It does a body good: 20 minutes of exercise can act as anti-inflammatory

senior fitness, exercise elderly, walking
It's well known that regular physical activity has health benefits, including weight control, strengthening the heart, bones and muscles and reducing the risk of certain diseases. Recently, researchers at University of California San Diego School of Medicine found how just one session of moderate exercise can also act as an anti-inflammatory. The findings have encouraging implications for chronic diseases like arthritis, fibromyalgia and for more pervasive conditions, such as obesity.

The study, recently published online in Brain, Behavior and Immunity, found one 20-minute session of moderate exercise can stimulate the immune system, producing an anti-inflammatory cellular response.

"Each time we exercise, we are truly doing something good for our body on many levels, including at the immune cell level," said senior author Suzi Hong, PhD, in the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health at UC San Diego School of Medicine. "The anti-inflammatory benefits of exercise have been known to researchers, but finding out how that process happens is the key to safely maximizing those benefits."

Question

Ignoring vaccine safety questions - are doctors being trained to manipulate patients?

vaccines
The Pro-Mandate agenda now advises doctors to ignore these vaccine safety questions and focus on the fear of disease to manipulate parents into compliance.
The number of parents questioning the safety of vaccines, the ingredients used, and the expanding 70-dose CDC schedule is growing, and medical organizations are trying to understand why. Numerous studies have been conducted to learn the reasons more parents are selectively refusing vaccines and what tactics may work best to overcome their doubts. Proponents of mandatory vaccine laws are now hosting medical conferences on how to use the right sound-bites to persuade parents to follow the full vaccine protocol without question.

But shouldn't these seminars be designed to help doctors take a closer look at vaccine safety in order to better understand the legitimate concerns parents have?

The main reason more and more parents are now opting out of vaccination is safety. No doctors can discuss vaccines transparently with their patients without revealing the many possible side effects both the CDC and FDA disclose. Ironically, safety is the one aspect of vaccination that Pro-Mandate supporters don't want doctors to talk about. But isn't an honest conversation really what informed consent is all about?

Simple Green: A 'natural' toxic cleaner?

simple green
The manufacturers of the "Green" cleaning product Simple Green's claim that it is non-toxic, biodegradable, non-hazardous, non-flammable, and non-corrosive. But the Material Data Safety Sheet for Simple Green reveals that the formula contains 2-Butoxyethanol - a petrochemical solvent.

2-Butoxyethanol is defined as "harmful" by the European Union classification system. Environment and Health Canada has recommended that it be added to the Schedule 1 toxic substances list, and the state of California lists it as a hazardous substance.

According to Green Med Info, the chemical's effects include:
"Inhalation: ... Symptoms may include sore throat, coughing, headache, nausea and shortness of breath ... Skin Contact: May cause irritation with redness and pain. May be absorbed through the skin with possible systemic effects. Eye Contact: Vapors are irritating and may produce immediate pain, redness and tearing. Splashes can cause severe pain, stinging, swelling. Chronic Exposure: ... [C]an cause damage to the liver, kidneys, lymphoid system, blood and blood-forming organs."
It is thought that 2-butoxyethanol contributed to the significantly shorter lifespan of Exxon Valdez clean-up workers, which is why Corexit 9527, which also contains the chemical was banned in the United Kingdom.

More madness in America: Dr. Loren Mosher's Soteria Project and the plot to kill it

Soteria Project
"Psychiatry has been almost completely bought out by the drug companies...We're so busy with drugs that you can't find a nickel being spent on [non-drug] research." - Dr. Loren Mosher
Psychiatrist Loren Mosher (who earned medical degrees from both Harvard and Stanford) was the highly esteemed founder of the experimental Soteria Project, which was subtitled "Community Alternatives for the Treatment of Schizophrenia" from 1971 to 1983. The Soteria Project proved that patients with first-onset psychotic breaks could be successfully treated - even cured - outside insane asylums by non-professional caregivers, in unlocked neighborhood facilities and without the coercive use of neurotoxic, dependency-inducing and dementia-inducing drugs.

Five years before his untimely death in 2004, and long after he was hounded out of the NIMH and mainstream psychiatry for doing the right thing, Dr. Mosher wrote:
"Despite what the pharmaceutical companies would have us believe, we don't need 'a better life through chemistry'. (Books like) The Drug May Be Your Problem will help debunk this myth and provide practical advice on how to avoid psychiatric drugs and get off them."

Despite California's strict new vaccination law measles outbreak grows in L.A.'s Orthodox Jewish community

vaccines
© Mel Melcon / Los Angeles TimesCalifornia's strict new vaccination law failed to prevent a new outbreak of measles that has infected 20 people, most of them in western Los Angeles County.
Six months after California's strict vaccine law took effect, a measles outbreak has infected 20 people, most of them in Los Angeles County, prompting a search for others who may have been exposed to the highly contagious virus.

Most of the patients live in western areas of the county, including L.A.'s Westside, the Santa Monica Mountains and the San Fernando Valley. Santa Barbara and Ventura counties each reported one case.

At least 15 of the 18 L.A. County patients either knew one another or had a clear social connection, said Dr. Jeffrey Gunzenhauser, interim health officer for the L.A. County Department of Public Health. None of the 18 could provide proof of vaccination, he said.

Gunzenhauser said the first person was diagnosed in early December, followed by 16 cases in the last three weeks of 2016, and then one more case last week.

"I'm hopeful that we're getting to the end of this," he said.

Comment: This article is fear mongering! One has to wonder if there is an 'agenda' behind such scare tactics: California now wants to be first state to mandate adult vaccines - Criminal penalties for those who refuse
SB 792- The first US adult vaccine mandate with NO personal exemptions (only medical exemptions approved by a doctor and defined by the bill) and CRIMINAL penalties for failure to comply will be heard in the California Assembly Human Services Committee this Tuesday July 14th at 1:30 in Room 437.

SB 792 would eliminate an adult's right to exempt themselves from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure. This bill would make California the first state to require mandated vaccinations for all childcare workers, including all private and public school early childhood education programs (Headstart, Private preK and preschools), family daycares, and daycare centers.
Commencing September 1, 2016, a person shall not be employed at a family day care home if he or she has not been immunized against influenza, pertussis, and measles. An employee shall receive an influenza vaccination between August 1 and December 1 of each year.
This bill eliminates medical autonomy, crushes religious freedom, undermines personal freedom, and burdens quality providers with a non-optional series of medical interventions in the form of mandated vaccines that are not even 100% effective.

Toronto: Nearly 200 college students stricken with mystery illness

humber college student residence
© Victor Biro/Toronto StarThe number of those affected by an illness at a student residence in Etobicoke's Humber College has risen to 200, according to Toronto Public Health.
The number of people sickened by a mysterious outbreak at Humber College has risen to nearly 200 as officials race to figure out its cause, Toronto Public Health said Saturday.

The illness first broke out on Thursday at Humber's north campus, near Hwy. 427 and Finch Ave. Symptoms so far have included stomach pain, vomiting, cramping, nausea and dizziness.

"This cluster of illness may be due to a food source or is something that is being passed from person to person," said Dr. Michael Finkelstein, Toronto Public Health spokesperson, via email.

"Once certain viruses are in environments such as student residences, where individuals live close together, preventing the spread of easily transmitted seasonal viruses like norovirus (stomach flu) becomes challenging," Finkelstein added.

Officials haven't yet been able to determine what illness they're dealing with, exactly. However, Finkelstein said figuring that out will help find the source of the outbreak.

Oklahoma State Senator Ervin Yen introduces Mandatory Vaccine Bill for the third year in a row

Vaccines
Oklahoma State senator and physician, Ervin Yen won't give up his personal vendetta to force all Oklahomans to vaccinate their children. For the third year in a row, Yen has introduced a bill requiring all children in the state to be vaccinated, with the only exception being children who already have a serious medical condition.

Yen's fear is that students won't be vaccinated (even though OK already has a 90 percent compliance rate), and an outbreak will occur — killing thousands of the state's schoolchildren. "I'm worried about those kids who are immune compromised, who cannot be vaccinated, I don't want them going to school and being exposed," said Yen. He's urging his colleagues to bring Senate bill 83 to a vote. "I'd like to get it passed right away before we have a huge outbreak and a lot of people die," said Yen.

Yen's is just the latest exhibition of the corporatocracy at work. The melding of big pharma with government is almost imperceptible but present nonetheless. After all, who doesn't want all children to be healthy?

Comment: Read the following by Dr. Russell L.Blaylock about the fear tactics used to push the vaccine agenda:
When I grew up there was no measles vaccine and everyone in my class got the measles and no one died or suffered serious harm. To imply our society is at risk of millions of deaths should vaccine rates drop is a blatant lie used to scare parents into over-vaccinating their children...
The data demonstrates that millions of people are seriously injured and thousands die as a result of vaccine complications every year. In many cases the damage caused by the vaccines exceed the risk of the disease being vaccinated against - such as is the case with the chickenpox, tetanus, measles, mumps, hepatitis B, and HPV vaccines.

The United States is the most over-vaccinated country in the world and evidence is growing that we are trading an "illusion of protection" by vaccines for a massive increase in vaccine-related chronic diseases.

Brain

Does your doctor know these facts about ADHD & depression?

brain
Putting a child in a classroom for 8 hours a day, for more than a decade, and expecting them to listen while remaining 'obedient' is very unrealistic. From day one we are taught that this is the only path to success and we are shown the consequences of not paying attention. It's important to recognize that it's perfectly normal for children to struggle with paying attention to something that they are not even remotely interested in; this doesn't necessarily mean they have a disorder and it doesn't mean they require (potentially quite harmful) prescription medications.

It's Okay If Your Child Struggles With Attention - This Does't Mean They Have A Disorder

Many doctors and teachers are already aware of this, but I would like to reiterate the point — just because your child struggles with paying attention in school or sitting still in the classroom does not mean there is an underlying disorder to blame. It's perfectly natural for your child to want to be active and to want to focus on things which actually interest them. Sure, low grades might come as a result of not paying attention, but it is possible for a 2.0 student to know more than a 4.0 student; grades don't necessarily equate with intelligence. In many cases, they reflect an ability to follow rules and memorize information — both important skills, but perhaps less important than critical thinking and creativity. Some students may have a better ability to buckle down, pay attention, and do their work, while other, equally as intelligent students, may struggle with this model. This, again, is perfectly normal, and could actually be a marker of something really positive. If your child is being held back and being denied even the possibility of entering a gifted program based on the fact that they have attention issues, then there is problem.

New data from the National Center for Learning Disabilities shows that only 1 percent of students who receive services for their apparent learning disabilities (some of which are completely and unquestionably valid) are enrolled in gifted or talented programs. The report concluded that "students with learning and attention issues are shut out of gifted and AP programs, held back in grade level and suspended from school at higher rates than other students." Something rotten in Denmark: Why have the rates of brain tumors doubled?

brain control
Since 1990 brain tumors and tumors of the central nervous system (CNS) have more than doubled, according to a report by the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation Stralskyddsstiftelsen published January 20, 2017 [1].

The number of patients is on a steady increase since 2004-2005. Is that coincidental with the increase of smart technology, which uses microwaves to implement instant access and networks? In 1990 the rate was 827 patients, whereas in 2015 it more than doubles to 1807 patients or 2.185 times!

The rise in malignant and non-cancerous tumors is happening in younger patients, those who are more likely to be using smart technology gadgets, e.g., iPhones and Wi-Fi at school or work.

FDA approves new GMO pineapple despite lack of safety testing

GMO pinapple
While more and more people are becoming educated about the true history of Monsanto and genetically engineered foods, most still don't realize one extremely important piece of information: the FDA's surprising lack of safety testing.

In regards to GMOs, the FDA's declaration of "substantial equivalence" means that there is no long-term, independent safety testing of new foods and crops that have been genetically engineered.

When it comes to the forthcoming GMO pineapple, that is once again the case: the FDA has said that Del Monte's proposed creation is "safe" based solely on information submitted by the company itself. There is a distinct lack of information on long-term potential health effects, however.

The new GMO pineapple has been given a rubber stump, and it could be headed to store shelves. Here's what you need to know about it.

Comment: New scientific study debunks biotech's 'substantially equivalent' argument
The Biotech industry assures the public that GMOs are substantially equivalent to their non-GMO or near-isogenic counterparts. In fact, the whole idea of substantial equivalence has been spun into existence by Big Biotech as a clever way to peddle their wares - but they like to have it both ways. You see, when it comes to health, nutrient composition and regulation, Big Biotech insists that GMOs are substantially equivalent to non-GMO foods, so as to ensure they get full market access with minimal or no regulation - not even labeling. Yet, when it comes to intellectual property and patents, Big Biotech turns around and insists they "own" the molecules and combinations that make up GMOs, and that it is their property. Many astute people have long spotted the deception and inherent contradiction in the substantial equivalence argument. Now, a recent peer-reviewed scientific study has taken the analysis to a whole new level, showing that GMOs are not so substantially equivalent to non-GMO crops at all.
