What man cannot understand or fears, he destroys.
The World Leadership, over the course of the last century, has gotten to the pinnacle of power by destruction. It is also clear that upon reaching the top and looking out, they do not understand that which is required to rule over it, and in fearing the same fate they did unto others on the way up, now seek to destroy that which they stand upon.
The act of promotion, or self-promotion, does not automatically confer a change of behavior to the leader. Observing the behavior demonstrated during the rise to power is critical to the understanding of how those leaders will now act. It is only hidden under a thin veneer of paint.
While they all seem to agree on population reduction, there is a bone of contention evident: They do no all agree on the exact target #.
Who will decide which country is allowed to keep how many?
Given the character of the leadership now evident, they will end up using war to decide the issue, which they have no objections to.
The world has arrived at a juncture: The Leadership now in place has an agenda of eugenics, but no agreed means or goal. The General Population, on the other hand, senses, or is beginning to see, they are in the crosshairs. This may or may not have been intended.
Now what?

I did some math. What do you think?

According to the most recent malthusian style science type report on the earthly resources available,(the author was also a contributor somehow on the last big report or book from 1972 but still cant remember his name) We will be at about seven or eight billion(7 or 8000,000,000) people by 2030ad but need to achieve a population of four billion(4,000,000,000)by 2100ad or else.
So, In order for the planet to support us-
Fifty seven million (57,142,857.14285714) and change is the number of people ( if it were evenly divided ) that need to die every year for seventy(70) years between 2030 and 2100ad respectively if the "sustainable" population of four billion (4,000,000,000) is to be achieved. That would be the equivalent to the entire body count of WWII - per year - for seventy years
What Ted and friends want is Two billion (2,000,000,000) that would require us to double the previous yearly number to just under one hundred twenty million (120,000,000) people eliminated per year for thirty years.
According to the Georgia guide stones, an earth friendly "sustainable" population of five hundred million(500,000,000) is required
Umm, okay so three billion five hundred million(3,500,000,000)people still have to die after 2100ad If the guide stones have anything to say about it.
I just don't feel that special anymore.
Actually I kinda feel like laughing, did you see those numbers? All of this has been left to the governments and their agencies etc...
