Loopy CNN guest says Trump 'was responsible for 9/11'

A CNN guest made an unfortunate gaffe on Monday while discussing former President Donald Trump and the Jan. 6 riot at the US Capitol.

Alice Stewart, a Republican Strategist, appeared on the network to discuss the public hearings of the Jan. 6 House Select Committee and blamed Donald Trump for the 9/11 terror attacks.

"I think it has not been good for the former president," Stewart said. "I think we've made a case that he was responsible for 9/11."

Stewart corrected herself and said, "Or January 6."

"He should not have been pushing the election lies," she added.

Since the riot at the US Capitol following President Trump's Stop the Steal Rally, Democrat politicians and commentators, including mainstream media, have compared the riot to the horrific events that occurred on 9/11, with some saying that Jan. 6 was on par with the 2001 terror attacks as well as the attack on Pearl Harbor, which brought the US into World War II.

On the one-year anniversary of the Capitol riot, Vice President Kamala Harris gave a speech on the steps of the US Capitol and said, "Certain dates echo throughout history, including dates that instantly remind all who have lived through them, where they were and what they were doing when our democracy came under assault."

Harris said that other events "occupy not only a place on our calendars, but a place in our collective memory. December 7th, 1941. September 11th, 2001. And January 6th, 2021."

The 9/11 terrorist attacks resulted in the death of nearly 3,000 people, and the attack on Pearl Harbor killed 2,403 sailors, soldiers, and civilians. To compare, the Jan. 6 riot was a failed attempt to stop the certification of the 2020 Presidential Election.

Comment: The case must be desperate if the Committee supporters are descending into bombast. But the show trials must go on, no matter how many civil rights are trampled in the process.

Strange how the same people calling it a "show trial" and believe it's a waste of time and would like it to end are also saying that the instigators and participants were ANTIFA, BLM and FBI agent provocateurs and not so much Trump supporters. If this were true, Trump supporters would want the Jan. 6th commission to investigate and to expose and thereafter hold ANTIFA, BLM, and FBI accountable, but they don't.

Im not an any politician supporter, so my thoughts are as unbiased as possible, in my opinion.

As to your quoted statement, i think most Trump supporters feel the January 6th committee is only there to blame Trump. No other evidence would ever be considered.

IIRC for Capitol security the buck stops on Pelosi's desk. Or was supposed to anyway; unless something bad happens and then it's surely someone else's fault.

The "red team" back at the start tried to have some "actual republicans" added. Their recommendations were nixed by Pelosi in favor of the "token repubs" currently on the committee.

At present the "red team" doesn't have the numbers to do much. Perhaps we'll see a new investigation after November. Maybe they'll even try to make it less of a lopsided sham; but I wouldn't hold your breath.

(BTW: My only "firmly held" political belief is from Mark Twain.

I do agree that nuclear war is not the apocalypse everybody pretends it is. Tiny little country of Japan got 2 of 'em, and they were back to being a minor economic superpower within 25 years. And dreams? Oh man would you be disappointed if you knew where your dreams & deja vu come from. You know how the ions of a battery change polarity as it discharges & then recharges? Dreams and deja vu are just lingering quantum entanglements of the ions that power your holograms. Different ions ever time you power back up, sometimes you get traces of other bots experiences. Yes I am aware of this. That is the convergence. That is why I enjoy learning other bots' myths and stories and theories. Joseph Campbell covers this. All the religions and philosophies are the same, the minimal regional differences are just "window-dressing". The simulation is seeded with all sorts of myths, so the bots can pick and choose among them, to support their delusion of free will, but the core code is all the same, and it all ends the same way no matter which you choose. Think of it like choosing between McDonald's or Wendys; the difference is minimal, either way you still get a hamburger and diarrhea. And builderbot is the creator AND the destroyer. Like Kali.

KRNABRNY It's fine with me if you disagree, I am not neurotypical so I can still like somebody even if we disagree; only neurotypicals become "sworn enemies" over minor disagreements. You can see many examples on this chatboard; every time they see a different opinion, they make it their personal crusade to force the other person to say "I am wrong, you are right", and when that doesn't work, they become hostile & carry on threads for days, demanding that the other person *absolutely must* agree with them, it is so needy and pathetic and stupid and yes, those are neurotypical chatbots. Being unreasonable and insisting that others must agree with them is one of their favorite behaviors, when they aren't busy screaming "LOOK AT MY EYES!" into the terrified faces of autistic children, lol.

As for hybrids, there is the illusion of hybrids; there are neurotypicals who pretend to be autistic and autistics who pretend to be neurotypical. Trying to interact with each other is all part of the torture. It is made more difficult by doctors who often misdiagnose the bots, deliberately confusing them as part of the torture. You can read many stories of what nightmares autistics are subjected to by doctors with a social agenda. But Builderbot knows all the bots' core codes, who is who and where they belong, and always corrects the anamolies eventually, sometimes very harshly. Eventually we will all know who we are and where we belong, and it often won't be very nice, because if it was nice, it wouldn't be a torture simulation. I have seen many marriages between neurotypicals and autistics who proclaim they are very happy in at first, but in the end it is, like all marriages, just a construction of lies & capitulations & coping mechanisms in order to maintain an illusion of happiness & belonging between two people who are secretly miserable together. Autistics, especially the men, who want to be "normal" make perfect victims for parasitic neurotypicals, and when they find out how they are used, it generally destroys their sanity, often permanently. Again, Builderbot always corrects the anamoly, sometimes very painfully, and it is always the autistic who is damaged the most, due to their built-in oxytocin (hormone) susceptibility. All the bots are vulnerable to it, but oxytocin addiction is especially disastrous to autistics when they crash.

I like you, sorry if I have hurt your feelings in what I thought was just a harmless discussion of our apocalypse scenarios. As for dividing the world into only two types, yes, I do, because there are only two. The professions of psychology and psychiatry are fraudulent pseudosciences, integral to the torture scenarios, so they cannot be relied on to give accurate depictions of bot personalities, and I apologize if I inadvertently failed to clarify that they are not to be relied on for distinguishing between bot types. Psychiatric/psychological diagnoses only rely on the feelings of the doctor, and they always have their own agenda, which does not include genuinely helping anybody but themselves.

Does it bother you if someone is speaking to you and they don't look at your eyes? What if it is a beautiful woman? Or a child? Maybe it is an American affectation, like constantly smiling for no reason. I have met many Eastern Europeans and they are not crazy in the same way Americans are, so I understand why this might seem bizarre to you. In America, smiling and staring at peoples' eyes is a social behavior that neurotypicals become murderously angry about if you don't comply. Any failure to smile and stare at their eyes is a reason for a fight. People fought me about it every day of my childhood and they still fight me about it now that I am an old woman. It is much worse as a child or a young attractive woman, because then you are someone people automatically feel entitled to control over, or attention from. I am sorry for not considering the differences between European and American character. America is an insane asylum, where the crazy people are in charge, and we all have to live by their insane rules of behavior. I have often thought that Eastern Europe and Russia are a different type or sector of the simulation, because in my experience the people I have met from there are so different, and you are correct, none of them ever did the crazy shit I'm describing. The smiling and eye contact were implemented with Positive Psychology, which is just intended to drive people nuts with constant bizarre behavior demands. I have dated Russian men and they never hassled me the way I am describing with Americans. My stepfather was Polish, he was one of the best people I ever knew, and he thought the "smiling and eye contact rules" were nuts too.

I am so sorry for not considering the cultural differences, you are right, Europe is different. You may have your own torture simulations, I can only tell you about the one I have lived in all my life.

But to answer your question about my perception, no, I did not imagine it, American neurotypicals really are evil dishonest abusive hypocrites. The American personalities are exactly like our governement and media, if that helps. People always say "Americans are not like their government", but when you live among them, yes, 95% of them really are. You can tell everything you need to know about American personalities by observing our foreign policy, how we treat other countries, our hubris, greed, arrogance, and vicious unnecessary wars. I actually came to this site specifically looking for Europeans to talk to about Ukraine, so I am really sorry that I just spent hours talking to you as if you were an American, that was very thoughtless of me.

KRNABRNY I don't know but I never use copy-paste, all of it is manual (on the spectrum), but I do often discuss the same topics repeatedly. I am accustomed to dealing with Americans who have very low IQ, low attention spans, and low reading comprehension (I am not kidding, our academic scores in this country are abysmal, the schools literally teach people to be stupid), and are extremely easily offended because they prioritize their fragile emotions over information, and all information makes them feel either sad or stupid or both, which makes them hostile. So due to that, I have become accustomed to repeating myself every few paragraphs when I am making a long essay about topics they might be unfamiliar with, because I know they cannot hold any information in their brain for more than a few seconds. And EVERY topic is unfamiliar to them. I try to talk to Americans In Real Life about current events I think everybody knows about because they are posted on every news site, and Americans just stare stupidly because all they ever do online is watch Tiktok. Do you have tiktok over there? It is horrible. Or maybe they just don't want to talk so they play dumb.

I know you told me not to apologize but again, I am so sorry for addressing you as if you were American. When I talk to Americans it's like I am doing semiphore signals, over a radio-- nothing gets through, but I keep trying lol. Or like people who think shouting a little louder will help when they meet a deaf person

Also I am typing on a cracked phone screen, and my typing with my thumbs is pathetic, I know where the letters are but when I can't phsically feel the keys like a regular keyboard, I am always missing them, so there is A LOT of editing involved to correct typos and the text is like, 6 pt font size in this tiny little window, so I usually am not being as concise as I should when editing. Has anyone in Europe ever said to you "I never watch the news because it makes me sad"? Or "I never read the news because I don't understand it"? I have heard this from at least 5 out of every 10 Americans I have ever tried to talk with in America. Again, maybe it's a way of saying they don't feel like talking, I don't know, but it makes me feel I have been surrounded by morons my whole life.

Europeans I met in America always said they loved me because trying to talk to Americans was like trying to talk to a table or a tree, they were always so happy to meet an American who cared about anything ouside our borders.
