They have seen decades of USadmin interference which is turning the region into a wasteland of toxic waste, rubble, and death. The Saudi admin have given up on US plans for 'regime' change in Yemen. That's a bit of a blow because the USadmin wanted to control the Red Sea and the Bab-el-Mandeb straight. Now they don't dare go near the place.
By trying to screw every else, the USadmin and its nato poodles have screwed themselves in the process. The Saudi admin are now looking to other nations in order to keep their oil safe. When they return their devaluating dollars and buy gold they will be target on the USadmin RADAR, as is Russia and China.
