On Sunday, November 2, 2008 something truly sensational occurred at Tres Bocas, almost at the entrance to Laguna del Pescado. A large number of lights that appeared over this area were visible for many hours from various locations.

I didn't have many options when it came to selecting the nearest point [to the manifestations], so I was only able to photograph them from the Mothers' Memorial at the port. I wanted to enter the campground to request permission, but there was no one around.

US: Bright light streaks across Puget Sound skies

Seattle, Washington - What was that bright light?

Several people called KOMO Thursday evening to report they had just witnessed a brilliant light streak across the southern skies.

"It's amazing, it was probably a 3-second little light show," said one caller.

"And I saw what I thought was a shooting star and it shot across the sky and it was white -- and you could see a tail," said another.

Stephen Moran with the American Astronomical Society says based on reports, the second caller was on the right track.

Comment: More and more scientists are now quietly slipping in the fact that meteorites actually leave behind dust that stays in the upper atmosphere and eventually falls to earth.

Namibia: 'Mysterious Animals' Kill Goats

The community of Omatando village in the Oshana Region was caught by surprise after mysterious wild animals invaded a kraal of Dr Ben Mulongeni and killed five of his goats at the weekend.

Members of the Mulongeni family told Nampa that the mysterious animals, believed to be two as per their tracks, invaded the kraal at about 02h00 on Saturday morning. According to them, the animals killed the five goats by breaking their necks and sucking their blood without eating the carcasses.

There were six goats in the kraal, and only one of them survived.

Laurinburg couple reports UFO sighting in Barnes Bridge area

Last Sunday, a Laurinburg businessman said he had an experience that he might have chalked up to an active imagination if it had happened to someone else.

Even now he is a little bit sheepish when talking about the incident lest someone call him a "nut".

He has declined to give his name.

On Sunday at approximately 6:15 p.m. the man and his wife were driving past General MaCarthur's Restaurant when they saw a startlingly bright light on the horizon.

Black triangle UFOs 'not piloted by alien beings'

Recent sightings of triangular shaped UFOs in the Louth area have lead to claims they are piloted by Americans.
Eric Goring contacted us to say he was seeing the craft fly near his home in Brinkhill.

Now Julian Schmidt has emailed us to say he believes they are not of alien origin - but man made.

UK: UFO sightings of 'strange lights' over Budleigh Salterton

Budleigh Salterton could have been visited by UFOs - after two separate sightings of strange lights were spotted over the town.

A 38-year-old Newton Poppleford businessman, who wants to remain anonymous, spotted a row of white hovering lights above the town on the night of Newton Poppleford carnival.

On the same night, 32-year-old Tom Ambrose, of Sidmouth, said he saw a series of multi-coloured lights projected above Budleigh Salterton.

UK: Mystery of new UFO sightings

A double sighting of UFOs above our skies was reported by different witnesses within hours of each other.

One local family-of-three claims to have seen a pair of strange black and silver flying discs frenetically pirouetting above rooftops in Collier Row, just after 6pm on October 3.

And later in the early hours of the following morning a witness in Dagenham also claims to have seen unexplained aerial phenomena.

Description: My boyfriend and myself had just finished our early morning part time cleaning job and were driving home. Suddenly my boyfriend shouted to look as he pointed towards the clear morning blue sky at an object, similar to that of a star in broad daylight, the light on the object was so bright. Almost immediately after spotting this object the bright light faded and we pulled over on the side of the road to get a better look at what definitely appeared to be a UFO of some sort.

I was standing on the second floor balcony of a two story home in Paradise Valley, AZ looking north at approximately 9:00 pm. A commercial airliner passed directly overhead traveling in a southwest direction toward Sky Harbor International Airport. Approximately 20 seconds after the airliner passes out of sight, a streak of light catches my eye just to the northwest. The object was a bullet-shaped ufo traveling northwest at a constant altitude of approximately 1000 to 2000 feet and for a distance of 1/2 mile to 1 mile before disappearing. There was a minor cloud cover on Thursday evening, and it was well below that.

Believer, Linda Szabo, saw a UFO out of her bedroom window just before day break on Monday morning, October 27, 2008.

The mysterious triangle shaped object moved slowly across the sky outside her home in Kingston Avenue, hovering over the Dysart Road area, Grantham, UK.

Linda, 61, spent eight minutes watching the craft before it disappeared.

She said: "My husband and my dad both worked in the RAF so I know what an aeroplane looks like and this was not a plane. It moved in the opposite direction to the flight path of planes in the area.
