction

glow kids
In Glow Kids, Dr. Nicholas Kardaras examines the detrimental effects of technology addiction on the developing brains of young children.

In his new and groundbreaking book, Glow Kids: How Screen Addiction is Hijacking out Kids—and How to Break the Trance, Dr. Nicholas Kardaras, a leading addiction expert, argues that age limits, among other things, are needed when it comes to kids and tech. He looks at how technology has seemingly affected the brains of an entire generation, and even cites research that found that excessive screen exposure can neurologically damage a young person's brain much in the same way that a cocaine addiction can.

"We know that early screen usage is problematic," Dr. Kardaras tells The Fix. "That's when the developing brain is most vulnerable to adverse tech effects. Many tech and Silicon Valley engineers send their kids to non-tech Waldorf schools, where kids are tech-free until at least age 10 or 12." Even Steve Jobs was quoted in the New York Times saying, "We limit how much technology our kids use at home." Screen addiction in adults is one thing, but when we are talking about kids, it's a whole other matter.

Healthcare workers sound the alarm - mandatory vaccines are already here

Nurse syringe
Since the passage of California State Bill 792, or the "Mandatory Vaccination Law,' concerned citizens around the country have been publicly voicing their discontent with the notion of forced vaccines. Now, professional healthcare workers are warning us that an insidious form of mandatory vaccines are already here, and in a recent video, nurse Lauren Atkinson, from Georgia, shares her troubling story of how hospitals are threatening the jobs of healthcare workers who refuse the flu vaccine.

Citing Obamacare as the primary driver of an initiative to vaccinate 90% of all hospital healthcare workers for the flu, Atkinson explains how nurses en masse are complying with this rule, even though they may disagree with the idea of injecting potentially risky and useless chemicals into their bodies, out of fear of being fired. They are afraid to lose their jobs.

Comment: The dangers of vaccines is a very real one and the controversy surrounding it is more than just 'conspiracy theory'. And now that steps are being taken to make it mandatory, it means that if people don't start standing up and saying something like these healthcare workers have, our bodies and right to self-determination of our health will be taken away and violated.

A very important documentary to watch on the subject is Vaxxed: From Cover-up to Catastrophe - below is an interview with the filmmakers discussing what they uncovered.
