Date of Sighting: Thursday 4th March, 2010
Time: 18.35

Witness Statement: My daughter and I were driving home in the Littlemoor area of Pudsey when she spotted what I can only describe as a bright orange burning ball! I opened the car window but it was silent. It seemed very close and was directly overhead. I pulled over to watch it and was waiting for it to come down as it looked like a hot air balloon on fire, however it continued to drift gently across the sky. By the time I got my camera out it had risen and was fading. On reviewing the picture I had taken there was nothing there!!!

Date of Sighting: 4 March 2010
Time: 4pm ish

Witness Statement: Don't know what the hell I just saw. Going north on m6 around Wigan. I noticed quite a large black object to the right, thought at first it was euro fighter low level flying. Lost sight of it because of trees. When I saw it again, it was a large triangular black object and was landing. It didn't land like a plane. It came straight down like a helicopter. It sure it wasn't though. Couldn't see any rotar blades. Too big for a helicopter.

Time: 22-00hrs

Witness Statement: This evening about 22-00hrs I looked out of the window to see if my son had pulled up outside, I noticed a bright light coming from the Kings Norton area of Birmingham, we live in Bournville. I opened the front door to take a better view I thought it was a funny looking aeroplane and as it got closer I called my son and his girlfriend to come and have a look at it. His girlfriend came and agreed with me that it was not a plane.

Witness Statement: At approx 2130hrs on the 24/02/10, my wife and I were stood in the utility room at the back of our house which looks towards Peterborough city centre and is approx 2 mins from the main town bridge. My wife pointed out something that look liked a larger orange ball in the sky at clearly some altitude, as both of us are ex police we assumed it to be the police helicopter which is a regular visitor around this area.

Witness Statement: I was walking the dog and suddenly became aware of these two very bright orange lights in the sky. They were bigger than a plane and they seemed to be traveling at quite a speed and quite far a part. They kind of looked like orangee fireballs and one was following the other. About 2mins later they disappeared, then another one came along with exactly the same characteristics as the ones before and moving in the same direction.

US: Diamond-shaped UFO floating at tree line over small West Virginia town

A West Virginia witness at Dellslow watched a diamond-shaped UFO moving between mountain tops at the tree line on March 3, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

Two white lights on the mountain top caught the witnesses' attention enough that he stopped his vehicle to observe.

The witness "watched the craft glide silently from the right side of the road from that mountaintop to the left side of the road to the other mountaintop."

As the object crossed over the road, the witness observed four white lights in a diamond pattern "and a solid outline of a solid silver craft with bright white non flashing lights at each tip and a bright red light toward the rear of the craft."

The witness said the object was traveling into the direct path of a local airport runway - implying that if this was one of ours - the pilot would be in violation of FAA regulations.

Dellslow is an unincorporated community in Monongalia County, West Virginia, located along Route 7 near the southern border of Brookhaven.

US: Second California witness reports 'beam of light'

A California witness is reporting a similar experience with a beam of light similar to another report made on the same date, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The first report was covered here as: California witnesses report multiple 'white beams of light'.

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If California MUFON investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

Comment: Hmmm, so what is with the "beams of light"? There have been quite a few of them reported lately. Here are a few, starting with the other article posted today about beams of light seen in California:

Two California witnesses say they experienced a "bright, white beam of light" around them at several locations in one evening after discussing UFO experiences, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The February 28 events began at one of the witnesses' homes, and continued at several locations along a mountain road above the home.

"My aunt and I think that us seeing the lights was a show of approval for the experieces she had shared with me earlier in the night."

US: 'Black circle' UFO causes two Ohio witnesses distress during night sighting

Two Ohio witnesses watched a "black circle" in the night sky March 1 with odd after effects, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The reporting witness says he first noticed "a strange lack of noise" in the area and then a "high pitched sound," which caused him to look up and see the object.

His girlfriend, inside a nearby car, looked up as well and saw the object.

"I was still focused on the object when suddenly it felt like all the air just got sucked out of me," the witness stated. "I stumbled and then sat down and the object just went up. I can't describe it any other way, it either got smaller or went straight up. Then it was just gone."

US: South Carolina witnesses report missing time after encountering orb

A report originating near Georgetown, SC, describes four people and their account of missing time after encountering a 4-foot-wide orb, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The testimony was generated by a friend who is asking MUFON to investigate the case. The report claims that the four went to a location where others had seen the same orb.

Georgetown is the county seat of Georgetown County, population 8,950.
