A shell company Tekoso filing fraudulent Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) claim against popular vlogger Paul Ramsey—known as RAMZPAUL—is run by a social justice warrior who endorses the assassination of Republican congressmen.

Tekoso.com issued a copyright notice against Ramsey on June 1st after Ramsey posted a January 4 video about former Democratic National Committee employee Seth Rich's murder. YouTube warned Ramsey that his account could be permanently disabled:

"I never previously had a video removed from YouTube," Ramsey tells GotNews. "My 'Who Killed Seth Rich' video was forced down via a DMCA claim that I used copyrighted material. This claim was obviously false, as I was just talking to my camera in my spare bedroom."
What is Tekoso Media? It appears to be a scam company, run in part by Zachary Paul Howard. Howard states he works as an "Internet Marketer and Automation Specialist" for Tekoso.com.

Howard vented about speculation surrounding Rich's murder on his personal Facebook account. "This whole second run at DemExit and the continued vitriol at the Democratic party is not admirable or honorable, and it's not going to work," he posted on June 14. "It's divisive during online discussions at best, but a shitty attempt at building the Green party at worst."

"The only people you will get into the party with this tactic are angry, weak-minded people who believe everything they see in memes, are intentionally not reading the news anymore, and actually believe Seth Rich was murdered by the DNC," he added.

Howard endorsed the murder of GOP politicians after the Rachel Maddow-loving, Bernie Sanders-supporting James T. Hodgkinson opened fire during a congressional baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia, nearly killing House Majority Whip.

He also applauded Kathy Griffin's gruesome, mock-beheading video of President Donald J. Trump.

Notably, Ramsey's video featured no copyrighted material—he was simply speaking to the camera about his views on Rich's peculiar murder case.

Ramsey was forced to file a counterclaim in order to restore his video, which required his phone number and address. Such information can be used to terrorize or intimidate individuals fighting against false DMCA claims. "When doing these claims, you kind of put yourself at physical risk," Ramsey explains.

Fox News host Sean Hannity also faced tremendous pressure for daring to talk about Rich's unsolved murder.

Filing a fake DMCA notice can lead to criminal penalties.
