Wave of gruesome finds of mutilated sheep in Texas are linked to aliens and Satanic rituals

  • Mutual UFO Network helps law enforcement investigate the precise mutilations of 21 sheep
  • 'This was too clean to be an animal. Whoever did this knew what they were doing,' said a sheriff
A wave of sheep mutilations in Port Lavaca, TX over the past few months lead some residents and UFO groups to believe the killers may be from another planet.

Wayne and Karen Daggs lost 21 of their Barbados Sheep since July and lost their last two less than a week ago. At first Daggs thought that people were stealing the sheep for food, but the surgical precision and the graphic nature of the mutilations led him to believe otherwise.

The mutilations piqued the curiosity of Charles Stansburge, a popular member of the Mutual UFO Network, after he'd read an article about the killings in an Advocate article published in the Houston Chronicle.

Question

Unknown big, black, ugly and winged creature is haunting the town of Chicxulub Puerto

An unknown big, black, ugly and winged creature is supposed to be haunting the town of Chicxulub Puerto, creating panic among the population.

A gas station worker named Alejandra is the person who had the close encounter of the third kind with this strange being while she was walking to work last week.

Witnesses that talked to her after the incident, declared that she was absolutely in shock.

Alejandra works the night shift at the "Meteoro" Gas Station, located right on the entrance of Chicxulub Puerto main road.

One of Alejandra´s coworkers named Julio, said that weird noises like "whistlings" can be heard in the middle of the night coming from the lagoon across the road.

Other versions say that strange noises have been heard in the "El Pescado Patrullero Restaurant" patio, and that a big, black, ugly and winged animal has been seen near the "kiosco" in downtown Chicxulub Puerto.

All this information combined with the fact that many domestic animals have been found dead and dismembered lately in Chicxulub and surrounding areas, are generating the rumor that the "Chupacabras" might be on the loose in this part of the State of Yucatan.

Name: Katie
State: Iowa
County: Boone
Date of Sighting: October 2, 2013
Time of Day: 6:50 a.m.
Nearest Town: Ames
Length of Sighting: 1 minute
How many Witnesses: 1 (although 2 police cars were stopped nearby and could have seen as well)
Any Photos/Videos: No

Describe sighting in detail: My husband was driving home early this morning, and pulled off of Highway 30 on the last exit headed west for Ames, Iowa. He said he got to the top of the exit ramp, turned right and came up to another stop sign on Lincoln Highway. He stopped the car there instead of proceeding because he said he saw a giant black bird take off from the ground in a cornfield across the road. He said the wingspan was around 40 feet wide and the body enormous (bigger than small planes). He said he'd never seen anything like it. He said it just flew off up into the clouds and disappeared. He said it wasn't a very graceful flier either. He didn't want anyone to know, but upon further research, it seems that these sightings have happened in Iowa before and all over the country throughout history. I thought I would report his sighting to you (exactly what he told me) to let others know and to be on the lookout in the Ames area for this bird again.

Mom's communication with dead son's spirit will turn skeptics into believers

Spirit Communication
© The Stir
When I first read the headline "Physician Claims She's Communicating With Her Son's Spirit," I kind of rolled my eyes. Okay, I didn't kind of, I totally did. I tend to err on the side of skepticism when it comes to postmortem communication.

But after watching an interview with Dr. Elisa Medhus, who claims she's in frequent communication with her late son -- and we're not talking doors randomly slamming shut kind of communication here, we're talking serious communication -- I may be a bit of a believer.

Not a huge believer, but a believer.

According to Medhus, three days after her son Erik took his own life, he appeared before her husband to tell him he was okay. As she tells it, Erik, who was standing near his truck, said to his father, "Papa? This is how I felt before ..." and leaned in, exuding a "horrible sadness." He then backed away and said,

"This is how I feel now ..." and, again, leaned in, but this time, radiated "a euphoria." Since then, Erik has communicated with his parents many times, as well as Elisa's father, who's "an atheist."

Uncanny winged creatures over Santiago de Chile

Winged Creature
© La Red
On 29 September around 21:00 hours near Bustamante Park in the downtown area, a strange flying creature was seen flying from one tree to another. Its size was estimated at around 2 meters tall and shaped like a manta ray.

Ignacio, a young man who was the privileged witness to this brief yet disconcerting flying being sighting, does not wish to disclose his identity but made his narrative available to journalist [Juan Andrés] Salfate on Canal La Red.

His description is specific, remarking that the entity had wings from the upper part of its body down to its lower part. He made a drawing of what he saw, which we present in this report.

Eyewitness testimony soon appeared in other places in Santiago. A witness named Sylvia confirmed the image of this human-looking "flying manta ray" in the Los Barrenchea Commune. Someone even stated the following by e-mail, from a location near Bustamante Park:

Does this image show TWO Bigfoot creatures? Woodsman photographed 'moving beast' in Pennsylvania... but there is no sign of it now

  • Woodsman spots what appears to be two creatures lurking in the woods
  • He said creature was bigger than a bear with a different body shape
  • But when he returned to the exact spot there was no sign of them
  • It comes as researchers say they have DNA proof Bigfoot is real
You wait years for a decent sighting of the legendary ape-like creature known as Bigfoot, and then two come along at once.

The fascinating photographs, taken just two weeks ago near Bradford, Pennsylvania, appear to show a pair of Bigfoots, or perhaps that should be Bigfeet, wandering through the trees.

Keen hiker John Stoneman claims he spotted the seven-foot-tall beasts just yards from a main road through trees in Kinzua State Park.

Question

Can humans spontaneously combust? 'Unexplained Files' investigates

Human Combustion
© Sergey Nivens/ShutterstockMore than 200 supposed cases of spontaneous human combustion have been reported worldwide.
In Galway, Ireland, 76-year-old Michael Faherty was found burned to death at his home in December 2010. The coroner concluded Faherty's death was a case of spontaneous human combustion - a human being catching fire with no apparent cause.

Can human bodies simply burst into flame without any external source of ignition? Or could there be a more mundane - and scientific - explanation for the phenomenon? The season finale of the Science Channel's The Unexplained Files, airing Wednesday (Oct. 2) at 9 p.m. ET/PT, investigates this and other mysteries.

More than 200 cases of spontaneous human combustion have been reported around the world. Most involve a victim burning almost completely - although their extremities may remain intact - while their surroundings remain unburned.

In 1986, the charred body of 58-year-old retired firefighter George Mott was found in his apartment outside Crown Point, N.Y. All that was left of him was a leg, a shrunken skull and pieces of his rib cage.

In February, 65-year-old Danny Vanzandt was found burned to death in his home in Sequoyah County, Okla., with no signs of burns on nearby furniture. Spontaneous combustion was suspected, but a recent medical examiner's report concluded Vanzandt died from a heart attack before a lit cigarette may have ignited his clothing.

Question

Legendary Dogman seen in Ottawa County?

Dogman
© Grand Haven Tribune
Several times in the past decade, West Michigan newspapers have reported on a strange canine-like creature people claim to have seen in woodlands - not the legendary Chubacabra, but the Michigan Dogman.

Some eyewitnesses are convinced they have seen it - like one man who posted his opinion on an Internet message board.

"If you also live anywhere north of Grand Rapids in Michigan, how can you not know about the Dogman? It is one of the largest legends in the area and the story has been around for years," he wrote. "It seems to me it is more than just a huge fantasy."

The Dogman is reported to have a canine-like head, human-like body, reflective eyes and walks upright.

According to one Ottawa County resident, a creature fitting the description of the Dogman appeared in Grand Haven from 1993-94. "Ben," who was a young teenager at the time, claims to have seen the creature not once, but three times. He believes each time he was seeing a different creature, in what could have been a pack taking refuge in a Grand Haven Township park.

In 1993, after dark, Ben was hiking the trails in Hofma Nature Preserve with as many as four friends when, passing the float bridge near the center of the preserve, they heard a sound to their right. Ben spied what resembled a dog standing behind a tree on a ridge above, approximately 70 feet away.

"I thought it was just a dog walking along, then it stood up on its hind legs," Ben said. "One of its feet gripped a branch on the tree. Our eyes met and we just stared at each other for about five minutes, then it ran off."

According to Ben, the second encounter occurred in December that same year in the driveway of his family's home on Lakeshore Drive. Ben went outdoors in the cold to start his mother's car.

Question

Arrr! Did Captain Kidd hide his gold in an ox-swallowing underground vault?

Oak Island_1
© PopSciDid Captain Kidd hide his loot in the tide-guarded money pit of Oak Island?
Gather 'round, ye flea-bitten cockroaches, fer a pirate's tale o' treasure an' science. (In honor of International Talk Like a Pirate Day, this story from the April 1939 issue of Popular Science has been carefully translated from land lubberish.)

As spring sails in t' 1939, a treacherous crew o' Yankee engineers is preparin' fer a kraken-sized adventure. The greasy-haired curs have their spyglasses set on a mysterious, sea-guarded vault said t' hold the lost treasure o' Cap'n Kidd. Aye, but they're not the first rascals t' seek the half-drowned booty. Ye olde PopSci will tell the tale...

The year were 1795. Three meddlin' lads were huntin' on Oak Island, off Nova Scotia, when they happened upon a beastie o' a tree with a limb hacked right off:

The top of this stub was deeply scarred, as though by running ropes or cables, and beneath the limb the boys found a circular depression in the sod, roughly a dozen feet in diameter. The next day, they returned with picks and shovels. Pirate lore of the region centered about Mahone Bay, and they were certain they had stumbled upon buried loot.

Ten feet below the surface, they struck a heavy platform of hewn timbers. Below it must lie doubloons and pieces-of-eight! But when the wood was removed, only more earth was found below. At twenty feet, they struck another platform.

And so the scurvy louts kept diggin', hoistin' up clay in buckets til they reached another platform. Soon winter blew in and the scallywags had t' give up their quest.

Who you gonna call? Belief in ghosts is rising in UK

Blickling Hall
© AlamyNorfolk's Blickling Hall is said to be haunted.
More than half of those taking part (52 per cent) said they believed in the supernatural, a marked increase on the two previous comparable studies, in 2009 and 2005, which both found a level of around 40 per cent.

The survey also found that one in five claimed to have had some sort of paranormal experience.

Interest in the supernatural has become big business in recent years, with the popularity of television shows like Most Haunted, which starred Yvette Fielding, and the spread of so-called "ghost walks" around supposedly haunted parts of city centres. English Heritage (EH) and the National Trust have both begun to attract people to their properties by identifying which ones are said to be occupied by ghosts, among them Blickling Hall, in Norfolk, Dunster Castle, in Somerset, and Dover Castle, in Kent. EH even conducted a "spectral stocktake" of "hauntings" and unexplained events recorded at its sites.

The new study was carried out for the Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena (Assap), for its annual conference.

Dave Wood, chairman of the group, which is dedicated to the study of a wide range of unexplained experiences - from supposed hauntings to UFO sightings - said: "The rise in the numbers believing in ghosts is a surprise, and is significantly higher than what we consider to have been the historical average.
