Hunter Biden boasted that he "smoked crack" as a college student with then-Washington, DC, Mayor Marion Barry, according to a recording that surfaced Friday.

During the 8-minute, 15-second audio clip, President Biden's son and another man were debating whether slain civil rights icons Martin Luther King Jr. and Mohandas Gandhi ever used cocaine when Barry's name came up.

"Although the mayor from DC did," the other man said.

"Marion Barry," Biden said.

"You know what? I actually smoked crack with Marion Barry. I swear to f-king God."

The other man responded, "Jesus."

"I was in Georgetown and he used to go to a place right next to The Guards," Biden said, apparently referring to a since-shuttered bar near the Georgetown University campus.

"And I was a sophomore, I guess, there was — a junior when that happened. But he used to come there and drink, like late-late. And I would be there. And he would go the bathroom."

Biden then added, "But anyway -" before the other man changed the subject.

Biden, 51, graduated from Georgetown in 1992 and has publicly acknowledged his decades-long struggle with drug addiction and alcoholism.

The recording, first reported by the Daily Mail, is contained on a hard drive copied from a damaged laptop that was left at a repair shop in Wilmington, Del., in April 2019 and never retrieved, the store's owner has told The Post.

Hunter Biden has publicly discussed his drug issues.

The title of the audio file suggests it was created on Jan. 5, 2019.

The hard drive also contains other recordings that point to Biden's admitted drug use, including a raunchy, 12-minute video that appears to show him smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman.

Barry was the three-term mayor of the nation's capital when he was busted in 1990 at the Vista Hotel, where the FBI recorded him smoking crack with former girlfriend Diane "Rasheeda" Moore.

"Bitch set me up," he infamously muttered during his arrest.

A jury deadlocked on most charges but convicted Barry on a single count of drug possession, for which he served a six-month prison term.

Following his release, he was elected to the DC Council in 1992 and two years later won a fourth and final term as mayor.

Barry later denied ever having smoked crack, telling MSBNC in 2014, "The federal government never proved there was a crack pipe."

"Jurors didn't believe it," he added while promoting his memoir, "Mayor for Life."

Barry died later that year at age 78.

Biden's lawyer didn't immediately return a request for comment.
