Witness Statement: Saw an elongated shape in the sky that had red and white lights. This passed over the path of a plane heading southwards. It was a wide rectangular shape with rounded edges.

San Luis - Manuel Sanchez tucks his leathery hands into well-worn pockets and nods toward a cedar tree where, last month, he found his fourth mysteriously slaughtered calf in as many weeks.

"I have no idea what could do this. I wish I did," he says.

Four calves, all killed overnight. Their innards gone. Tongues sliced out. Udders carefully removed. Facial skin sliced and gone. Eyes cored away. Not a single track surrounding the carcasses, which were found in pastures locked behind two gates and a mile from any road. Not a drop of blood on the ground or even on the remaining skin.

In his life in the piñon-patched pastures where his father and grandfather raised cattle, the 72-year-old Sanchez has seen mountain lions and coyotes kill cattle, elk and deer. He's seen birds scavenge carcasses. He's heard of thieves slaughtering livestock in the field for their meat. He can't explain what he saw last month.

An Altrincham resident was stunned when he spotted strange lights in the sky above his home.

The man spotted the UFO (pictured) just after 3am on December 3 - and then it was joined by a smaller one.

He said: "The light was a very bright whitish/orangish/reddish object and appeared to be a jagged triangular shape. The object was almost directly above my house and it is difficult to say how high up in the sky it was, it appeared to be several hundred feet from the ground but it could have been a lot further away.

"I am pretty sure that what I was seeing was the bottom/stomach of the object, it was completely silent and I could not see any movement, it seemed to be completely still."

Then something "happened that was just completely mind boggling and quiet a spectacle."

My mother and a friend of ours were driving south on I-5 from Oregon to Sacramento, CA. We were about 20 miles north of the Sacramento airport when I looked ahead in the darkness to see a very bright light floating ahead of me in the distance.

At first I thought maybe it was a light on a hill or mountain, but there was no mountain or hill in that direction. I then thought it was a large antenna with a light on top to do with the airport, but as we got closer, it was obvious that there was nothing attached to the bottom.

As we got closer, the object seemed to go from an unusual shape (Like the shape of a "P") to a triangle. As the Interstate turned, eventually the object got brighter as we got closer, and it ended up being on my right hand side.

Location of Sighting: Bethel, Ohio (Central Ohio About 20 Miles SW of Columbus)

Description: I have another photo that I would like to show you. I was taking a picture in my yard of beautiful storm clouds in November, 2009 and when I got the pictures back, this serpent-like thing appeared in the upper left-hand corner. I took several pictures of this scene at the same time, but nothing showed up on the other pictures. If it was a hair or debris on the lens it more than likely would have shown up on the other pictures, so I am puzzled. This thing is in the negative. It was taken with a point and shoot 35 millimeter camera.

Time of Sighting: Between 5:30 and 6 PM PST
Location of Sighting: La Mesa, California (Southern California About 10 Miles ENE of San Diego)

Description: After having dinner we went to friend's house in La Mesa, Ca around 5:30 to 6:00 PM. They had tables set up outside in the backyard one for pies which was under the porch and other where we sat was not. The host asked me if those things in the sky looked like balloons and I said maybe. While watching them they moved too fast and there was no wind at all. When they moved they moved together as a pair with a third one not far behind. The objects moved from my left to my right which was in a north to south direction. There was about 6 of us watching them so I was not alone in this. We saw them disappear to our right which is south and then there was four of them in a diamond shape heading north from the south. They all went into a single line and one took off to the west and the other went into a triangle and went north.

The craft appeared suddenly over the beach in the west - out of nowhere. It appeared as a lighted triangle with a round outline within the triangle - similar to the Hindu sign of a circle in a triangle.

It had a white, blinking light showing on the top east side and 2 very bright red blinkers on top west side and bottom. The craft was at position angle 1-2, from my position heading south.

The craft moved just faster than I could run, approximately estimated speed of 20 mph heading south. The major oddity was I was running south for 15 minutes prior to this object "appearing." At the blimp speed it would have to come across the ocean which was well light, being 3rd night after full moon and tide was way out.

"Why haven't we found a Bigfoot body?" is one of the most frequently asked questions I get in the museum and at the end of my lectures on the road. I answered it partially, in the last chapter of Bigfoot! The True Story of Apes in America. Let me share part of what I discuss with those interested in the longer answer.

If animal remains were so easy to find, the forests of Maine would be so filled with moose and deer antlers each year from those dropped by the thousands of animals shedding their pairs, hunters and hikers would not be able to move around without tripping over mountains of discarded antlers. But every year, we are greeted by mostly fresh ground upon which to stroll.

Other than road kill, would not bear carcasses litter the woods of any country where they are found, and won't dead mountain lions occasionally be found within some forest of the North American West? But despite numbers that must surely outnumber the Bigfoot population, decaying bears and pumas do not dot the landscape. Instead, nature finds a way to keep the forest floor clear of rotting remains with everything from flies to ravens/crows, coyotes to turkey/black vultures, bacteria to other microbes, all doing their work.

The Bemidji Pioneer reported this week that two hunters near there say they captured a Bigfoot in photographs in the woods. Biology experts aren't so sure.

In the story, Tim Kedrowski told Pioneer Editor Molly Miron that he and his sons, Peter and Casey, got a photo of a Bigfoot-like creature on a game trail camera set up on their hunting land north of Remer, Minn.

Kedrowski told Miron that photo frame was clicked at 7:20 p.m. Oct. 24, a rainy night in Remer. They checked with neighbors and other hunters who might have been in the area and they all said the image isn't them, he told Miron. Kedrowski told the Pioneer he considered possibilities from a bear to a bow hunter in a fuzzy suit. But the arm and hand couldn't be a bear's, Kedrowksi said. The upright gait doesn't match a bear, either, he said.

Time: 5.45pm

Witness Statement: Driving home from work my partner pointed out 3 triangular orange/red lights in the sky, gliding from east to west about 500 feet high, as smooth as anything. i wound down my passenger side window to hear what it sounded like and get a better look. there was no noise whatsoever. Just as it disappeared out of sight over the hill to the west, another one appeared, same thing except I got a much close look this time. It was what appeared to be a completely black triangle, totally flat on all sides and not flying too fast (it reminded me of a paper airplane except totally flat). Just as this one disappeared over the hill in the same direction a huge fighter jet flying remarkably low comes chasing/following the triangles from the east, the noise was immense from the fighter, it banked around a little and went over the hill too, just as a second fighter comes close behind.
