Yes, Democrats are trying to steal the election in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania

In the three Midwest battleground states, vote counting irregularities persist in an election that will be decided on razor-thin margins.

As of this writing, it appears that Democratic Party machines in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania are trying to steal the election.

As reporters and commentators went to bed early Tuesday morning, all three states were too close to call, but President Trump led former Vice President Joe Biden by comfortable margins — far beyond what had been predicted in the polls. None of the networks called these states because enough mail-in ballots remained uncounted that it could swing either way, but Trump's position looked good.

Then, something strange happened in the dead of the night. In both Michigan and Wisconsin, vote dumps early Wednesday morning showed 100 percent of the votes going for Biden and zero percent — that's zero, so not even one vote — for Trump.

In Michigan, Biden somehow got 138,339 votes and Trump got none, zero, in an overnight vote-dump.

Comment: Trump is understandably calling all of Michigan's vote count into question by filing a lawsuit:

President Donald Trump's campaign says it has filed a lawsuit in the Michigan Court of Claims seeking a court order to halt the counting of ballots until it is given "meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process."

In a statement published Wednesday, Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien claimed the campaign "has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law."

"We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted," Stepien said. "We also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access."

The Associated Press reported that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden currently leads Trump in Michigan by 45,000 votes. Outstanding absentee and mail-in ballots are still being counted in the state.

When my Federalist colleague Sean Davis noted this, Twitter was quick to censor his tweet, even though all he had done was compare two sets of vote totals on the New York Times website. And he wasn't the only one who noticed — although on Wednesday it appeared that anyone who noted the Biden vote dump in Michigan was getting censored by Twitter.

Others were quick to note the partisan censorship from Twitter and raise concerns over how 100 percent of a vote dump could possibly go to Biden. But the social media giant has maintained its crackdown on sharing this information. Twitter users could not like or share a tweet from the Daily Wire's Matt Walsh noting the 138,339-vote dump.

Buzzfeed later reported that according to a spokesperson at Decision Desk HQ, the votes for Biden were the result of a "data error" from a "file created by the state that we ingested." When the state noticed the "error" it updated its count, which somehow gave 138,339 votes to Biden and zero to Trump.

It turns out, the vote dump was the result of an alleged typo, an extra zero that had been tacked onto Biden's vote total in Shiawassee County, Michigan. It seems the error was discovered only because Davis and other Twitter users noted how insane and suspicious the vote totals looked, and demanded an investigation that uncovered what was either a typo or an incredibly clumsy attempt to boost Biden's vote count.

There was also something suspicious about the vote reporting in Antrim County, Michigan, where Trump beat Hillary Clinton by 30 points in 2016. Initial vote totals there showed Biden ahead of Trump by 29 points, a result that can't possibly be accurate, as plenty of journalists noted.

After the strange results caught national attention, election officials in Antrim County said they were investigating what they called "skewed" results, working with the company that provides their election software to see what went wrong. The county clerk said they plan to have an answer by Wednesday afternoon.

Comment: Despite (or because of these "irregularities") some have called Michigan for Biden:

The Associated Press has called Michigan for Joe Biden after a pitched run against Donald Trump. The Democrat is poised to win 270 electoral votes, if he also secures Nevada, where he has the lead.

With Michigan's 16 electoral votes, Biden is projected to sit at 264, just six shy of the 270 needed to win the presidency. The final margin was just over 70,000 votes.

The projection came as the Trump's campaign said it was filing lawsuits disputing the vote tally in Michigan, citing alleged irregularities with mail-in ballots.

Then another mysterious all-Biden vote dump happened in Wisconsin. Biden miraculously overcame a 4.1-point Trump lead in the middle of the night thanks to vote dumps in which he got — you guessed it — 100 percent of the votes and Trump got zero.

On Wednesday, the Trump campaign demanded a full recount in Wisconsin, citing "reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results."

In Pennsylvania, the Democratic scheme to steal the election is a bit different. Rather than vote dumps that impossibly go 100 percent to Biden, Pennsylvania is relying on the Democratic Secretary of State's plan to count indisputably late mail-in ballots as though they were received on Election Day — even if they have no postmark.

Comment: Rudy Giuliani dropped a legal bombshell on Dems and their plans for Pennsylvania:

This plan was of course rubber-stamped by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which cited the need for "equitable relief" to address mail delays amid the pandemic.

Note that this isn't just about ballots that come in after Election Day, but about ballots that come in after Election Day that don't even have a postmark — that is, there is no way to tell when the ballots were mailed, or from where.

Although it's true that the long delays we've seen for absentee ballot counts are due in part to state laws in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania that prohibit the counting of absentee ballots before Election Day, which is not the case in most other states. But the cumulative circumstances under which these absentees ballots are now being tallied is highly suspicious.

Unless election officials in Michigan and Wisconsin can explain the overnight vote-dumps and, in Michigan, the "typo" that appeared to benefit Biden, and Pennsylvania officials can explain their rationale for counting ballots with no postmark, the only possible conclusion one can come to right now is that Democrats are trying to steal the election in the Midwest.

In news that will likely cast further doubt on the election results, tens of thousands of absentee ballots arrived in large U.S. Postal Service boxes at the TCF Center in Detroit, Mich. on Wednesday morning at 3:30 am. The TCF Center, formerly Cobo Hall, is ere the absentee ballots are counted for Wayne County, which is the home of Detroit.

Former Michigan state senator Patrick Colbeck wrote that the total number of ballots dumped on the counting board totaled 38,000:

Before the ballots showed up mysteriously at 3:30 am, no ballots had arrived at the TCF Center for over six hours, and many poll workers in the facility sat around with no work to do while getting paid hundreds of dollars by the state of Michigan.

According to Michigan election law, all of these mail-in and absentee ballots had to be submitted before 8pm on Tuesday night in order to be lawfully accepted and counted for the election. This means the city of Detroit potentially sat on these ballots for hours. The white van that arrived had the name of Detroit city clerk Janice Winfrey emblazoned upon it as well as a logo and a phone number. Last month, Winfrey set the stage to drag out the process in an interview with ABC 7 News.

"We're back in control, and we know that we will have nearly 10,000 poll workers that will be working with us to process ballots on election day, or election week is what we're calling it now, because we know we're going to be slow," she said, adding that she was not going to let "outside influencers" get in the way of her election day schemes.

The ballots were kept away when they could have otherwise been taken to the TCF Center in smaller, more manageable batches. Countless taxpayer dollars were wasted and many poll challengers were disenfranchised because delivery took so long. The ballots being in limbo for such a lengthy period of time also increases the potentiality for fraud as well.

In an attempt to sound victorious, Biden made the following statements today:

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden says "it's clear that we're winning enough states to reach 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency."

Biden stopped short of claiming victory outright, but pointed out his margins in Wisconsin, Arizona, Michigan, the popular vote lead, and confidence about winning Pennsylvania based on the rate of mail-in ballots he's been winning.

Standing alongside his running mate Kamala Harris, who did not speak, Biden urged Americans to "unite, to heal, to come together as a nation" and not treat opponents as enemies.

Biden promised he would govern as a president for all Americans, not as a Democrat. However, his speech also contained a warning, presumably aimed at the Trump campaign's challenge to some of the voting results, that "No one's going to take our democracy away from us - not now, not ever."

But Trump is still fighting, and stated:

Claiming Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina, Trump said his campaign had a "big" lead in all three. "Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact, there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported!" he tweeted.

Twitter immediately slapped a warning label on the president's post, noting that "Official sources may not have called the race when this was tweeted."

The second tweet, about the "large number of secretly dumped ballots" also got flagged as "disputed and might be misleading."

Media outlets entrusted by social networks to make election calls have not yet called any of those states for either candidate, aside from Michigan which was declared for Biden moments prior to Trump's announcement.

In a press conference in Philadelphia, the president's campaign claimed to have evidence of widespread irregularities concerning the counting of mail-in ballots, millions of which have been cast in this election.

Republican observers said they were not allowed to attend the counting in several Democrat urban strongholds, thanks to whose votes Biden claimed lead in Michigan and Wisconsin.

"We're going to win this election! We've actually won it, it's just a matter of counting the votes fairly," said Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, speaking on behalf of the president's campaign in Philadelphia.
