RT, you consider the U.S. occupation of the Philipines "60 years of partnership"? What part of the colonial, military rule did you miss? Is this the sort of western, shallow, biased journalism we are to expect from you?
if Duterte is hearing voices telling him what to do then things don't look so good for his independence.
It sure sounds like emf beaming techniques that seem to be used so widely today against people who aren't in line with the US way of doing things.
