The witness called and left two voice mail messages. The recording is of the first message is contained in this report. I subsequently called the witness back and had a lengthy interview with him. I did not record the interview. The witness drove to a 711 Store to purchase a pack of cigarettes. He was waiting in line to pay for his purchase and noticed what thought was a very large "hornet" outside. He paid for his purchase and walked to his vehicle. He looked up and saw a creature with wings standing on hind legs on the roof of the 711 store. He said that the creature was "battle ship gray." He said that the creature then flew towards him when he got into his truck and flew by his window as he was traveling home. He got out his cell phone and took a video. (He will be sending the video, but he is having problems downloading it from his cell phone.)

When he arrived home he was quite frightened he heard a "whoosh whoosh" sound. (He also heard this sound at the 711.) He thought that the creature had followed him home, but didn't see it. He immediately entered his apartment and did not see the creature again. He added that it had been raining earlier in the day and that skies were cloudy. It was still daylight, but the sun had set.

Note: The witness is a professional engineer (civil engineer) and was not drinking or using drugs when he saw the creature. My impression was that he was sincere, quite frightened by what he saw, and that he was truthful. I have no reason to doubt his story. The main question is what did he see? The creature was not large. (He thought that it was no more one foot in length.) Of course mothman sightings have been frequent over the years in West Virginia and Virginia. This creature was similar to a mothman description, but was smaller. Anyone else who may have seen this creature or knows what it is is urged to file a report.

A Florida witness photographed a group of white lights in an "A" formation on a night scope over Florida skies at 8 p.m. on October 3, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

"I picked the scope up and the first place I pointed it to look through which was facing north looking North East 80 degrees I seen a formation of dull white circles in formation flying from North to south very fast," the witness stated. "The first thing that hit me was this is the same thing I have seen before on a famous you tube video I mean a carbon copy of it. From the time I spotted it, till it was gone was around 20 seconds."

The witness provided one image with the report. No town name was provided with the MUFON report.

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or man made. The photo was taken during the month of August.

An unknown element was detected in photos taken from the "El Centinela" mountain. These images were subjected to analysis by Fundación Argentina de Ovnilogía (FAO), concluding that it indeed showed an unidentified flying object (UFO). The event repeated itself in the city of Balcarce in recent days.

"Seeing is believing", goes the old saw, applicable on this occasion in which the Fundación Argentina de Ovnilogía confirmed through a report sent to La Voz de Tandil that the object seen in the photo is "definitely a UFO"

On few occasions in this investigation have we had all of the elements on hand to finally reach some conclusions on this phenomenon. First, to bring our readers up to speed, we shall provide you with backup information on the story.

Ten sheep were mortally attacked in recent weeks in a livestock farmer's field in this locality, according to eyewitness information presented to the Sheriff's office, the body that has been investigating the strange event that has shaken the residents of this rural area.

Since the attacks occurred on two occasions and always at night, the caretakers, farm employees and Police officers have set up a rotating watch against the possibility that the strange animal may reappear again. It left sufficiently clear prints to increase suspicions that the police prefers not to encourage for the time being.

Jose Fraga, owner of the field and the animals, decided to report the happenings to the Police, and while he wanted to file a complaint, the authorities made him desist for the time being, saying "against who would the complaint be filed?" according to clarifications issued by the police department.

Fraga explained that near one of the pens in his field, he found a large, deep footprint with three long toes." Like that of a bird, but somewhat larger," he said, and with regard to the injuries to the animals' bodies, he added: "The all had bite marks on their necks."

Andres Gonzalez, Sheriff of Campo Viera, confirmed that the attacks occurred twice and that "it is truly remarkable that the animal did not devour any of the sheep. It merely killed them by biting their necks, and blood was only found in that area of the body. There was nothing found in the rest of their bodies."

The sheriff noted that he had gone to Fraga's field in person with others to see the event for himself. "Sheep carcass samples were removed, because there were traces of mucus and its possible to determine what attacked these creatures, and we will know in a few days," he explained. "Many people are saying other things, but we have to wait and avoid jumping to conclusions. We really don't know what it may be, because a puma or a yaguareté would've devoured one of the animals. But in this case there are 10 dead sheep and none of them were touched, only to slay them..." said González.

The accidental photograph on today's front page of a UFO over a popular tourist destination occurred only hours before a bright light buzzed the crowd at the Katherine Show.

Victorian tourist Adam Rewuk did not realise he captured the image of the flying saucer over Katherine Gorge until he looked back over his photos after the trip.

"My Dad used to be a big UFO believer, so when I saw the picture, I thought of him," he said.

"I took the photo around lunch time, but I saw nothing in the sky. I didn't realise it was there until I saw the photo."

Mr Rewuk said the image was definitely not that of a plane or a mark on the lens of the camera.

"If I zoom in on the picture, it almost looks like a diamond shape with a bubble on the bottom," he said.

At an unusual press conference recently held in Washington, D.C., a UFO author and a half-dozen or so former U.S. military airmen asserted that "The U.S. Air Force is lying about the national security implications of unidentified aerial objects at nuclear bases and we can prove it." They claim that since 1948, extraterrestrials in spaceships have not only been visiting Earth but hovering over British and American nuclear missile sites and temporarily deactivating the weapons.

UFO author Robert Hastings, who organized the news conference, said, "I believe - these gentlemen believe - that this planet is being visited by beings from another world, who for whatever reason have taken an interest in the nuclear arms race."

Hastings claims that a global conspiracy exists in which all major governments have been covering up evidence of UFOs for decades.

Aliens may have interfered with US and Soviet nuclear weapons during the Cold War in an attempt to send "a sign to Washington and Moscow that we are playing with fire", according to a UFO researcher.

Robert Hastings, a long-time UFO researcher, who collated the information, said at a press conference in Washington that "this planet is being visited by beings from another world who for whatever reason have taken an interest in the nuclear arms race".

He claimed to have gathered witness testimony from more than 120 military personnel showing infiltration of nuclear sites. Six retired officers and one former NCO spoke of their personal experiences.

On July 7 this year, more than 20 flights were postponed at Xiaoshan International Airport in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, because of a UFO sighting writes Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in its website. It does not mean large numbers of UFOs but refers to events of credible facts backed by observation. But these facts cannot yet be explained by existing scientific knowledge or natural phenomena. Through 39 years' investigation and research, I found that in years ending with the numbers 1, 2 or 7 - such as 1971, 1981, 1991, 1982, 1992, 2002, 1977, 1987, 2007 - great UFO events would happen. So, I think 2011 and 2012 will be another two active years."

First of all, Dr. Cleve Ziegler would like to emphasize that he is not a crazy person. In fact, he's an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Jewish General Hospital.

But he acknowledges that what he saw while driving home from surgery early Wednesday will definitely seem crazy: a strange flashing object in the sky, right above the Cavendish Mall in Côte St. Luc.

Was it a UFO?

Ziegler was driving along Cavendish Blvd. around 1 a.m. when he saw the bizarre object, near the intersection of Kildare Rd. He parked his car and got out to get a better look, he said.

He said it was like nothing he had ever seen before. It had blue and red twinkly lights, and looked nothing like a plane or someone shining a flashlight at the sky. The sighting left him feeling very disturbed, he said.

A Cumbrian dog walker has filmed images which are sure to fuel the debate about whether UFOs exist.

Bob Atkins was using his mobile phone to video his dog as it played in a pool of water at Roanhead on the south Cumbrian coast.

When he later studied the footage he was staggered by what he saw.

The strange event he captured on film lasted barely a second - a second in which a solid looking dark object flashed across the sky at immense speed.

It was only when Bob slowed down the film that he first saw the object clearly. Was it a strange bird?

Perhaps a fault with the camera? Could it even have been some sort a military prototype secretly tested?
