It looks like a reflection on glass - and I mean, what is it with these videos and not staying on the object for more than two seconds and then panning in and out on the ground out of focus for most of the video? I know - if they are authentic, then the person is excited/nervous/scared - but it doesn't even look like the object was moving as much as the camera was panning to it and then purposefully panning away.
