"Mr. President, the GLADIO system has operated for four decades under various names. It has operated clandestinely, and we are entitled to attribute to it all the destabilization, all the provocation and all the terrorism that have occurred in our countries over these four decades, and to say that, actively or passively, it must have had an involvement. It was set up by the CIA and NATO which, while purporting to defend democracy, were actually undermining it and using it for their own nefarious purposes."

That having been said, Weinstein is certainly a loathsome, amoral, disgusting swine*** and fully deserves all the bad stuff that has happened and will happen to him, but, IMO, only in a karmic and not a legal sense.
However, I'm just not comfortable with the legal system considering as rape a situation in which a woman willing and eager to trade sex for help in getting into an acting career gets to "regret" her choices and then claim she was raped. IMO, any woman who put herself in situations in which Weinstein had his way with her who claims that she did not know going in that it was intended as a "sex for career assistance" exchange is a damned liar.
