Medical tyranny: Student nurse who refused to lie about vaccines kicked out of college

Image
A Baker College instructor told their nursing students to threaten patients into vaccinations, a new lawsuit claims. The lawsuit, filed by Nichole Bruff, a promising nursing student at Baker College, was "dismissed shortly before she was to graduate for allegedly questioning an instructor's advice to coerce parents into vaccines with misleading information."

This is a groundbreaking lawsuit for a variety of reasons, and those who protest the use of vaccines as well as those who encourage them will surely be watching this case against Baker College with bated breath.

The FBI informant's sting operation against the FBI

When you're introduced to Saeed Torres in the new documentary (T)ERROR, you hear him bickering with the filmmaker, Lyric Cabral. The screen is black.
"I told you I didn't want my face in that shit," he says.
"Even if your face is shown, how would somebody come after you?" Cabral asks.
"You'd be surprised who knows me," Torres insists.

The blackness lifts. Torres is dressed in a chef's apron and a white headscarf, making hot dogs at an amateur basketball game, as if he were an all-American guy.

"I might not even make no fucking independent film," he says, irritated.
Torres isn't an all-American guy. He's an FBI informant, one of more than 15,000 domestic spies who make up the largest surveillance network ever created in the United States. During J. Edgar Hoover's COINTELPRO operations, the bureau had just 1,500 informants. The drug war brought that number up to about 6,000. After 9/11, the bureau recruited so many new informants โ€” many of them crooks and convicts, desperate for money or leniency on previous crimes โ€” that the government had to develop software to help agents track their spies.

Torres agreed to participate in that independent film, of course. In (T)ERROR, which has its New York premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 16, he offers the rest of us an unprecedented look inside an FBI counterterrorism sting as it unfolds. The documentary is compelling for its intimate portrayal of a single informant who has played a key role in several major terrorism cases.

Comment: Where is the line drawn between convicting someone for a crime they willingly commit and one they are tricked into participation by those who seek to incriminate that person? Apparently there isn't one. Odd it is called counterterrorism since for that "criminal" victim, the terrorism is just beginning. Entrapment is a form of terror. An agent may authorize an average of 15 crimes a day from buying and selling illegal drugs to bribing government officials, coercing terrorist activity and plotting robberies. FBI officials have said permitting their informants to break the law is an indispensable part of investigating criminal organizations. Creating more crime and criminals prevents crimes from taking place and keeps criminals off the streets...twisted logic that provides the FBI with a budget that keeps its homegrown, paid criminals paying taxes that support the FBI and gives it raison d'รชtre.

SOTT Focus: Epidemic depression as a wake up call to humanity

Image
Depression has been described as a modern epidemic. An army of highly trained theoreticians have postulated all sorts of approaches and created a vast enterprise pushing pills to cure this disease of our modern, so-called 'civilized', society. This is not going to be a discussion of psychology and trite self-help materials from ignorant people whimsically pontificating from their ivory towers.

Today, we're going to go down into the trenches to cut through all of the BS and investigate the incidence and role of depression from an existential, non-materialist perspective. In doing so, we might just discover the 'meaning of life'.

New York teacher fired after encouraging students to write about their feelings regarding a classmate

Madeline Luciano was terminated from her teaching position at P.S. 18 in New York City after officials say she had her students write down reasons why they disliked a 13-year-old classmate.

According to an investigation, the issue occurred on June 4, 2014 when the 13-year-old girl came to class with her school bag missing. The girl eventually found the bag with the contents inside out. The pages of her portfolio were also torn.

Luciano then asked her class if they knew what had occurred. The students told her that they disliked the girl and began to call her names. The educator then demanded that her students write a letter of reasons why they felt that way. Allegedly, one of the students got up and began to write down reasons on a chalkboard, though Luciano claims she did not expressly order this.

Well, that's curious: Five Walmart stores across the country shut down on the same day due to 'plumbing issues'

Not just one, but five Walmart stores across the U.S. are closing their doors due to plumbing problems that, in some cases, will take four to six months to repair.

Those closing include locations in Livingston and Midland, Texas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and near Los Angeles.

For the Brandon Walmart, I talked to Hillsborough County and Walmart to get answers about why these plumbing repairs will take so long and whether the issues are connected, but local customers are already skeptical.

"Why is it just plumbing problems? It's gonna take them six months to fix up the store?" asked customer John Mambrl.

Child Protective Services kidnaps children to protect them from kidnappers

Remember the Maryland parents who were found guilty of neglect for allowing their children, 10 and 7, to walk around the neighborhood together but unaccompanied by an adult?

Yesterday those kids were just taken by CPS because they were playing at the park by themselves.

One in three teenage boys who experience sexual assault may attempt suicide - fear, stigma increase risk

The stigma behind sexual assault may deter teen boys from reporting it, putting them at risk of attempting suicide

Just in time for National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, a new study sheds light on just how serious it can be among teen boys, finding that one in three who experience sexual assault have a go at suicide.

"The stigma is often not addressed, it's a silent issue in society," said Dr. Laura Anderson, a licensed psychologist and assistant professor in the University at Buffalo's School of Nursing, in a press release. "Very rarely does programming address boys. It's often presumed to be an issue for girls. The results [pf the study] highlight the need to educate the public and develop preventive programming and support for male and female sexual assault survivors."

Girls certainly experience the majority of sexual assault incidences; only one in 10 victims is a boy, according to the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network (RAINN). But the effects of these crimes, which can range from unwanted sexual touching to forced penetration, are still serious and damaging. Boys might find themselves questioning their sexual orientation and sense of self; they might withdraw from interpersonal contact and feel alienated from others; and they have an increased risk of psychological and emotional problems, including depression, anxiety, fearfulness, and anger.

While these consequences may also arise in girls following a sexual assault, their influence on attempted suicide risk seems to affect boys more, according to the study. Compared to the 33.2 percent of teen boys with a sexual assault history who reported attempting suicide, only 27.1 percent of teen girls with a similar history reported a suicide attempt. Anderson and her team suggested the reason for these rates could be a result of stigma, shame, a possible gender role conflict if the attacker was male, and a lack of an open support system.

U.S. scholar Kevin Barrett: 9/11 was the mother of all false flag attacks

Image
The September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States have been covered-up by the FBI and senior US officials because it was the "mother of all false flag" operations, an American scholar in Wisconsin says.

"If people start looking hard at 9/11, the whole story is going to unravel and its going to be exposed as the mother of all false flag attacks and the most spectacular act of deception in human history and the FBI has been charged with covering it up," said Dr. Kevin Barrett, a founding member of the Muslim-Jewish-Christian Alliance.

The 9/11 attacks were designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they were carried out by Saudi Arabia, whereas senior US officials directly participated in the operation, Barrett told Press TV on Tuesday.

The so-called al-Qaeda terrorists who allegedly hijacked four planes and crashed them on September 11 were just "patsies who were falsely blamed for 9/11, they were set-up," Dr. Barrett noted.

Europe's brand new country: Welcome to the 'Republic of Liberland'

A Czech named Vรญt Jedlicka has declared himself the president of Europe's youngest country, which he formed on April 13 with the name 'Liberland,' and the motto "to live and let live."

The country is located on the on the west bank of the Danube river between Croatia and Serbia, on land which has been subject to a decades-long border dispute and therefore, according to Jedlicka, a 'terra nuillius' or no man's land, before the institution of his state on Monday.

President Jedlicka is in the process of writing the country's constitution, which, in keeping with the country's name, "significantly limits the power of politicians so they could not interfere too much in the freedoms of the Liberland nation."
