England: UFO mystery in Bury St Edmunds

Mystery surrounds a strange orange object that was spotted in the skies above Bury St Edmunds last week.

The oval-shaped UFO was seen by a Bury man, who did not want to be named, above Angel Hill at around 10.55pm on Thursday.

The man, who was on his way home at the time, said he watched the shape for around five minutes as it moved towards Eastgate Street and Vinefields, before it disappeared from sight.

I awoke from a brief nap in my recliner and leaned over to tell my wife that I was going to bed. I glanced to the clock on the television, it was 8:30 pm. As I walked down the hallway to the master bedroom, I noticed the bedroom window was open. The weather was most pleasant this March 13 evening, temp. 75 degrees, clear and no wind.(Jim Schnebelt Fox 10 weather) Typical Arizona spring evening.

As I pulled the window closed, my eyes were attracted to the three huge, bright white lights angled down and very low to the ground. "Plane crash!" I thought. These lights were way too low and angled in a way nothing I know of could pull out of.

US: UFO reports spawned by Kepler launch revealed as normal rocket events

The recent night launch of NASA's Kepler planet-seeking spacecraft created a lot of buzz about UFOs.

A woman in Cape Canaveral reported blinking lights. Now Pittsburg UFO Examiner Richard Sanner has come across other stories from people who believed they'd seen a UFO.

In Palm Beach, a glowing ball with a fire trail gained attention. Over at Port St. Lucie, another big red something trailing fire also was reported as a UFO.

There's only one problem with the raft of UFO reports that often come with a launch--sorting out the sightings of routine events from any potential UFO sighting. Although UFO fans have long reported what they believe to be extraterrestrial interest in rocket launches, there are many normal types of lights, fire trails, and other visible effects of a rocket launch, especially at night.

Comment: The above advice from Ms. Phillips is something that should be considered by anyone who thinks that they see an UFO.

However, it is interesting to note that the link Ms. Phillips gives for the woman who saw the blinking lights is an article that Ms. Phillips herself wrote. And if you look closely at her article and the one that was posted at SotT, which was the original blog of Teresa Glass, you will notice that Ms. Phillips left off the remaining sentences of the blog which state:
[...]I could not get any pictures or video. This object was in this position for approx 20 mins. Then I became concerned and went inside. Have you had any other reports from this area?
It is quite interesting that this last part was not included in the quote of Ms. Phillips article. A mere accident, a slip of the wrist? I suppose we will never know, but it does seem a teeny bit suspicious.

Canada: Sasquatch/Bigfoot Tracks Found and Filmed in British Columbia

I figured I would just give a short update on the new Sasquatch goings on in Moricetown, British Columbia. I posted a note yesterday, March 9, 2009 that informed everyone that I had received a call about a Sasquatch in Moricetown, B.C. The date of the incident was on March 8, 2009. I mentioned in my post that I would make the drive to Moricetown today, which is the 10th of March. Well, I gathered everything I needed up yesterday and made the 1 hour 30 minute run to Moricetown. Since the roads were in excellent driving conditions, I figured I better get out there before more bad weather covered the area.

It was a sunny day yesterday, blue sky and what a beautiful drive through the valley looking up at the snow covered mountain peaks. It really was a good day to head out.

On the afternoon of Monday 03.09, a team consisting of Ramon Navia and Conchita Pascual of Spain's IIEE, along with Raul Nuñez, IIEE's Chilean coordinator, and Osvaldo Muray, the main protagonist of the UFO phenomena recorded in the Chacarillas Range, were able to capture a series of spectacular phenomena along the skirts of these hills, which we we have presentd more than once in the past, given their long history of enigmas.

The delegation of Spanish researchers was able to ascertain "on site" the location where Muray claims to have photographed and witnessed -- over nearly 19 years -- an entire sequence of unexplained phenomena that he has written down day by day as part of a detailed task, totally convinced by his sightings.

Roswell fireman confesses--it was a flying saucer

A firefighter who was with the Roswell Fire Department in 1947 has confirmed that the mysterious crash in the New Mexico desert that Summer was in fact of an unearthly craft!

The firefighter, now age 90, related stunning information to this author in a lengthy interview conducted recently. Respected Roswell author Kevin Randle also talked with the involved fireman to confirm the details of his story.

Some time ago I located the son of Rue Chrisman. Rue was the Fire Chief for the Roswell Fire Department in 1947, passing in 1981 at age 98. Chrisman's son explained to me that he knew that the town's Fire Department was somehow involved in the crash event. But the son was sparse in his conversation, not really wishing to elaborate. When pressed, the son said, "It did happen. There was a big coverup. The crash was real." I asked him how he knew of this, he paused and said, "I knew too many who knew."

I then asked him if any Roswell Firemen from 1947 are still alive. He replied that there was still "one left." He only mentioned the surviving fireman's surname as "Smith" and that one of his family members attends the same church as the involved fireman. Working with Kevin Randle, we identified and located the elderly gentleman and sought his testimony.

Zadar locals say they saw a flying object in the sky on Sunday night, which changed colour and vanished.

Zadar locals were disturbed by an unusual occurrence in the sky on Sunday night around 20:30 hours. As Kata Colic of Turnj told us, they saw a ball which kept changing colour and vanished in a few minutes.

According to witnesses, the unidentified flying object hovered above Sveti Petar and vanished above the island of Ugljan. Some even recorded the flying object.

Zadar citizen Vlado Nikolovski was in Sveti Petar newer Zadar with some friends on Sunday night around 21 hours. He told the 24sata that he saw a lighting dot appear in the sky.

A Virginia man watched a silent and low flying triangular-shaped UFO with seven lights on March 7. A Connecticut man and his sister witnessed a bright light UFO at the tree line zigzagging in the sky on March 3, then saw it shining a light to the ground for about 40 minutes before disappearing. Twenty minutes later a triangular-shaped UFO arrived at the tree line - and then a third object appeared. In California on March 5, a witness watched two white orbs moving in the sky - then saw three jets scrambling toward them, a transport helicopter and two black helicopters followed.

Other reports from around the country include bright light reports from New York, Iowa and Arizona; four clusters of orange lights over Arizona, a sonic boom heard over Neveda, a traingular-shaped UFO over Florida, a strange hovering craft with wings over Pennsylvania, four lights over Texas, and two bright balls of lights over California and Florida.

US: Shape-changing UFO over Berks County, Pennsylvania

French Creek State Park - A solid large yellow sphere hovered on the horizon over this area in the southeastern part of the state, according to three witness. The group saw a blue flashing light at the top of the sphere as it morphed into another shape - and then moved swiftly out of the area.

The 7,526-acre park includes areas in both Berks and Chester counties and is located off PA Route 345 south of Birdsboro.

Pennsylvania Ufologist Stan Gordon took the report and interviewed witnesses.

I am sending this in for my friend (name removed)

The sighting was over Frankfort Michigan Tuesday March 3rd, 2009 at approximately 930pm and lasted for about an hour. He saw this same thing about a week before. It was oblong in shape tapered in each end he says it seemed to have 6 windows (through binoculars). Red, green, white and blue lights blinked. It zig and zagged and hovered.
