I was thinking of giving up my Ghirardelli 60% cacao baking chips a few months back, questioning their use and necessity as tabletop-near computer munchy material. I was thinking of stopping when my supply ran out, and then low and behold another clearance sale in the store, seemingly just for me as I cleared off the shelf of about 12 or so bags. Was it a 'sign'? The same situation was to present itself in another couple of months and now I read this article... hmmm.... tastes good to me.
