Location of Sighting: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Date of Sighting: 27th November 2009
Time: 3:50 pm

Witness Statement: Whilst on my way home from work, driving in Hinckley, Leicestershire, my friend and I spotted a large, very bright, orange glowing ball, moving towards a nearby airport, from our right to left. I assume East Midlands Airport. It was traveling fairly slowly towards the take off path, It was too large to be lights on a plane as it appeared only about 200-300ft in altitude, and we should have been able to see the rest of the plane, and there where no beacons at all. Our view was then blocked by the near trees, when we emerged, it had gone. What was now visible was a plane coming in the opposite direction, taking off, they had been on a collision course until it vanished. It was not a Chinese lantern, as it was far too bright.( I have seen one of those before, and have just examined more pics of them to make sure).

Another wave of UFO's in North-East France

Since the beginning of the month, several UFO sightings have been reported in the Champagne-Ardenne region (North East France). The strangest case is that of a huge "object" that was sighted on the 7th November between the Aisne and Marne departments.

Reims, Château-Thierry, Charleville-Mézières... UFO's are making the news again in the region. After a summer marked by a series of sightings on the three departments of Aisne, Marne and Ardennes, new reports have been pouring in since the beginning of the month on private researchers' desks. Among the many reported cases, the strangest one happened on Saturday November the 7th, in Aisnes, at the border with Marne, between Fère-en-Tardenois and Dormans. As he was driving by the end of the day on the RD6 (B-road), heading towards Trélou-sur-Marne, a driver noticed a "very big object hovering above a
wood", tells Christian Comtesse, an Alsatian researcher who collected the witness's report.

From Belgium, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the USA come news and some thoughts about recent sightings of panthers and other mystery cats.

Belgian Black Panther

A black panther known to have been roaming a forest in southern Belgium for several weeks has been spotted near the town of Malmedy, the RTBF channel and RIA Novosti reported, on November 16, 2009.

It remains unclear how the animal ended up on the loose in Wallonia.

German experts who have been called in to catch the creature spotted it on Saturday night, but were unable to get within range to fire a tranquilizer.

"The tracks they have traced on the site are undoubtedly those of a panther, and they also saw the animal that night," police official Emile Delhez said.

Witness Statement: I was walking to work through the old coach roads from Dorking to Brockham. I suddenly saw some flashing light, similar to lightning but all around and wasn't any thunder and was a clear sky, didn't think anything of it but then I turned around and saw a huge triangle shape craft thing with yellow lights in each corner and it was just hovering above the trees.

Witness Statement: I was driving along the A316 just passing by Twickenham stadium when I saw 4-5 orange lights hovering in the sky above the stadium, at first I thought they could be lanterns or something similar until they began to fly in formation in what seemed a diagonal circle disappearing above the cloud then reappearing. this went on for about 15mins and then they just seemed to fly away and not return.

Witness Statement: I just witnessed some strange lights in the sky. They were yellowish and very bright!! They seemed to be going on and off in a sequence. They were EXACTLY the same as the "Phoenix lights" sighting in the USA a few years ago!! They were starting off as one or two lights, and then working their way up to more and more! I counted seven at one stage. Then they were going off one by one in sequence aswell. I watched the show for about 20 minutes!

The following information was just received from Luis Burgos, director of the Fundación Argentina de Ovnilogia (FAO):

1) The number of witnesses to the event now surpasses one hundred.
2) All of them agree that the object was "cigar-shaped", was self-luminous and of considerable size.
3) No photos or videos are known to exist AS OF YET.
4) 40 kilometers from town, a row of 5 low voltage street lights were found completely carbonized in their upper section, their wires burned and shorted out. The light posts have 35 meters (114 feet) of separation between them, which suggests that the element causing the situation acted over a strip of no less than 140 meters (1500 feet) across.
