Since the turn of the millennium, America has witnessed a level of corruption, spying, illegal war, and a rising police state at unprecedented rates. The post 9/11 world is proving to be the antithesis of a free society.

If the terrorists hated our freedom, they have no more reason to hate us.

Beginning with Bush and transitioning to Obama, in the name of security, American citizens have gotten the legal shaft. Our phones are tapped, our bodies poked and prodded, our internet monitored, our every move examined under the microscope of the state, and we have nothing to show for it. In fact, because of US intervention in the Middle East, there is now an even larger threat of terrorism.

Since Barack Obama has been the puppet in chief, the citizens of the United States of America have bared witness to his countless crimes.

Earlier this year, the Free Thought Project published a report detailing over 75 crimes Obama has committed while in office. Among those crimes are horrid felonious acts which have led to countless deaths, decreased freedoms, and endless wars.

"Operation Fast & Furious" was the Obama Administration's gun-running scheme that put thousands of American-made semi-automatic weapons in the hands of Mexican drug cartels and resulted in the death of at least one U.S. Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry.

President Obama established an extra-constitutional top secret "kill list" of American citizens who can be summarily killed on sight - presumably by drones โ€” without due process. Not only did he make a list, but he's also acted on it.

In 2009, President Barack Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize before he was even able to prove that he was worthy of it. Once Obama got into office, however, he continued the wars started by Bush and even instigated a few of his own, proving himself to be just as much of a warmongering president as Bush was, if not worse.

Just two years after receiving the prize for being the most peace-promoting person in the world, Obama murdered a US citizen and child with a drone. On October 14, 2011, American teen, Abdul Anwar al-Awlaki was killed by a CIA drone strike, ordered by Obama, as he ate dinner.

While he wasn't murdering American children, Obama was invading Libya and laying waste to their innocent civilians. A Human Rights Watch report would go on to detail eight incidents where at least 72 Libyan civilians died as a result of the aerial campaign.

A report conducted by Stanford and New York Universities' Law schools found that between 2,562 and 3,325 people were killed by drone strikes in Pakistan between June 2004 and mid-September 2012. Anywhere between 474 and 881 of those were civilians, and 176 were children. The majority of these strikes were all carried out by Obama.

Obama's crimes have been so overt and brutal that the former Nobel Secretary Geir Lundestad told the AP that he felt the Peace Prize was a mistake.

Indeed.

When he wasn't giving guns to cartels, extrajudicially assassinating American children, or turning the Middle East into a wasteland with hellfire missiles, he's arming what could possibly become the largest terrorist organization the world has ever seen, Daesh.

All of these dozens and dozens of crimes can easily warrant a call for impeachment against the president, yet no one on the right or the left successfully organized enough momentum to do so โ€” until now.

However, instead of calling attention to his murder and corruption, Oklahoma's legislature has filed a measure calling for President Barack Obama's impeachment over his administration's recommendations on accommodating transgender students, saying he overstepped his constitutional authority.

The laughable nature of such a proposition speaks to the sheer insanity of the modern day political theater. Here we have a known war criminal whose military has admitted to bombing hospitals and lawmakers are more concerned with his stance on where people pee.

According to a report in Reuters,
Lawmakers in the socially conservative state are also expected to take up a measure as early as Friday that would allow students to claim a religious right to have separate but equal bathrooms and changing facilities to segregate them from transgender students.

The bill introduced on Thursday night could force schools into costly construction, which would be difficult for them to complete after lawmakers significantly cut education funding to plug a $1.3 billion state budget shortfall.

The impeachment resolution also introduced on Thursday night calls on the Oklahoma members of the U.S. House of Representatives to file articles of impeachment against Obama, the U.S. attorney general, the U.S. secretary of education and others over the letter.
Last week, Obama sent the perceived right into a head exploding tizzy when he announced that transgender students should be allowed to use the bathroom of their choice. Without thinking about the scenario at all, Republicans immediately fired back, completely missing the fact that transgendered individuals using the bathroom of their choice has been the case since the existence of transgendered people.

State Representative John Bennett even said in a statement to the White House that Obama's stance on bathrooms was "biblically wrong."

Perhaps representative Bennett would do well to study the Ten Commandments as there is absolutely nothing in them that says "thou shalt pee in the appropriate bathroom."

However, there are some critical parts in the Ten Commandments that mention something about "not killing" and "not stealing."

When politicians become more concerned over which bathrooms we should use while the military is laying waste to entire countries, something has gone horribly wrong.

A group of murderous sociopaths has their finger on the hair trigger that is a nuclear holocaust, and our so-called 'leaders' are arguing over bowel movements. Well done America, well done.
