This is the type of report I look for all the time and in my opinion, this one hits the jackpot!

Not just one, but several reports have surfaced in the Butler County area regarding a giant winged creature.

The story comes to us from Stan Gordon's UFO Anomalies Zone and I must say, Stan has got me excited. Maybe it's my fascination with Mothman or my interest in Bigfoot, but this has both rolled into one all purpose terror.

It all began in the still dark, early morning hours of March 18, 2011 on a rural road between Chicora and East Brady. A businessman was driving along when he saw something that as he says, "made the hair stand up on his neck".

Footage of a hairy 'creature' running through a forest in America has sceptics and believers debating whether it could be a Bigfoot sighting.


A video uploaded to YouTube in April shows a creature covered in dark hair running across a path in North East Ohio's Grand River area.

The person filming appears to be riding a motorbike through the woods when 'Bigfoot' runs across the path.

The rider then appears to crash into some nearby bushes, apparently startled by the sight.

While the video was uploaded by news site HowTo101Channel, it has only gone viral in recent weeks with believers suggesting it is proof of Bigfoot's existence.

The footage is drowned out by the sound of the motorbike so it is unclear if the driver screams when they see if crossing in front of them.

Part One

The subject of UFOs spotted at missile bases and other sensitive nuclear facilities has received quite a bit of attention in recent years thanks to the great research of longtime ufologist Robert Hastings, author of the book UFOs and Nukes - Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites. Hastings was also the sponsor of a significant panel of former military witnesses of these incidents at the National Press Club (NPC) in Washington, DC on September 27, 2010. He wrote the cover story, "UFO/Nuclear Connection," for Open Minds magazine issue 7 (April/May 2011), where he discussed the media impact of his NPC event.

Long before all this I had treaded some of the same territory for a three-part series I wrote in early 1982, under the pseudonym of A. Hovni, for the supplement UFOs and other Cosmic Phenomena, published weekly by the longtime defunct New York City newspaper The News World. I did extensive research on the declassified UFO files of the CIA, FBI, USAF, U.S. Army and Atomic Energy Commission (AEC), which had then been recently released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The files clearly showed that the military and intelligence agencies were quite worried during the early period of the flying saucer era in the late forties and early fifties by the large amount of UFO sightings over sensitive nuclear facilities. Many resulted in the scramble of fighter planes. This was the height of the Cold War and a climate of "red menace" paranoia was rampant in at least parts of the U.S. government. Many of the UFO-nuke documents come under the heading of "Protection of Vital Installations."

A weird video posted to YouTube shows a crowd of onlookers along a California street reacting to the startling sight of a squadron, for lack of a better word, of UFOs hovering above them.

The witnesses are confused by the sight. Why do city dwellers seem surprised at flashing lights in the sky? Presumably, Californians are used to seeing objects hovering above them in the sky, day or night?

In this UFO video, more than half a dozen steady lights seem to bump into each other without making a sound. They can't be helicopters or airplanes, and if they are parachutes, it would be one risky maneuver. And why would they be dropping over a busy city?

Some friends went on a UFO hunt in Oxford, NY for fun on a big mountain top. We did this many times in the past with nothing special to share on video.

This time we got something that can only be described as a true UFO.

I was out that evening looking at some strangely lit clouds to the west, took some long exposure pics of them, then turned my attention to the new wind turbines they put in.

They were back lit by the city light glow from the Southeast, so I took a couple of long exposure pics of them as well.

In the middle of one of the exposures I'm scanning the sky at just before 9:30 PM, and see a white solid light real close to the horizon to my east-southeast. I figure it's an airplane on approach to the local terminal, but then it starts moving away from the airport then vanishes.

Ok, it was a plane taking off, staying FAR too low to the ground, and turns off its lights? nope.

It reappears same place it vanished but higher in the sky, sits there; vanishes, reappears same spot, flies left, and flies right.

I'm canceling the long exposure pic of the turbines and trying to get this white light into focus, but it is behind the corn stalks and it's so low, and then it pops straight up, and sits there. I quickly get it as focused as I could and take a 60 second long exposure pic of it.

Seattle, Washington -- A close call in the kitchen, left a Seattle man's heart pounding. One moment, Adam Welch was getting ready for work, and the next he was surrounded by broken glass.

"I just heard this explosive sound, and I saw flashes out of the corner of my eye," said Welch.

The shattered pieces could be seen throughout his small apartment. "Glass crowded up against the refrigerator, crowded up against the wall," he said. "It spontaneously exploded."

We took Adam's photos and story to glass expert, Justin Ivy. Ivy works at Seattle Stained Glass, and he has heard of glass exploding before.

"It's not terribly common, but it can happen," said Ivy.

Ivy said if the glass has been damaged in the past, like a "deep scratch, a chip on the edge" that could cause problems. He said, "a hot pan, a bright sunny day, things like that, can cause thermal stress, and cause it to break.

A farmer claims his business has taken a hit after a giant crop circle appeared on his land.

Bob Wright has spoken of his anger after hoards of people visited the farm in Wappenbury, near Princethorpe.

The 150 x 150 yard pattern, which featured over 80 circles, has now been combine harvested in a bid to halt any more visits on to the crops.

Camera crews from as far as Mexico and Canada had come to film the crop circle, which was reported on specialist websites last week. Experts likened the pattern to a six-week lunar calendar starting from August 10.

Mr Wright told the Observer he believed it had been created overnight by around 100 people using GPS equipment.

He said he was counting the cost of their actions after the large area was left trampled down and ruined.

A husband and wife have been left puzzled after hundreds of tiny yellow plastic balls rained in their garden.

Dylis Scott and her husband Tony were in their garage on Monica Road, Leicester, on Sunday when the balls fell from the sky during a storm.

Mrs Scott said they started hitting the car and garage door and "shooting at me".

The Met Office said it was possible for weather systems to lift things such as dust and deposit them many miles away.

In January it was reported that 3cm diameter blue balls came raining down during a hailstorm in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Theories on what the balls could have been included crystals used in floral displays or ammunition for a toy gun.

'Heck, what's happening?'

On Sunday Mrs Scott said she had gone inside after she heard thunder while she was painting outside.

"Suddenly all these little tiny, bright yellow balls came down with the rain, and they were hitting the car, hitting the garage door, and shooting at me," the 70-year-old said.

"I looked outside and all over the lawn were all these yellow balls. And it was absolutely pelting down.

"I thought 'Heck, what's happening?' I'm only doing painting and they are sending all these yellow balls down."

Mrs Scott also saw some of the balls deposited down the road.

Most of the balls have now disappeared and Mr Scott thinks they were washed away by the rain.
