If all of the so-called "migrants" were to be made very close neighbors of Merkel, Macron, and all of the other politicians trying to overwhelm Europe by importing even more of the largely parasitic hordes, they might actually consider how the non-privileged populations of their countries have been affected by what amounts to an invasion.
So long as the privileged (i.e., high gov't officials and other rich/influential folks) and their families can keep themselves completely separated from the "migrants" and are not forced to directly experience the "cultural enrichment" they bring with them, they have no motivation to stop the influx.
