After our story about the Welwyn Garden City man who couldn't stop seeing UFOs, a Hatfield resident has sent us a series of snaps which show unexplained lights in the sky.

Photographer Jason Reeve took the dazzling pictures from outside his north-west-facing bedroom window, in Chantry Court, with a 20-minute exposure.

The images showed mysterious mushroom-shaped craft set against the starry night sky.

Fascinated Mr Reeve is desperate for people to try and explain what it was he photographed.

He said: "I was lying on [my] bed and I glanced out of my window, I saw an odd light in the sky.

"I am a photographer and I often photograph the night sky and I knew it looked different to anything I had seen before.

"I decided to set up my camera and photograph the object.

UFO fleet sails over Raven Street Church in New Orleans, Louisiana

On Saturday, November 12, 2011, a spectacular UFO fleet was observed moving slowly across the sky above Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana late at night.

One person who witnessed the event was able to record the UFO fleet as it passed overhead. The video was posted online by a 45-year-old musician, theologian, and paranormal enthusiast named Tim on MegaCOOK28's Channel. It is unclear whether Tim is also the videographer.

Over the course of four and a half minutes, more than three dozen glowing orange orbs were seen over Raven Street Church. The area just beneath the moving UFOs was filled with noisy crowds of people on Bourbon Street. Some of those present simply went about their business while others stared up into the sky at the unidentified flying objects gliding high above them.

Founded by Orlando Ferrante and Joseph Franke, and joined by John Carter, the Connecticut Paranormal Research Society has over 45 years of combined experience as a paranormal investigation and research teams in New England. Their 90-minute presentation included a slide show of on-the-job and contributed imagery, audio clips of other-worldly voices and a few equipment demonstrations, which left the audience spellbound.

On Saturday, Westporters can hear the trio's chilling tales of the supernatural when the Connecticut Paranormal Research Society presents a program, "Who Ya Gonna Call?" at 2 p.m. in the Westport Public Library.

U.S. military veteran observes boomerang UFO

An Arizona witness with a strong military background was unable to identify a "dark, boomerang object with about 15 to 20 white lights in front" and the "size of a standard size house" as it passed silently overhead under 1,500 feet at 8:37 p.m. on October 19, 2011, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was outside on a back patio facing west.

"I am 46 years old and have served in the Navy back in the 80's ad 90's as an F-14 mechanic," the witness stated. "I have been exposed to just about every type of military aircraft and their general capabilities. I am also a Cessna private pilot. With that being said, what I observed tonight while sitting on my back patio went against every type of known aircraft I have been exposed to including any on TV."

The movement in the sky at first appeared to be a flock of birds "glowing pure white."

Question

Was the 'Canadian Loch Ness Monster' Caught on Video?

Ogopogo

A man visiting British Columbia's Lake Okanagan last week claims to have captured video of Ogopogo, Canada's version of the Loch Ness Monster.

According to a report in the Vancouver Sun, "An Okanagan man has video he says proves the Ogopogo may be more than just a figment of our imagination. Richard Huls says he always believed in the possibility of the monster rumored to be living in Okanagan Lake. Last Thursday, while visiting a West Kelowna winery, Huls shot video that he believes proves something does indeed live in the water. 'It was not going with the waves,' Huls said. 'It was not a wave obviously, just a darker color. The size and the fact that they were not parallel with the waves made me think it had to be something else."

Ogopogo, some believe, has its roots in native Canadian Indian legends that told of a beast called N'ha-a-itk that would demand a live sacrifice from travelers for safe passage across Lake Okanagan. Hundreds of years ago, whenever Indians would venture into the lake, they brought chickens or other small animals to kill and drop into the water to assure a protected journey. It's clear, however, that these stories were not referring to a literal lake monster but instead to a legendary water spirit, and are not historical evidence for Ogopogo.

For many football fans who watched the New Orleans Saints rout the Indianapolis Colts on Oct. 23, the most unusual thing about the game was the lopsided final score of 62-7.

But for UFO aficionados and paranormal experts who tuned in, they may have seen something in the sky that was even more out-of-the-ordinary than the tossing of more touchdowns vs. incompletions.

As NBC's cameras returned from a commercial break and focused on the historic, triple-steepled St. Louis Cathedral in the city nicknamed the Big Easy, a couple of lit objects seemed to streak across the darkening sky -- and they've yet to be definitively identified.

SEEING IS BELIEVING, RIGHT? HERE'S THE NEW ORLEANS UFO VIDEO:

Viewed in real-time, it's hard to see much more than something flashing across the screen. But a frame-by-frame scrutiny of the video reveals a rod-shaped object topped with brightly lit dots.
